Chapter 101: Buzzfeed Unsolved: True Crime

(So I may or may not have geeked out when I read a chapter someone made in their IronDad & Spiderson book, about Buzzfeed Unsolved: True Crime.)

Anyway on with the story!

It was another day in the Buzzfeed headquarters, Ryan Bergara and his friend Shane Madej were sat down once again filming another episode of Buzzfeed Unsolved: True Crime.

And boy did they have an exciting topic today. "This week on Buzzfeed Unsolved, we cover the death of Quentin Beck aka Mysterio."

"Oh isn't that the superhero with the fish bowl on his head?" Shane asked.

Ryan looked at Shane and then back at the camera, "This is a prime example of Shane not paying attention to the news."

"I pay attention to the news!" Shane exclaimed.

"Really, what has been the last news thing you've seen?" Ryan asked.

"Uh... I heard there was a virus going around."

"Yeah that news clip has been surfacing for months now dude, and Mysterio in my book is no hero and you'll find out soon."

"Anyway moving on new evidence on the London attack may prove Spider-Man's innocence." Ryan began.

"At this point everyone knows who the masked hero is, he started becoming New York's vigilante and soon was associated with the Avengers when they fought and defeated Thanos."

"To get into the backstory of Quentin Beck, he use to work at Stark Industries but was fired when his behavior became iritic and unstable, after that he was mostly off the grid."

"A source came forward and said he was trying to trick Nick Fury director of S.H.I.E.L.D into destroying the world as on bad guy does."

"Wait- isn't Nick Fury supposed to be dead?" Shane asked.

"Yeah, he was falsely assassinated by the Winter Solider back in 2015, but I guess he's alive and well."

"I wondered about that myself but honestly this case is still ongoing, Spider-Man who was revealed to be Peter Parker, is a sixteen year old kid from Queens, New York."

"His parents Mary and Richard Parker were very well known in the science community, and unfortunately when Peter was just six years old they died in a plane crash, and Peter was then being raised by his aunt and uncle."

"But when he was fourteen, Peter's uncle Ben, died in an armed robbery gone wrong, and the poor kid saw it all from his uncle's car. After that Peter was enrolled Midtown Tech High School, he was a high schooler by day and a superhero by night." Ryan explained.

"To be honest this kid has done so much to help everyone and died trying to stop a mad titan from preforming a mass genocide, and yet everyone throws all of that out the window. To believe an unstable guy who use to work for Tony Stark, you people have some issues." Shane stated.

"And yes we know that doesn't justify for the fact that this kid may or may not have killed the guy, but I honestly don't believe this kid killed Mysterio, I think there's more behind the scenes."

Shane scoffed, "You always think there's more behind the scenes, just like how you believe in ghosts."

"Yeah, but that's better than having a show where a puppet teaches history." Ryan fired back.

(We love a salty Ryan 😌💅)

"You're just mad because you never win, and don't you dare say anything bad about The Professor!"

"WE'RE NOT HAVING THIS FREAKING CONVERSATION AGAIN!" Ryan shouted.

Ryan cleared his throat, "Moving on, Peter Parker and his family and friends are now in witness protection because people keep sending him death threats."

"That's messed up man, why are people immediately turning on him? Didn't you say there were witnesses in London that saw the attack?" Shane asked.

"Yeah, there were witnesses but a lot of them were y'know running so they wouldn't be shot by those death drones!"

"Oh yeah you're right!" At this point Ryan was facepalming while Shane was laughing at his friend's reaction.

Ryan sighed, "I bet you one hundred percent if Tony Stark was alive he'd shut all of this crap down."

Shane crossed his arms, "I hope the kid's okay, you people out there thinking you know everything are just a bunch of millennials fresh out of college, siding with the majority. Without hearing the side of a kid who's most likely saved all of your butt's."

"Well said man." Ryan applauded.

"Thank you." Shane said.

"No problem, since the investigation is  on going we're unable to make a part two to this video. But when we have more information we'll update you guys, anyway, thanks for watching this chaotic episode of Buzzfeed Unsolved: True Crime."

"I'm Ryan Bergara."

"And I'm Shane Madej."

After they uploaded that video it easily got millions of views, there were a bunch of comments surprisingly they respected Ryan and Shane's input in the whole situation. Some weren't so kind and tried attacking Peter, but fans defended him and a lot of them made theories about how everything was going.
