"The coordinates are off, seriously, I can't find the bug."
"I swear hyung, it's -3 south of the castle."
Yoongi groaned as he stared at his character running to a wall. "Well it's not letting me through. Must have been a bug from your character."
Namjoon sighed on the other line. "Fix my character then."
"I can't here." Yoongi caressed his temple in annoyance. "I hate taking work home."
"Come on! I'm the one testing all these early updates at home as well. Just bare with me."
"You suck at in game coordinates, how can I?"
Ding Dong
Yoongi kept walking around the castle as his character attempted to go through the walls in hopes of finding a bug to fix.
Ding Dong
"Are you gonna get that?"
Yoongi groaned as he stood up, setting his controller down. "It's probably my new neighbor annoying me."
"Ooh is it a she? And is she cute?" Namjoon wiggled his eyebrows although Yoongi couldn't see him.
"It's a he and he's short."
Ding Dong
"I'm coming, geez!"
"Persistent, nice!" Namjoon laughed. "Maybe he likes you."
"Gay." Yoongi took off his gaming headphones from his head and placed them around his neck, going up to his door and opening it.
"Hi!"
"What do you want?"
Jimin pouted. "Is that how you greet people that come to your door?"
"Yup."
"Hmph, well I was wondering if you had a hammer." Jimin scratched the back of his head. "I think I left mine back in my old house."
"Awe, he sounds cute."
Yoongi rolled his eyes and opened the door wider. "Let me look for it. Come in."
Jimin bowed. "Thank you hyung!"
The blond boy went in the house. He looked around at the living room, how clean it actually was to his surprise. It was dark inside, a lonely lamp lighting the whole room. The wallpaper was a light brown with an antique grey accent. Paintings hung in each wall except for the one where his TV and gaming consoles were situated. He had big couches that for a person that lived alone, was unusual.
The kitchen was clean, the counter was grey marble and the cabinets were a darker brown than the wallpaper. The hallway that Jimin guessed lead to his other rooms was lit up by the bulb above, revealing a picture at the end of it, but as much as Jimin squinted, he couldn't tell what the picture was.
Yoongi put on his headphones, leaving one of his ears to stick out as he opened drawers and cabinets in his kitchen to find his tool box. "Joon, see if you can reset your character and it's items. The bug might be because of an item or ability."
"Copy."
The dining room was right behind the couches, a single wooden table with four chairs. Again, too many for someone that lives alone.
Jimin stared at the screen then at Yoongi as he looked through his supply closet. "Do you just play video games after you get out from work?"
"Playing video games is my job." Yoongi pulled out his tool box and set it on his dining table.
Jimin walked closer, sliding his shoes as he was shy being inside someone else's house. "That must be fun."
"It's tiring."
"It's fun!" Namjoon said as loud as he could so Jimin could hear him through Yoongi's headphones but he failed.
"Will you shut up? He can't hear you, you dumbass." Yoongi rolled his eyes
"Sorry! Heheh."
Jimin grabbed onto Yoongi's mic from his headphones. "Hello!"
Yoongi pulled away, taking his headphones off and giving them to Jimin. "You're annoying..."
"Hi! I'm Namjoon!"
"I'm Jimin. I'm Yoongi's new neighbor."
"House between Mrs Park and Hyusik?"
"Yup. Wait how did you know?"
Namjoon chuckled. "I'm almost always over Yoongi hyung's house."
Yoongi kept looking for the hammer as Jimin familiarized himself with Namjoon. "Really? Are you one of the three friends that always comes over like Mrs Park said?
"Yup. It's me, Taehyung, and Jin hyung." Namjoon then got an idea. "You should definitely join us when we have our little house parties."
"Oh that'd be fun."
Yoongi quickly snatched the headphones from off of Jimin's hand and speaking into the mic. "Stop inviting people over my house without my permission. I'll call you later."
"Party pooper."
Yoongi set down his headphones and gave Jimin his whole toolbox. "I don't have a hammer. Just use whatever and give it back whenever."
Jimin smiled. "Thank you."
Yoongi pointed to his front door. "Now if you don't mind, I have some work to get done."
The blond pouted. "You should take a break. You've been in here since you got back."
Yoongi eyed him. "Are you keeping tabs on me or something?"
Jimin rolled his eyes. "I'm stuck at home till tomorrow. I stared at Mrs Park play with her dog outside of how bored I am."
"Get a job."
"I have a job. But I mostly work from home. I already told you." Jimin frowned.
"I don't care enough to remember." Yoongi pointed again to his door. "Bye."
Jimin pouted. "You're mean..." He went out Yoongi's door and closed it behind him.
Yoongi shrugged and went back to his couch, calling Namjoon up again.
"Yo yo yo! Did you flirt with him?"
"No. Why would I?"
"Is he cute?"
Yoongi thought for a second. "I guess..."
"Oh my god hyung! Get it!"
"Not interested on him."
"Aish," Namjoon sigh. "Put yourself out there. Can't be a virgin forever."
"Shut up. You're too gay."
"And you're too straight."
"It's called bisexual." Yoongi started playing again.
"You have double the chances and still can't get none."
"Fuck off Mr The Guy I Like Doesn't Like Me."
"Fuck you."
Jimin sighed as he closed the door behind him. All his furniture was here, all he had to do was decorate. His pictures had to be put up and hopefully Yoongi had something useful in here.
He set the tool box on the floor and knelt down to open it.
"Hmm?"
The tool box was neatly arranged, not with hammers but different types of tools that look or could work as hammers.
Jimin smiled as he took out a square hammer from underneath it all. "No hammers... He just didn't want me to bother him again."
