You may be confused because of the chapter name. So let me clear the air anyway Peter isn't kidnapped. Aunt May has been abusing peter and Tony finds out he then takes Peter to the tower (I'm pretending he didn't sell it) and then children's services comes and takes Peter and puts him in the system and he gets adopted by a family but they are not nice and the family has four kids that Peter considers his siblings he is the oldest. And Tony finds out about the horrible foster parents and tony takes custody of all of the kids and they live happily ever after. I'm sorry this chapter is all over the place.

Anyway on with the story.

Peter's POV

Aunt May is scary. She always thinks I'm a terrible person and blames me for uncle ben's death. She hits me when I do something wrong even though I didn't do anything.

Right now I'm headed to the tower to hangout with the avengers. I got in the elevator and Friday greeted me and I greeted her then the elevator opened and I saw everyone at the table.

"Hey Pete." Mr. Stark greeted.

"Hi everyone."

"I hope they don't notice the bruises." I thought.

I sat down next to Wanda and across from Mr. Stark with Ms. Potts on his left and Ms. Natasha on his right.

"How was school Peter." Steve asked.

"Good I'm working on a project outside of school."

"What project?" Bruce asked.

"I'm working on how to reuse coffee grounds to make an energy source for house's and cars."

"Cool If you wanted I could help you out."

"The more the merrier." I said smiling.

I kept looking at the clock but no one noticed except Ms. Natasha then I tugged at the arm of my shirt to make sure no one could see my bruise.

"Peter?"

"Yeah Ms. Natasha?"

"Why do you keep looking at the clock and why were you tugging at your shirt?"

"Aunt May wants me at home by 8:00pm and my shirt is kind of itchy." I lied.

"Could you move your arm?"

"Oh god no no no no." I thought.

I sat there in silence looking at the floor. Then Ms. Natasha started to speak again.

"Peter move your arm." She demanded.

I moved my arm to reveal a purple bruise and I heard gasps from everyone at the table.

"Who did that?!" Tony demanded.

"No one." I stuttered but of course being the horrible liar I am they didn't believe me.

"Peter we know your lying tell us now or Wanda will read your mind!" Steve said sternly.

Before I could say anything I thought about what happened this morning. And Wanda read my mind she gasped.

"Who did it?" Pepper asked.

"Peter your aunt did this to you?"

I nodded.

I looked back at the clock and it was 8:15pm Crap Aunt May is going to kill me.

"I-I have to g-go." I managed to say.

"You can't leave." Tony said.

"I'm sorry but I have to go."

I ran to the elevator and went to the lobby and saw a woman and man in suits walking towards me. The avengers managed to get down and see them.

"Are you Peter Parker?" The woman asked.

"Yes I am." I replied.

"You have to come with us."

"Why?"

They both looked at each other then looked at me.

"We're sorry to say but you're Aunt gave you up for adoption and we have to bring you to the foster care system."

"She gave me up?"

"Yes you have to come with us now."

"No."

"Look we don't have time for this let's go kid." The man said grabbing and pulling my arm.

"Hey let him go." Mr. Stark said.

"You have no right to walk in here and take the kid." Clint said.

"Yes we do because we're doing our job now back off Stark."

"No one gets to threaten me or assault Peter now leave him alone!" Tony demanded.

They were still pulling my arm and hurting me I was trying to pull away. The avengers looked like they were going to murder them.

"Stop let go get off me Mr. Stark help get off!" I yelled.

"Kid your making this more difficult than it actually is."

"Good now let go!"

They looked at each other then me and let go of my arm. I ran to Mr. Stark and started crying and hugged him then the avengers joined in.

(Don't hate me)

"Mr. Stark don't let them take me away please."

"I don't wanna go I want to stay here with you."

"I'm going to get you Peter don't worry."

"Please Mr. Stark I don't want to leave you."

He pulled me in for another hug and wiped the tears from my eyes.

(Aw my little heart poor Iron Dad)

"Peter I will get you back."

"Promise?"

"I promise."

"Come on kid let's go."

I walked away from my second family but I knew Mr. Stark would get me back. I got adopted by this family and they seemed nice but behind closed doors they were horrible people. I spent two weeks and it was terrible I still go to the same school and I met my new siblings. I'm the oldest then there's William and Jack the twins their 15 then Alina who's 10 and Eve who's 8. We became close every time they would get in trouble I would take the punishment because they're my little siblings and I need to protect them.

Tony's POV

The team and I found out how to get Peter back because his friends Ned and Mj found out about the abuse from his foster parents and we were going to go to court so after the school day ended I approached Peter. I saw him walking out the doors and I walked to him. It took me all the strength to not hug him and draw attention to ourselves. He had a huge grin on his face when he saw me and told him to get in the car so we could talk.

"Mr. Stark what are you doing here?"

"I'm here to help you."

"I'm here to find out if you could testify against your foster parents so you can come with me."

"What do you want to know?"

"What is going on in that house?"

"They hurt me and my siblings whenever the little kids do something wrong in their eyes they try to punish them but I take the hits because I don't want them to get hurt their just little kids and don't need to go through that." He said with tears rolling down his cheeks.

"I'm so sorry peter."

"It's okay Mr. Stark but please save us from them I don't want it to get worse for my siblings."

"Look at this kid not even worrying about his safety he's worried about his little siblings." I thought.

"I will peter I'll adopt you and your siblings."

"I have enough evidence to take to the judge and they will go to jail and never see you guys again."

"Thank you Mr. Stark."

"You're welcome."

He hugged me and cried against my shoulder.

"Pete it's okay I'll talk to the judge today and get a hearing tomorrow and you have to get your siblings to testify but how old are they?"

"William And Jack are 15, Alina is 10 and Eve is 8."

"William And Jack are going to testify since Alina and Eve are too young."

(I don't think court works like that but I don't know so bye)

"Okay I have to go because their probably home now."

"Bye Mr. Stark."

"Bye Underroos."

Peter's POV

I got out of Mr. Stark's car and headed "home" I hated that place I just wanted to get me and my siblings out of there because they don't need to deal with their parents. I walked through the door and heard screaming I ran upstairs and saw Eddie my foster dad yelling at my brothers he was going to hit them and i ran and stood in front of them and I just snapped.

"Leave them alone!" I yelled.

"Get out of my way boy."

"I've had enough of this crap from you and Rita you both are disgusting thinking you can hit children well guess what you can hit me not them so if I were you I'd back off or I'm calling the cops and they'll take you and your wife away for good!" I yelled.

"You're not calling the cops and if you do I'll hurt them way worse than you."

"No leave them alone you idiot."

William And Jack moved from out behind me and towards the door while I distracted Eddie.

"Go get Alina and Eve and go to my room and lock the door!" I demanded my brothers.

"Peter."

"Go now!"

They left and Eddie turned to me and punched and kicked even though it hurt now I have evidence to show the judge and I've been taking pictures of all of our wounds to show the judge. After Eddie punched and kicked me he and Rita left the house I looked out the window to see the car leaving the driveway and I ran to my room and knocked on the door.

"Peter?"

"Yeah let me in before they get back." I winced in pain.

They opened the door and I stumbled to the ground. I cried out in pain and my brothers rushed towards me.

"Peter!"

"What did he do?!"

"Help me up." I said wincing in pain.

They picked me up and helped me stand. Alina walked up to me and hugged me while shaking from fear I hugged her back.

"Alina it's okay look I'm going to get us out of here I can't take it anymore we need to leave you guys have listen to me now if we want to leave." I said holding my side.

"Are you guys okay?" I asked.

"Yeah just a little shaken up but we're good." Will said.

"Okay we need to leave."

"Where are we going peter?" Eve asked.

"Somewhere safe Eve." I replied.

"Okay."

"Pack some clothes we leave in a minute."

They nodded and started grabbing clothes. Then we went outside and started walking to the tower. We headed towards the door and I talked to Friday.

"Hello Peter welcome back."

"Hey Fri can you inform the team that we're here?"

"Peter you seem to be in pain would you like me to tell them?"

"No."

"Sure I unlocked the door so head into the elevator and go to the living room."

As we rode up Friday was asking who was with me. "Peter who are these kids?" The AI asked.

"They are my brothers and sisters."

"Guys you can trust Friday."

"Hi I'm William but you can call me Will."

"I'm Jack."

"I'm Eve."

Alina didn't say anything she just held my hand. Then Will introduced Alina.

"Friday this is Alina she doesn't talk a lot."

"Nice to meet you Will, Jack, Alina and Eve."

"Hey Peter how do you know the avengers?" Jack asked.

"They are like my second family."

"Are you a superhero?"

"No I'm an intern." I winked.

His eyes lit up and I was happy. Will and jack helped me walk. The elevator stopped and we went into the living room and saw the avengers standing there. Natasha stood up and walked towards Eve and Alina.

"Hello I'm Natasha who are you?"

"I'm Eve and this is my sister Alina. She doesn't talk that much."

"Okay nice to meet you girls would you like to come and watch a movie with me?"

"Yeah!"

Alina nodded. Then they walked off with Natasha and left us with the other avengers standing there. "Are you okay?" Mr. Stark asked.

"Yeah."

"Let's get to the point I'm going to need you three to testify against your parents because they will get in trouble for hurting you and you don't have to be scared because you have us once they go to jail you'll be living here okay?"

"Okay."

"Peter what happened to your face?"

Mr. Stark got suspicious like he knew I had more injuries.

"Peter can you lift up your shirt?"

I nodded and lifted my shirt and they saw bruises all over. They gasped I lifted my shirt back down and winced because of the pain.

"Eddie punched and kicked me because I stood up for Will and Jack."

"How are you a superhero Peter?" Jack asked.

I looked at Mr. Stark and he nodded.
"Watch." I used my web shooter and shot it at wall.

"Wow you're Spider-Man!" Will and Jack exclaimed.

"Yeah but don't tell Alina or Eve their not ready for that yet."

"I wish he didn't hurt you." Mr. Stark said.

"It's fine I'll heal in a few days as long as they don't get hurt them I'm okay Mr. Stark."

"Thanks for that by the way Peter." Jack said.

"I just wish you didn't get hurt every time it was because of us it's our fault." Will said.

"No it's not Will I'm okay I have to protect you even if that means me getting hurt because your my little brothers I was an only child growing up and ever since I met you guys I knew we would protect each other Alina and Eve don't need to go through that."

"Because of the horribleness of our parents Alina hasn't talked since cause she was always scared now she might be happy."

Jack and Will came up to me and hugged me. I hugged them back I love them so much.

"Tomorrow's the hearing you guys should get some rest."

"Okay Mr. Stark."

Time skip to Peter's testimony (because I don't want to write a really long chapter and I thought you would get bored)

"Calling Mr. Parker to the stand." The judge said.

I walked up to the stand and sat in the chair next to the judge where an attorney walked up to me.

"Hello Mr. Parker."

"Hello."

"I'm going to ask you some questions is that alright with you?" She asked.

"It's okay." I replied.

"Who were you living with before the Oren's?"

"My aunt May Parker."

"What happened between you two?"

"My aunt has been hurting me for a while and she just gave me up for adoption and I didn't know why then two social workers took me to an orphanage and the Oren's took me and I met my siblings but right off the bat I knew something was sketchy but I didn't say anything because who would believe a kid and then they showed their true colors and everything we did was wrong in their eyes we were basically on thin ice one move and we would sink I was there for two weeks and it was horrible they would hit me for being a minute late from getting home from school and every time they would try and hurt my brothers and little sisters I would take the hit because I didn't want them to get hurt."

"How old are you and your siblings?"

"I'm 16 William and Jack are 15,Alina is 10 and Eve is 8."

Once I said that I could hear whispers and murmurs.

"My siblings and I were scared of you and what you did will not be forgiven or forgotten because of you Alina doesn't talk to anyone anymore Eve has nightmares Will and Jack have become paranoid thinking you will come take them away. To be honest I've already lost my parents and my aunt and uncle my aunt gave me away and blamed me for my uncles death to this day I wished I would've done something and if you think I'm going to let you ruin Will,Jack,Alina and Eve's lives you are mistaken." I said sternly towards my ex foster parents.

"Mr. Parker is it true that you would stay at Mr. Stark's tower?"

"Yes because I'm an intern and I would stay sometimes when My aunt wasn't home they are like my second family."

"No further questions your honor."

We waited for a few minutes for the judge to decided what was going to happen.

"I point the defendant guilty of child abuse and child endangerment maximum life sentence without parole." The judge said banging her gavel.

I was happy we were free now Mr. Stark and Ms. Potts were going to be our foster parents. My siblings were happy about not getting hurt anymore and having new parents who are cool.

We walked out the court room and I saw my siblings waiting for me. They walked up to us.

"Did we win?"

"Yeah we did." I said with tears in my eyes.

"Peter don't cry." Jack told me.

"I'm just happy." I told him.

They hugged me and were happy.

"But what now are we going in the system?"

"No." Mr. Stark said.

"Me and Tony are adopting you all and you'll live with us at the tower." Pepper said.

"R-Really?" Will stuttered.

"Yeah."

"I can't believe it were going to be living with superhero's."

"We get to live with you?" Eve asked.

"Yeah Eve."

"This is the best day of my life the avengers are so cool." Eve exclaimed.

We laughed at Eve's excitement and headed to the tower to sign the adoption papers. William and Jack had to sign for Eve and Alina I don't know why but yeah.

"Will you have to sign here and Jack you sign here then do the same for Eve and Alina on this line."

They signed then it was my turn I was a little nervous. Because I didn't know if Mr. Stark would send us back. No he's my dad now he wouldn't do that. I signed where Ms. Potts told me and everyone cheered.

"You guys are officially Stark's."

"Thank you Mr. Stark." Will and Jack said.

"Yeah thank you Mr. Stark." I said.

"Guys enough with the Mr. Stark call me Dad and call Pepper Mom if you want."

"Okay Dad." Will said.

"So we can call you dad now and Pepper mom?" Eve asked.

"Yes Eve If you want to." Pepper said.

"Okay I'll call you mom now."

"Alina how about you?"

Alina didn't answer and we didn't expect her too to say something when she did.

"I like that you are my p-parents n-now."

I walked over to my sister and talked to her.

"Hey Ali who's you're favorite superhero?"

(Btw Alina's nickname is pronounced Al-e like ally does that make sense?)

"Spider-Man."

"Why."

"He's cool and he saves people and he has awesome powers."

"Alina what's your favorite food?" Dad asked.

"Pancakes." She replied.

"Specifically chocolate chip pancakes." Will and I add.

"Then we're having breakfast for dinner."

"Hey Alina were having breakfast for dinner." Eve said.

"But breakfast is for mornings not nighttime."

"I know but it's a celebration for today."

"Would you like to help me make the food?" Steve asked.

"Okay."

Alina then proceeded to help with dinner and then when it was done we all ate.

"I like pancakes."

"Chocolate chip pancakes are my favorite."

"It's good thing we're having them now right?"

"Yeah."

After eating we all went to bed.
