*🔖🔖AN AYAH A DAY KEEPS SHAITAN AWAY🔖🔖*

*Al-Baqarah 2:20*

*يَكَادُ ٱلْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَٰرَهُمْۖ كُلَّمَآ أَضَآءَ لَهُم مَّشَوْا۟ فِيهِ وَإِذَآ أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا۟ۚ وَلَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَٰرِهِمْۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ*

_The lightning almost snatches away their sight. Every time it lights [the way] for them, they walk therein; but when darkness comes over them, they stand [still]. And if Allah had willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent._

'''قریب ہے کہ بجلی ان کی آنکھیں اچک لے جائے، جب ان کے لئے روشنی کرتی ہے تو اس میں چلتے پھرتے ہیں (١) اور جب ان پر اندھیرا کرتی ہے تو کھڑے ہو جاتے ہیں اور اگر اللہ تعالٰی چاہے تو ان کے کان اور آنکھوں کو بیکار کر دے (۲) یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز پر قدرت رکھنے والا ہے۔'''

_The Sunnah of drinking water_

▶  *Drinking water in 3 steps or breaths.*

After each sip, separate the utensil from the mouth, then again drink and repeat the same thing.

It is prohibited to drink water in a single gulp as our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: *“Do not drink water in one breath like a camel. However, drink it in two or three breaths. Say 'Bismillah' and when you drink something, say 'Alhamdulillah'' after drinking water.”* (Tirmidhi, Ashriba, 13)

Scientific studies show that there are many harmful effects in drinking water in one gulp. It can cause choking of esophagus. It especially weakens the muscles and nerves. It is also detrimental for the liver and stomach.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُسْنَدِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَوْحٍ الْحَرَمِيُّ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ وَاقِدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ''' ‏

‏ *أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلاَةَ، وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ، فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلاَّ بِحَقِّ الإِسْلاَمِ، وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ ‏"*

Narrated Ibn 'Umar:

*Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), and offer the prayers perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform that, then they save their lives and property from me except for Islamic laws and then their reckoning (accounts) will be done by Allah."*

'''اس حدیث کو ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد مسندی نے بیان کیا ، ان سے ابوروح حرمی بن عمارہ نے ، ان سے شعبہ نے ، وہ واقد بن محمد سے روایت کرتے ہیں ، وہ کہتے ہیں میں نے یہ حدیث اپنے باپ سے سنی ، وہ ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ''' *رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے  فرمایا ۔ مجھے ( اللہ کی طرف سے ) حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ لوگوں سے جنگ کروں اس وقت تک کہ وہ اس بات کا اقرار کر لیں کہ اللہ کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں ہے اور یہ کہ محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اللہ کے سچے رسول ہیں اور نماز ادا کرنے لگیں اور زکوٰۃ دیں ، جس وقت وہ یہ کرنے لگیں گے تو مجھ سے اپنے جان و مال کو محفوظ کر لیں گے ، سوائے اسلام کے حق کے ۔ ( رہا ان کے دل کا حال تو ) ان کا حساب اللہ کے ذمے ہے ۔*

It is the meeting of the angels at the times of Fajr (and 'Asr prayers)!

⚜ Allah azza wa jall says:

*﴿إِنَّ قُرۡءَانَ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ كَانَ مَشۡہُودً۬ا ﴾*

(Verily the recitation of the Qur'an in the early down is *ever witnessed.*)

Ibn Mas'ud reported from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet said concerning this Ayah:

*﴿ وَقُرۡءَانَ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ‌ۖ إِنَّ قُرۡءَانَ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ كَانَ مَشۡہُودً۬ا ﴾*

(and recite the Qur'an in the early dawn. Verily, the recitation of the Qur'an in the early dawn is ever witnessed.)

*« تَشْهَدُهُ مَلَائِكَةُ اللَّيْلِ وَمَلَائِكَةُ النَّهَار »*

( *It is witnessed by the angels of the night and the angels of the day.)*

✔ Imagine the angels are meeting and witnessing FOR your recitation
✔ Feel what you are reciting
✔ From now on- each Fajr visualize this meeting and RECITE THE QUR'AN AT YOUR BEST!
