as many nctzens and mys are aware, star and giselle have been good friends since the latter's debut. their interactions have been plentiful throughout the years, especially at smtown concerts and award shows.

however recently, the interactions have gotten less and less, to the point where they have stopped talking all together. this has been a cause of concern to many fans, wondering why they are no longer on speaking terms.

neither sm, star, or giselle addressed this topic. however, giselle went on live six days ago and said this:

" i used to be super close with this one girl but we stopped talking. she was so sweet to me in the beginning but after we got closer, she kept backstabbing me. i would tell her really personal things about my life and she would go and spread it. i trusted her with my life but she didn't really care. it upset me a lot so i finally stopped talking to her. i feel much better now that she is out of my life. "

this speech was unprompted and many fans were curious as to who she was referring to. many speculated nct's star, but they weren't sure. however, it all became clear once giselle said this:

" i'm not saying who it is but i'll give you some hints. she was born in the same year as ningning, she isn't ningning, and is under sm. "

other than ningning, star is the only female idol under sm that was born in 2002. many fans then flooded star's instagram with hate and demanded that she leave the group.

sm and star have stayed silent on the matter until this morning. sm had this to say:

" hi,
we have talked with our artists, star and giselle, and are here in desire to clear the air. star claims she did not do the things giselle has said she has. giselle claims that star has. we will be investigating this matter fully, and no matter what, we will stand with both of our artists. neither star nor giselle will be removed from their respective groups. we thank you for your concern. "

guys i actually feared for my life today!! i was hanging out w my friends in the park & we were talking to this random group of friends?? i wasn't really saying anything bc talking to people i don't know scares me shitless but my friends were talking and i was just kinda sitting there.. anyways not the point! they were vaping & rolling joints and my friend was being annoying and said "don't smoke it's bad for you" and then he threw snow at one of the mfs smoking?? the people smoking threw snowballs back at us and i thought it was a friendly little fight so i join, right?? i throw a snowball at one of them and he stares at me straight in the eye, hits his vape, and then charges at me screaming "i'm gonna fuck u up!! i'll knock u out & then [r word] you!!" i ran away cause like duh ( i've never ran that fast in my life btw and the snow was making it so hard to run ) and he kept following me and repeating that until my friends caught up to me and he left... scariest moment of my life fr 😭
