enhypen was formed through a survival show, i-land, and debuted on november 30, 2020.

enhypen's company, belift lab, has just revealed shocking news! the ceo, kim taeho explained everything in a letter. we are so excited for their debut! the letter wrote:

" hello everyone, it is kim taeho. i am here to share some very exciting news. we are planning on debuting enhypen's first subunit! the subunit will consist of enhypen's maknae line. "

the official debut date of this subunit has not been revealed, but later on in the late kim taeho mentioned it would most likely be sometime during mid august of 2023!

he also announced the name of the subunit: H4RMONY ( pronounced haar-muh-nee ). harmony represented how the subunit strives to energize everyone listening to their harmonies, and the '4' represents the four members, sunoo, jungwon, hyejin, and ni-ki.

he also suggested the possibility of another enhypen subunit consisting of the hyung line, heeseung, jay, jake, and sunghoon. however, that is not confirmed.
