Izzy didn't know how long he had left her alone. She could hear a faint whistling coming from the wrecked car feet away from her and she was thankful the fire had extinguished itself. Still sitting on the ground holding her side in pain, she tried to control her breathing, her mouth getting drier by the minute. She didn't know how bad her injuries were, but she assumed the broken ribs were the worst of it.

She heard him before she saw him. His boot clad feet stomped on twigs and dead leaves as he made his way to her. "I'm guessing you can't walk." He pulled his phone out of his pocket and sent a text to his ally before shoving it back in his pocket and eyeing the girl with disdain.

"No shit, Sherlock," Izzy muttered as she rolled her eyes. "Don't you think I would've if I could? I wouldn't be sitting here playing damsel in distress."

"You're hardly a damsel." Deckard sighed as he weighed his options. He could contact the girls team and let them have her or he could take her and hold onto her as leverage. He looked up in the direction he knew the road was in and he figured he'd have to carry her to the car he had waiting for him, a feat he didn't want to do. But having her meant he had something Toretto wanted and that made his decision easier.

"Let's go."

Izzy felt his arms wrap around her as he hoisted her up. She hooked one arm around his shoulders as her other stayed glued to her side. The man carried her effortlessly up the hill and she could faintly hear the sound of a helicopter in the distance. "They're coming for me." Deckard sped up his pace and she could finally see a glimpse of the chopper not to far away from them as it flew in their direction.

"And eventually they'll find you." His words made her feel uneasy and she glanced uncomfortably at him while he set her in the car. He quickly closed the door and ran to the driver's side, tossing his rifle bag in the backseat before starting the car and speeding down the road.

"What do you need me for?"

"He killed my brother." She blinked guiltily as she realized what he was referring to. "He messed with my family." Deckard looked over at her and Izzy paled. "So I'm messing with his." Her jaw dropped slightly and Deckard smirked at her. "Didn't think I would know that, did you?"

"N-no." Izzy stammered. She turned away from him and looked out the window. "Your plan is stupid."

"How so?" Deckard chuckled quietly.

"He doesn't know," Izzy stated.

"He will." Deckard keeps his smirk prominent. "And I'm going to be the one to tell him." Izzy snapped her head to look at him and he met her wide eyed gaze with a mischievous one.

"Y-you can't do that!" Izzy pleaded. "He can't know!"

"I can and he will," Deckard confirmed. The girl beside him held some innocence and he knew she hid the truth for a reason but she was leverage. He wanted an eye for an eye and having the unknown daughter of his enemy in his grasp, was perfect for him. He knew Toretto was a family man and he knew that once the man knew of her relation to him, he'd stop at nothing to get her back. Which made this fight so much more exciting.

He took his phone out of his pocket and Izzy watched him unlock it. She tried to lean in closer to peek at the screen but he snuck a glance at her and quickly pocketed it. Izzy deflated in her seat and tried to ignore the raging pain in her side. She thought of the bottle of pain killers on her desk at the base and she wished more than anything she had them in her grasp. The man beside her was silent as she watched the trees fly by. "When do I get to go back? I do have a job to do, ya know?"

"Oh I know but your job keeps interfering with mine," Deckard smirked slightly. He could see the resemblances between her and her father and he knew her irritation was most likely a trait she got from him. "Don't you have something else you can be doing instead?"

"What kind of bad guy are you?" Izzy questioned him as she sent an annoyed look his way. "Are you trying to engage in conversation? Why do you even care?"

"I don't." Deckard gritted out.

Izzy scoffed. "Could've fooled me." It was silent for a minute before she sighed and grimaced at the pain in her side. "I don't know anything else." Deckard looked at her briefly as he drove down the empty road. "I shouldn't even be telling you anything."

"What's the harm?" Deckard shrugged.

"You're kidding, right?" Izzy deadpanned. "Did you forget you're the villain in this scenario are we just ignoring the fact that you're holding me hostage?"

"How could I forget?" Deckard asked, a sarcastic tone in his voice. "You keep mentioning it. I think I liked you better when you didn't talk."

"You're the one who asked me a question!" Izzy gaped at him. "Nothing's stopping you from pulling over and leaving me stranded somewhere. I'm basically begging you to do it." Izzy retorted and scoffed when the man only rolled his eyes in response. "It was worth a try."

"I'll let you go as soon as I get what I need."

"Which is to kill Dom? Good luck with that." Izzy chuckled sarcastically. "It didn't work so well for your brother, what makes you think you'll succeed?"

"I will." Izzy waited for him to elaborate but sadly his villainous monologue ended there. She shifted in her seat and she could see the trees ending and a city beginning. She lost track of how far they'd driven and how long. She could see him take his phone out again and she knew whoever he was texting him had him distracted. She knew if she could get the phone from him she could hack into it and send her location to her team but her chances were slim. He wasn't an amateur, he'd know her moves before she made them. Dominic Toretto had met his match in Deckard Shaw and she hoped that her dad's craziness was enough to surpass the british man.

"Where are we going?" Izzy asked as he turned down a deserted road. He didn't answer her and she began to panic as another car was parked further down, waiting for them. He parked the car and didn't say a word to her as left her alone. She watched the car door open and her eyes widened as she recognized the man who sent a smirk her way as he began to talk to Deckard. The man kept glancing her way and she began to panic as Deckard got into the other car and left. She held her breath and her side as she hit the lock button on the car door. The man quirked an eyebrow and smirked her way as he approached the door.

"Unlock the door Anisa." Jakob Toretto eyed his niece with a blank face. He noticed the way she clutched her side and the way her eyes darted between him and the keys his ally conveniently left in the ignition. "Unlock the door." He repeated himself. Izzy shook her head and tried to calculate how fast he could break the window while she struggled to sit in the driver's seat. "I'm not gonna do anything to you. I just want to talk."

"You couldn't just call?" Izzy heard herself ask and she wished she had kept her mouth shut. She had no interest in talking to her uncle again. Not after the stunt he pulled when he decided to leave the organization they worked for, the one he recruited her for.

"Would you have answered?" Izzy made a face and shook her head no. "Exactly. Unlock the door." She listened this time. He opened the door and squeezed his bulky body in the driver's seat before turning on the car and driving the same way Deckard went.

"Where's Deckard?" Izzy wished the British man was beside her instead of her estranged uncle. She knew he wouldn't do anything to harm her but she still had her reservations about him. He had broken her trust and it'd take a miracle for him to earn it back.

"He'll be back for you. He had to run an errand." Izzy didn't respond and they drove in silence. "Anisa-"

"Please stop talking." Izzy interrupted him.

"Anisa-"

"Just shut the fuck up," Izzy spoke as calmly as she could. She didn't have alot of energy left and she didn't want to waste it by yelling at him. "Where are you taking me?"

"To wherever Deckard wants me to," Jakob stated.

"Didn't realize he made you his bitch." Izzy rolled her eyes. Jakob clenched his jaw and his grip tightened on the steering wheel.

"Enough with the attitude!" He snapped at her. Izzy flinched slightly before she composed herself. Growing up with the man, they didn't have the easiest relationship. He took his role as a strict guardian very seriously and it instilled a need for validation within her as a child and that unfortunate trait stayed with her as she aged. There was no room for failure with her uncle and now that she had her taste of freedom from him, she had nothing but resentment for him. He was the true villain in her eyes.

He pulled up to an abandoned airport and she stayed quiet as he parked. He left the car before rounding to her side and opening her door. He grabbed her arm and pulled her out, surprisingly gentle. He escorted her to the lone plane and she blanched when she recognized the dark skinned man standing in the doorway. "She's all yours." Jakob nudged her towards the stairs where one of Mose Jakande's men handcuffed her wrists. He forced her to walk up the stairs and despite not wanting anything to do with him, she looked pleadingly at her uncle. She begged him silently but he turned away and walked back to the car. Izzy watched with wide eyes as he drove away.

"Let's go," Mose smirked at her and Izzy made her way into the small plane. The soldier who handcuffed her shoved her into a seat and she finally let her tears fall as he shoved something over her head. "Don't worry girl, you'll be safe with us." Something in his tone made her feel uneasy and she squirmed away from him as he sat beside her. "Rest easy," Mose smirked at her and before she could do anything, her vision went black. Mose watched as she slumped in her seat, the girl falling unconscious.

"What does Deckard want her for anyway?" Mose turned to his soldier and grinned.

"That's above your pay grade." Mose laughed. "The girl is leverage. Toretto has what I want and I have what he wants." Mose turned his attention back to the girl beside him and eyed her with curiosity. "Seems we'll find out if he's willing to trade soon enough."

"And if he doesn't?"

"Then we kill her," Mose answered swiftly. "Or we keep her." He smirked evilly. "It's a win for us either way."
