Haechan made his way to the location to the address Jaemin shared with him. He reached the house though he instantly recognized the house as it was Chenle's. Jaemin obviously wanted him to make progress but Haechan knew it in his gut things weren't going to turn out well, he knocked on the door. His heart was accelerating and his palms grew sweaty, he was scared of what was going happen next. No one opened the door, he listened for footsteps. Haechan breathed a sigh of relief and decided to go home. 

Meanwhile...

Jaemin texted Haechan a while ago if he already talked with Chenle, but received no answer. So now he was mindlessly scrolling on his phone instead of practicing, He had only 2 more days until the wedding so it was fine. He continued scrolling until Haechan had texted him back.

Hyuck:

Hey sorry I wasn't able to get back to you, no he wasn't home.

Jaeminin:

You sure you're not lying?

Hyuck:

Positive.

Jaeminin:

oh, I guess we can try again next time then

Hyuck: 

Jaemin please, I like you but I don't want to associate with them again..

Jaeminin:

sorry..

Jaemin turned off his phone and just laid down silently, debating on what to do now..

Next day Jaemin decided to stay at Chenle's, Chenle had no arguments about it, but kept wondering why he suddenly wanted to visit often. Jaemin just shook it off as some bonding time.

He, Chenle and Jisung were in his house eating ramen. Jisung scrolling on his phone while eating. Chenle writing on his sheet music and Jaemin just trying to eat in peace, but the silence was killing him slowly.

"uhm Jisung"

Jisung looked up from his phone

"im sorry for taking the photos.. I- I dont know what went through my head.."

"ah- its fine.."

Chenle overhearing this, his interest was piqued.

"What photos?"

"...uh- animal crossing posters." Jisung lied.

"o..kay.." 

Chenle went back to his work.

"anyways, any plans for today?" Jaemin asked

"eh, mostly gonna stay in my room and play games"

"you're gonna rot in your room one day Jisung.." Chenle sighed

"like you never have before" Jisung rolled his eyes

"and plus, at least I take showers before and after 'rotting' in my room!"

"I dont shower to save water.. plus shower's everyday isn't good your your skin-"

"oh god here comes walking, talking chenle-pedia" Jisung chuckled

"you.. nevermind.." Chenle took a huge bite of his ramen.

Jaemin just sat quietly and watched their banter with a light smile.

"you two fight a lot huh?" Jaemin asked

"one because one of us have a IQ above 5." Chenle said

"HEY!"

"its true"

Jisung just crossed his arms and huffed back into his seat

"Oh yeah by the way Chenle, could you help me with something in the backyard-"

"no."

"...wow..Jaemin are you willing to help me?"

"sure why not?"

"thanks-"

"no he will not."

"....really.."

"He is our guest, ill help you later"

After Chenle finished up eating his Ramen, him and Jisung headed out to a greenhouse. Apparently Jisung wanted to plant some seeds in their backyard a couple of months ago but never really had the time. Jaemin stayed inside the house watching tv shows. His phone flashed signalling a text message. It was from Haechan.

Hyuck:

its fine, im not mad. Just.. I dont know, I miss them but im not sure how to face them after everything.

Jaeminin:

Im sorry I pushed this onto you- should've taken your feelings into consideration. I am currently at Chenle's house if you want to talk, he's not home. Unless you're not comfortable

Hyuck:

i'll be there.

but if anything goes wrong im blaming it on you.
