"Good evening Hogwarts! Welcome to our very first, and some would say most important, quidditch game of the term!" The bubbly Gryffindor commentator known as Alice announces into the speaker and McGonagall scolds the girl "I've just been informed that it's biased of me to say this is the most important game, although it's true. Apologies, Professor"

I shake my head with a small smile, quite fond of the brunette and her humorous comments during the matches.

"Here comes the Gryffindor team lead by their captain James Potter!" Alice declares.

I watch from the Slytherin stand as streaks of red whip past me before landing down on the pitch as people cheer loudly for the team. Sirius, Marlene and James soak up the attention with big smirks on their faces while the other four Gryffindors are a little more humble, just smiling happily.

"And captain Mallory Belovna with the Slytherin team!" Alice whoops.

My eyes are torn away from the lions to watch my fellow Slytherins enter the pitch with a little less dramatics, although Mallory and Evan enjoy the attention just as much as the two marauders and Marlene.

Pandora and I cup our hands around our mouths, screaming loudly for our friends. Mallory waves happily as Evan winks at us and Regulus grins warmly, shaking his head in amusement.

Madam Hooch blows her whistles and the two teams finally lock eyes, the tension visible from miles away as the woman goes over the rules. Mallory and James glare at each other competitively like they always do, both wildly determined to best the other.

"This is going to be an interesting game, people" Alice comments.

"And Slytherin seeker Regulus Black catches the golden snitch!" Alice screams, not looking very pleased "Bloody hell, Phoebe. Are you blind as a bat?!"

"Fortescue!" Minerva scolds her for bashing on the Gryffindor seeker.

"Slytherin wins the match!" Alice huffs out.

The Slytherin stand breaks out into cheers and screams, some Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs cheering along. Pandora grabs my arm and drags me down the stands towards our beaming friends.

"That's my best friend!" I holler proudly, throwing my arms around Regulus "Congrats, ma petite รฉtoile"

His face lights up as he laughs and catches me, hugging me back tightly.

"The best seeker Hogwarts has ever had!" Mallory cheers, throwing her arm around the boy as we part.

"They're gonna be talking about you for centuries, mate" Evan smirks widely.

"Hey!" Sirius shouts and we all turn, watching the boy approach us with James "Nice catch, little brother"

Regulus smiles happily at the proud look on his older brother's face and the eldest Black ruffles his little brother's hair playfully.

"Thanks, Sirius" Regulus grins.

"Good game, Belovna" James speaks up reluctantly and Mallory raises a brow in surprise.

The Potter boy holds out his hand, a small smile curling at his lips and she lets out a chuckle, shaking his hand.

"Good game, Potter" She replies.

"Victory party in the room of requirement!" I declare loudly, causing everyone to look at me "Spread the word, people. All six and seventh years invited!"

Surrounding people cheer in excitement and Mallory squeals, her inner party girl exploding with happiness as she drags Pandora and I away.

The three of us don't take long to get changed into party clothes before doing our hair and make up. I end up wearing a short black satin dress that clings to my body in a very flattering fashion and my blonde hair is down in it's natural curls. Pandora wears a white dress scattered with yellow flowers and Mallory is clad in a short blue dress.

"Come on, you two!" Mallory coaxes us out the door as I slip on a pair of black platform heels.

We make our way to the room of requirement and when we enter the room we find the party already in full swing, music blaring through the huge crowd of people.

"There's our girls!" Evan greets us with Regulus.

"There's our boys" I counter teasingly.

A popular muggle song I vaguely remember hearing Remus singing to himself comes on and I gasp, grabbing onto Regulus' arm.

"Dance with me, Reg" I plead.

He caves immediately, nodding with a defeated smile and I grin widely, perking up.

"Later, losers!" I call out to our friends, dragging Regulus into the crowd of dancing students.

We both dance to the loud thumping music, smiles on our faces and our bodies intertwined. The dark haired boy spins me around and I giggle happily, feeling more joyous and free than I ever have.

I spend hours drinking and dancing with my friends, the marauders quickly joining our fun along with Lily, Marlene, Mary, Dorcas and Alice.

After Marlene and Dorcas sneak off together and James lures Lily away with kisses while Sirius chats up a cute looking Hufflepuff, Pandora is whisked away by Xenophilius and Evan is pulled out of the room by Mallory. I catch Regulus glancing at Barty multiple times and I notice that the Crouch boy is pining after my best friend shamelessly, making me feel bad for him.

"Will you just speak to him?" I murmur, the others too busy playing a game to hear me.

"Eva" Regulus sighs.

"Reggie, he's been staring at you for over an hour now" I state.

"I don't know what to say to him" The boy admits.

"You don't have to say anything. Just be there for him" I explain.

"Is that a good idea?" He worries.

"Go and kiss that boy before someone else does" I warn him.

He pulls himself to his feet and leans down, pecking my temple.

"Wish me luck" He mumbles.

"You don't need it. He's utterly in love with you" I tease, causing him to smile to himself as he walks away.

I feel a presence next to me and turn my head to see Remus who wraps an arm around me.

"Looks like it's just me and you" The lycanthrope speaks.

"We are still here, you know" Alice speaks up, sitting between Peter and Mary who smile at us in amusement.

"Twat" I giggle, pushing the Lupin boy playfully.

"Off you pop, love birds. You can leave you want" Mary encourages us.

"You okay, Pete?" Remus asks the blonde boy.

"I'm great" Peter grins widely "Don't worry about me"

Remus turns to me and holds out his hand, a smirk tugging at his lips. I take his hand with a grin and shoot the trio a wave, letting the tall boy tug me to the exit as they all wave back.

We make it back to Remus' dorm which is completely empty, leading me to believe that James is in Lily's dorm and Sirius scored with the Hufflepuff he left with.

I turn to Remus with a suggestive smirk and he shakes his head with a smile.

"Looks like we have the dorm to ourselves" I drawl off, leaning against the wooden poster of his bed.

"Don't get any ideas, cub" The scarred boy warns me.

"Why not?" I pout.

"Because you've been drinking. I'm not taking advantage of you" He says, pressing a chaste kiss to my pouted lips.

"I'm not even drunk" I whine as he pulls a sweater out of his trunk, offering it to me.

"Good girls don't whine" He tuts.

I huff, taking the sweater from him in defeat and he grins triumphantly, turning back to his trunk to find pyjamas. Slipping my heels and dress off, I pull the sweater on and climb under the covers. Remus changes and joins me, wrapping his arms around me and pulling me flush against his chest.

"Good night, Rem" I yawn sleepily.

"Sweet dreams, cub" He whispers, kissing my neck.
