Vandana's POV :-

I came out of my trance by listening to the footsteps coming towards us, by this time we have sat on the couch present in my room. I looked up to see our lawyer Aakash Sharma is here.

(A/N- No one guessed it right😏😏)

 I was shocked to see him here at this time. This added more to my confusion because little did I know what was cooking here. Putting myself on alert mode I asked "What happened uncle? you are here at this time??"

Author's POV :-

After listening to Vandana, Rajshiri looked towards Aakash nodding her head for him to sit and said while composing herself. 

Rajshiri- Betu humne hi inhe yaha bulaya hai. (Kid I only called him here.)

Vandana- But why Mom? What happened, why you and uncle are looking at me like this?

Rajshiri- Keep patience princess, you will know everything.

Rajshiri then ordered maid to get some tea and snacks. Then she turned towards Aakash and signaled him to bring out the topic.

Aakash- Princess I am going to talk on very sensitive topic which will be difficult for you to hear but please listen to me and Queen before reacting.

Unsure of what to say, Vandana just nod her head. 

Aakash- Woh rajkumari darasal bat yeh hai ki iss rajya ko kisi ke naitritva ki jarurat hai. (Actually Princess the thing is kingdom needs someone's guidance.)

Looking at Mr. Sharma anyone can say he is surrounded with nervousness but still wiping the sweat from his forehead he further added.

Aakash- I mean to say that..

He was interrupted by a knock on the door and maid's voice came in "Queen tea and snacks are here".

Rajshiri- Come in and place them on table and leave.

The maid came in and placed everything on table and bowed down to leave. Rajshiri instructed her by saying "Make sure that no one disturbs us now". And maid leaved from there only after bowing down once again. Looking at the confused look on Vandana's face and nervous look on Aakash's face, Rajshiri decided that now she only have to take the things further.

Rajshiri- Betu apko yaad hai abhi Aakash ji ke aane se pahele hum apse kuch kah rhe the toh apne pucha tha ki hum apko yeh sab kyu bata rhe hai? (Kid do you remember before Mr. Aakash's arrival I was saying something to which you questioned me why I was telling you all that?) 

Vandana- Ha Mumma hume sab yaad hai. (Yes mom I remember everything.)

Rajshiri- Toh betu bat yeh hai ki iss rajya ko kisi securuity team ki nhi, ek sache raja ki jarurat hai jo praja k bare me khud se pahele soche aur praja k liye woh sab kare jo apke dada krte aaye hai. (So kid the thing is this kingdom doesn't need any security team, it needs a honest ruler who thinks about people before himself and do everything for our people which your dad has done from forever.)

Vandana- Mumma aap yeh kya kah rahi hai? Aap aisa kaise kah sakti hai? Hamare dada ki jagah koi or nhi le sakta aur aisa kon hai jo unhi ki tarah praja ko sambhal sake? (Mom what are you saying? How can you say that? No one can take my Dad's place and who is the person who can handle our people like him?)

Rajshiri- Nahi beta aap hame galat samajh rahi hai, humara woh matlab nahi tha aur ha hum jante hai unhe jo apke dada ki hi tarah hamari praja ko sambhal sakte hai. (No kid you are getting me wrong, I didn't mean it like that  and yes I know the person who can handle our people just like your father.)

Vandana was getting frustrated with every word her mother was speaking because why not, a daughter can never see someone taking or giving her father's position to anyone.

Vandana- But who is that person?

She said while getting annoyed, frustrated, angry and what not. Rajshiri looked at her daughter and said after gaining courage because her next words needs a lot of courage.

Rajshiri- Woh aur koi nhi aap hai doll. (That person is none other than you doll.)

Vandana looked towards her with a shocked face and yells standing up.

Vandana- MOM HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT WHEN YOU CLEARLY KNOW THE TRUTH.

Vandana's POV :-

I know I did wrong by yelling at her but she knows everything about my dreams.

Rajshiri-Doll I know, I know everything but doll I can't do anything this is the truth that our kingdom needs you right now and what can I do when it's all destiny.

Aakash- Rajkumari mai bhi apko yahi kahne aaya tha ki rajya ko apki jarurat hai aur raja ji ne bhi yahi kaha tha ki jab bhi unki praja ko jarurat hogi aur woh nahi upastith ho toh unki beti, yani ki aap unki unupastithi me unke rajya ko sambhale. (Princess I also came here to tell you that our kingdom needs you and King also said that whenever his people will be in need and he is not present then his daughter, means you will handle the kingdom in his absence.)

I lost my balance listening to this. How can my dada do this? how can he?

Vandana- Dada ne aapse yeh kaha? (Dad said this to you?)

I said not at all believing his words.

Rajshiri- Ha beta kyunki ek raja ke liye unke raj dharm se jyada jaruri kuch nahi hota aur unhe pata hai ki unki pyaari betiya bhi unke raj dharm ko nibhane me unki sahayata awasya krengi. Aap apne dada ko galat mat samjajhiye doll. (Yes kid because for a king his duties towards his kingdom are most important for him and he knows his dearest daughter will help him to fulfill his duties which he has towards his kingdom. Please don't get your father wrong doll.) 

She continued.

Rajshiri- He knows what your dreams means to you but he has responsibility of his whole kingdom. He can't sacrifice his kingdom's needs for his own selfishness. And he knows his daughter will handle his kingdom like he always did. Unhone vachan liya tha ki unke liye unki praja unke parivar se pahele aaegi. Jitna dukh apko yeh sunkar ho raha hai usse kahi jyada dukh apke dada ko yeh soch kar hua tha lakin woh kuch nahi kar sakte. Ha agar woh abhi yaha hote toh yeh hone se pahele apni jan de dete per aisa kabhi nahi hone dete kyunki woh apni princess se sabs jyada pyaar krte hai. Per kyunki woh abhi yaha nahi hai toh unki jimedariyo ko hume hi pura krna hoga. (He took this promise that for him his people will come first than his family. The amount of pain you got by listening this, much more than that your father experienced even while thinking of it but he can't do anything. Yes if he would have been here then he would have given his life but would have never let this happen because he loves his princess most. But because he is not here then we only have to complete his responsibilities.)

After placing a kiss on my forehead she continued. 

Rajshiri-I know this is hard for you to understand but please think about this and please don't get your father wrong. He can never ever even think of hurting his princess.

Mumma made me understand all this. I know dada will never do anything which will hurt me or make me stay away form my dreams but this was all written in destiny which I have to accept and have to prove my super hero right. I sighed closing my eyes, feeling heavy from all the stuffs going around me. Mumma put her hand on my head and started caressing my head asking "Aap thik hai na betu?" (You okay kid?)

Vandana- Ji Mumma hum thik hai aur aap chinta mat kijiye hum apki bat samajh rhe hai. (Yes mom I am okay and don't worry I am understanding what you are saying.)

I turned towards Aakash uncle saying "Uncle you also don't worry I will do something".

Aakash- Ji rajkumari ab apko hi kuch krna hoga. (Yes princess now you only have to do something.)

Vandana- Hume sochne k liye thoda waqt dijiye, hum kuch krte hai. (Give me some time to think, I will do something.)

I said gaining myself back because I know this is the time to act wisely.

Aakash- Thik hai jaisa ap kahe Rajkumari. (Okay as you say Princess.)

Rajshiri- Betu aap hame galat mat samjhaye hum wahi kah rahe hai jo humare rajya k liye sahi hai.(Kid don't get me wrong I am only doing what is important for our kingdom.) 

She said while a slight layer of tears forming in her eyes. Although I know she is right somewhere because I can't let anything bad happen to my kingdom besides all this if I backed off then my younger brother will have to face all this which I can't let happen but still I don't want to listen anything right now. I need to clear my mind by staying alone. 

Aakash- Okay then give me permission Queen I think I should leave.

Uncle left with this and I turned towards Mumma saying "Mumma you go and rest. I will go and check on dada".
