The blonde wrapped her backpack around her back as she walked down the damp sidewalk. Her blue umbrella in hand, she peered over at all the androids standing in perfect formation awaiting the bus. "How rude of me to stare "Aspin shook her head in shame as she walked along the path to the police station. The girl respected androids like she respected people, to her there was no difference. She couldn't say the same for others in this town. The lady at the front desk looked up at the Aspin and nodded towards the door on the side letting her head in. Her eyes glanced over at all the cubicles placed together, some with people sitting in their seats or others empty. Her hands traced along the name plate of her adopted father as she took a seat on his chair.

His desk was so dirty that Aspin couldn't stand the sight and sorted it out for him. She caught a glimpse of three keychain hanging off his board with Aspins name, Abigail's name, and his son's name.

"Aspin, wait up! "Abigail laughed trying to catch up to her older sister. The older girl dragged the small Cole by his arm over to the arcade filled with little kids. "I want to go play basketball, Asp! "Cole tugged on Aspin's shirt with a bright grin on his face as Abigail was finally able to catch up. "Alright, the one with the highest score gets two scoops of ice cream! "Abigail and Cole gave each other smart comebacks to try and throw each other off as Aspin sat there and laughed. As the scores showed up on the screen, Cole's name was placed on the top with one point higher than Abigails. "Dang!" Abigail pouted as Cole stuck an 'L' in the air. "Alright Alright a few more games, Hank will be finished anytime soon" Aspin smiled watching the two kids run off. After an hour and a half all three of them were stacked with tickets. "My, you guys have been super busy" Hank laughed as Cole's stack was almost the size of his.

They placed all the tickets on the counter as the worker took a few minutes to count each one. "All together you got 3,500 tickets" The worker smiled, placing all the tickets in a bucket. Cole eyed a stuffed elephant and Abigail eyed the stuffed giraffe. "We will take the elephant and the giraffe please" Aspin smiled as they were both placed on the counter and the two kids quickly grabbed them in excitement. "Thank you, Asp!" The two kids hugged the blonde in excitement as she smiled down at them. Asp looked over and eyed the light up keychains hanging from the wall. She looked through and surprisingly found her name on one, she convinced herself her name wasn't popular enough to be on one. Aspin found Cole's name and then Abigails and pointed over towards the three key chains. "Can we get those three?" The worker nodded and handed them to Aspin as the blonde handed the key chains to her siblings. "Wow this is so cool!" Abigail smiled as her eyes went wide. "I'm going to put this in my room forever" Cole yelled as Hank just laughed and shook his head. "Alright it's time to go, let's pile in the car."

Those flashbacks kept coming back as Aspin held onto the chair." Excuse me, have you seen Hank Anderson?" Someone spoke as Aspin lifted her head to see an android looking down at her. No emotion in his face, she looked at him before realizing she was looking too long and tried to hide the small blush on her face. "He's probably down at the bar, care to come with?" The blonde smiled, getting up from her chair and brushing her skirt. He just nodded with his blank stare as Aspin grabbed her bag again and took the android's hand in hers dragging him along.
