Atlas was a cool person. He truly was. And maybe that's why he was always invited to Meredith Greys parties. Those big huge, dance on the table kind of parties. It definitely helped that his brother was married to Meredith, and it also helped that Eliza and Meredith were close.

Did Atlas mind the big partys? Nope, in all honesty he enjoyed them to the fullest extent. He could get on a table and dance like his life would end the next day, he could drown a bottle of alcohol and still continue to smile.

Did he enjoy fancy, dress up parties that had boring classical music? No, in fact he almost hated them. He'd much rather be on a table dancing with a bottle of vodka with the twisted sisters and his siblings.

The Lee-Sunny twins were the same way, if either one of them had to dress up for a party, it most likely was going to be some Halloween party. They'd both rather be in something bright, and happy looking. Not the black dress and black dress suit Atlas had picked out for Dereks party.

Oliver stood beside Lexie, the two having a conversation about a case they worked together.

Across the room stood Eliza, who was standing beside Mark at the very love party that was hosted for Derek. "Elly, can I get you a drink?" Mark asked as he threw an arm around the woman's shoulder.

"Something fruity, thank you." Eliza replied as she watched everyone get along, but not really enjoying the boring party. No one seemed to be very happy, all just standing around and talking lightly.

"El, Mark!" Derek peeked his head out from his study. The said two turned around and made quick eye contact with Derek before waking towards the study in Atlas's very nice home.

"Derek!" Mark squeezed his friends shoulder.

"So these are the blue prints for the house." Derek unrolled a large few sheets of paper.

"The one out in the woods? The dream house?" Eliza asked wide eyed, recalling the few conversations she'd have with her brother about it.

"The dream house." Derek hummed happily. It was his and Atlas's dream house. "This whole wall with be windows so we can take advantage of the view." Derek pointed things out on the blueprints.

"Nice." Mark mussed.

"Have you broken ground yet?" Owen questioned before taking a sip of his drink.

"The day I was named chief." Derek stated proudly.

"Oo, yay!" Eliza exclaimed, very excitedly. She might have had one too many drinks, of course that was all thanks to Mark.

"You know, at my parties, we drink beer and dance on the table." Meredith announced as she walked into the study.

Atlas turned towards his husband abruptly, "I like those parties, find me one of those." He let a dreamy smile tug at his lips.

"Yeah, that's enough alcohol for you. Let's get you some water." Mark took the bottle of alcohol from his friends hand before leading him towards the kitchen.

"Olly!" Atlas grinned when he spotted his brother.

"Atly!" Oliver grinned back as he handed his brother a bottle of water.

Oliver and Alex walked into the pit, both having been paged. The two walked up towards an psych nurse. "You paged us?" Alex asked the psych nurse.

"Hayley May, sixteen, diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic. Tried to claw her eyes out. I need you to clear her. Before I can take her up to psych." The psych nurse informed the two.

"She dried to claw her eye out?" Asker repeated with bulging eyes as he looked towards the patient on the bed.

Who Oliver and Alex assumed was the father, walked up to the two residents and started to talk. "We tried to keep her safe. She's on every med in the book. But she doesn't eat, she doesn't sleep. The slightest thing sets her off, talking even." The father paused. "So we're having her committed. We explained to her that they were coming to get her and try and help. We turned our back for a minute. Just one minute—"

Oliver grimaced at the words "they were coming to get her". His head snapped away from the father to see Hayley grab a needle and hold it above her chest.

"Hayley..." The mother softly spoke.

"That's lorazepam in there." The psych nurse announced with panic.

"I'll do it. I swear to god, I'll do it." Hayleys voice broke as she talked.

"No baby, please don't." The mother tried to convince her daughter.

"You don't believe me. Nobody does. So now, I swear to god, I'll stab myself." Hayley cried, bring the needle closer to her chest.

"I believe you." Oliver spoke softly as he took a few slow steps towards the teenager.

"We do, we believe you Hayley. I'm Alex Karev. And that's Oliver Sunny. Can you put the needle down?" Alex's voice was soft as he talked.

"If I stick this in my heart, it would kill me, right?" The teenager demanded the answer.

"You don't wanna do that, Hayley." Alex softly denied.

Hayley looked between Oliver and Alex. "'Cause there's drugs in here, I would die, right?"

"Trust me, we can help you." Oliver held out his hand, the girl waiting a few seconds before dropping the needle in his hand.

"It's gonna be okay." Alex murmured.

Awhile later, Alex and Oliver had convinced Hayley's parents that there was some tests they could run. They had ran an E.E.G, cat-scan and a few other tests. Unfortunately all of Hayleys test had been negative, indicating that there was nothing else that could be causing her symptoms beside her schizophrenia.

Alex had blown up, saying that the teenager wasn't crazy. Oliver sided with his friend, he believes that there was more. Derek had given the two four hours to find an diagnosis.

Lexie, or lexipedia, had given them some information on a article in the research library that helped the two come up with one last test.

Oliver helped Hayley into a special kinds of goggles. "Hayley when I say now, I'm gonna need you to plug you nose and blow. Make sure you keep your eyes open. Can you do that?" Oliver asked the questioned.

"Y-yeah."

Alex pressed a few buttons, "Now."

Hayley did as told and the two doctors and the parents watched as Hayleys eyes moved side to side rapidly. They had just diagnosed Hayley.

"It's called superior canal dehiscence syndrome. It's the result of a super small hole that developed in her inner ear." Derek told the parents.

"It's rare." Said Oliver.

"It's hard to diagnose. The condition wasn't even written up until 1998. The noise sensitivity, the sandpaper, it's because Hayley could hear everything going on inside her body. And every sound outside was magnified. It's why she couldn't sleep or eat. She's not schizophrenic." Alex added.

The two parents hugged as they let tears of joy fall, glad to have found a way to help their daughter.
