So, I really wanted to make my own fan tribe, I know I've tried and failed multiple times, but I like these ones.

They're called Sirenwings, and here's their general backstory.

They've been sheltered from the other tribes for many years, but anyone who's seen one hasn't come back to tell the tale. They dwell in jungles bordering the oceans, such as places like modern day Hawaii. They can't swim well, though they'll wade into the water to draw in other dragons to kill and eat. They're generally cannibalistic, but not towards their own species. Their calls are entrancing, and their wings have spirals that become irresistible to the eyes when they flap them.

Her name is Brizo, she's very high ranked in the Sirenwing society. She's killed thousands of dragons, and never left any evidence behind. Would anyone be interested in one?
