"Yeah, and the—" Charity said, when a dull thud was heard from Greed's office. The other virtues immediately got up, alert, but Charity just got up from the sofa and walked to the kitchen and started cooking.

Kindness walked into Greed's office, then came out of it quickly, concern etched to her face. "The senior sin Greed is unconscious!" she reported.

Charity just nodded. "Yes, it happens often," he said calmly, throwing in ingredients for an omelette into the pan.

"Often!?" Kindness asked. "Are you serious?"

"She just forgot to eat. And I forgot to remind her to. She'll be fine."

"Well, if you're sure..." Kindness said reluctantly. "I don't want anyone to be hurt."

Charity smiled reassuringly. "Don't worry," he said.

With that, Kindness nodded and walked back out to report Charity's words to the others.

He finished up the meal, then placed it on a plate and walked across the living room to Greed's office.

His siblings stared at him like he was crazy.

He paid no mind, though, gently opening the black and gold door to find his rival passed out on her desk, piles of paperwork around her, still in her suit.

Charity sighed and placed the plate on the only empty spot on the table and gently nudged the unconscious sin.

"Greed," he said quietly, "wake up."

It took a few minutes to wake her up, but she finally became conscious.

"Did I fall asleep?" she slurred, hair a mess.

"No, you passed out because of low blood sugar," Charity said. "Eat something."

"That explains my light-headedness," Greed murmured.

"I made you something. You need to eat." Charity said, giving Greed the plate.

Greed tried to focus her eyes on the plate while taking off the accessories on her suit. "Oh, it's... uh... egg."

"Close enough," Charity laughed. By now, Greed had stripped down to her shirt, allowing her to reach over the table and take the plate.

She ate the food after Charity nagged her to. "Hey, you could make a living being a chef," she said.

Charity smiled. "I'm glad you like my cooking."
