Heaving a sharp sigh, Ni-ki stared upon his room's ceiling, a small smile forming on his lips. "Thank you. It really means a lot."

A small chuckle was heard from the other line of the phone. "Happy to help." the girl replied, tying her hair. Gosh, it has been a while since she last sang like this, and it had to be something sentimental, the girl expected something more happier though. She grabbed her phone and sat down on her bed, before tending to her and the boy's call, she turned to her cousin who seemed to be sleeping comfortably on her half of the bed. "Hey Ni-ki, I gotta go now."

"A-Ah, right! Goodnight Sae, thank you."

Saeyoung hummed in response. "Night. And thank you as well."

"Saeyoung─" and just like that, the call had ended.

1 Month Later. . . . .

Quietly eating at the school cafeteria, Nina, Mijin and Chaeji couldn't help but observe Saeyoung, who was happily eating. This smile of hers was something else and it bothered them, they could feel that something's going on and they are eager to know what.

Saeyoung has been smiling ever since this morning and her friends finds it a bit unusual. A typical Saeyoung would always leave her face expression-less, but no─her face screams happiness this time. Chaeji groaned, dropping her fork on to her plate as she awkwardly stares at her friend. "That's it. Roh Saeyoung, what's happening?"

Saeyoung looked up from her food with confusion. "Happening? What do you mean?"

"Saeyoung, are you okay? You're not acting like you're normal self." added Mijin.

Saeyoung chuckled. "Mijin, I'm fine─"

"Oh shoot, do you have a fever?" questioned Nina who immediately rose up from her seat and checked her friend's forehead. Saeyoung rolled her eyes, her friends can be too much at times.

Gently removing Nina's hand away from her forehead, Saeyoung gestured Nina to sit down. "I seriously don't know what you guys are talking about but I'm here to say that I'm completely fine! Alright? Nothing to worry about, and, what's with you three all of a sudden?"

"Something's up Saeyoung, that smile of yours is proof! Now spit." demanded Chaeji who was looking at her with full curiosity.

"Well you see─"

"Hey babe." and comes Ni-ki who gave the girl a pat in the head and a small peck in the cheeks. He then grabbed her hand and held it on his. The girl's group of friends cringed at the sight, this has been going on for over a month now.

"Ni-ki? What are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be with Ta-ki and Jungwon right now?"

The japanese boy pouted. "Why? Is it bad to actually greet and give my girlfriend small gestures of affection every once and awhile?" he then gently kissed the back of his girlfriend's hand as if she was his princess.

"It's not that. Just be careful or at least give me a sign before you do this type of action. It's not like I hate it or anything but you do know that this school doesn't allow public affection to be displayed especially around many students. For the record, we're at the school cafeteria."

Ni-ki rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Just remember that we have a date later this evening after practice."

The girl smiled at him. "Yes. Yes. I know, no need to keep on reminding me."

"Okay this is just cringing me out. I mean I get that Ni-ki and Takara are together now but that doesn't mean they could just rub it right in front of us. Especially Saeyoung." Nina whispered to Chaeji and Mijin while watching the couple. While Saeyoung was just minding her own business and pretended that she didn't even hear Ni-ki and Takara.

"You know, I still can't get used to the idea that Ni-ki chose Takara over our Saeyoung-ie." said Mijin chewing her food.

"I agree. But that's his decision and we can't do anything about it now. At least Saeyoung won't have to worry about her feelings for Ni-ki anymore, besides it has already been a month and she has moved on! Right Saeyoung-ie?"

Saeyoung chucked. "Right!"

"Now anyways tell us what's going and what's with that smile earlier." Nina wiggled her eyebrows as her three friends leaned more closer to her.

Saeyoung looked down and tried to hide her smile. "You see, Soul invited me to watch their practice later after class." her friends squealed at her response, Saeyoung couldn't help but laugh.

"Hey! I've been observing Soul's small movements over the past few months now and I could definitely defend my statement when I say that the guy is into you my dear friend." teased Nina.

Saeyoung shooked her head in denial. Well, she is aware that Soul does take a liking to her and its obvious but hearing other people tease her about it suddenly makes her all shy and all. " Yeah sure. But sadly, I don't think I can make it later because we have business with our team later on, right Miss Nina Hillman?"

Nina sighed. "Oh yeah, I forgot about that. But hey! I could help you with your worksheets. And if you're almost finished with them, just leave it all to me 'kay? I don't mind finalizing them in your place so you could finally be free and see Soul."

"Good-Bye Nishimura Riki! And Hello Haku Shota!" shouted Chaeji.

"Guys, your formation is messy! Again, from the top everyone! From the very top!" the frustrated captain repeated. The team is most likely to be finished with their choreography but the execution of the dance still needs a lot of work and polishing to do. They only have 3 more weeks until the next competition and Ni-ki wants everything to be clean, polished and ready by next week.

"Ni-ki..." Takara approached her boyfriend.

"What?"

"I think its best if we let them rest for awhile. Look, I know that you want to get things finished as fast as possible but let's not forget to let our teammates rest. They're trying their best Ni-ki, we just need to give them some time."

Ni-ki sighed in defeat. "You're right. I'm sorry if I make it look like I'm pushing them too hard."

"It's okay. I know that you're just trying your best to lead us to another victory."

Ni-ki pulled Takara into a hug.

"Ni-ki. We're still at practice, save it for our date later." Takara giggled, giving her boyfriend a pat in the back.

"So what? They all know that you're my girlfriend, and they need to get used to me clinging on to you every now and then." he says tightening the hug.

Takara pulls back and pinches his cheek. "I love you."

"I-I love you too." he said in a shy manner, trying to hide his blushing face.

"Oh and Ni-ki.."

"Yeah?"

"Mrs. Yoo already has a copy of our remix ready in her office. You know, in case our original remix got lost again." Takara reminded, emphasizing the word 'again' as the couple turned their heads to Xing Long who was smiling sheepishly.

Ni-ki let's go from the hug. "Alright, I'll go get it." he gave Takara a quick peck in the cheek before exiting the practice room to retrieve the copy from Mrs. Yoo's office.

"So, you and Ni-ki huh?" questioned Lucy with a teasing look. Takara blushed, so she walked away and grabbed her water bottle.

Reaching the door to Mrs. Yoo's office, Ni-ki heard noises inside the room. He heard that Mrs. Yoo is in a teachers conference right now and but why could he hear a group of people talking inside. Opening the door, there he saw Nina and her team working. "I- uhm, was wondering if Mrs. Yoo pointed to you guys on where the copy of our remix is kept?"

"The remix? I heard Mrs. Yoo actually gave it to Saeyoung."

"Saeyoung?" Ni-ki pursed his lips. "Then, where is she?"

"Oh so sorry about that but she just left 5 minutes ago. But don't worry, she handed me the copy in a flash drive."

Ze Yu groaned. "That's so unfair. Is visiting Soul really that important that she'd even leave her own team to do the work that she was given? If so, then I'm definitely befriending Soul right after this."

Nina gave Ni-ki the flash drive then threw Mrs. Yoo's cushion to Ze Yu to shut him up. Because she knows that Ni-ki doesn't deserve to know on where Saeyoung had went to but Ze Yu just ruined everything.

"I'll see you guys later." closing the door to Mrs. Yoo's office, leaning to the wall Ni-ki heaved a sigh of frustration. "Really Saeyoung? From all the boys you could have drawn your attention to, it really had to be my arch enemy now do you?"
