Slowly, noon approaches. The competition grew a lot more intense than it already is, Team Adroit felt unfazed by their new competitors as well as the old ones. The fiery atmosphere was nothing to Adroit's dancers, for them the competition lacked a bit of excitement.

Takara sighed and went to her fellow teammate, Miihi. "Miihi, have you seen Ni-ki? I haven't seen him around for a while." she asked concerned. In occasions like this, it was very rare for Ni-ki to disappear without a word.

Miihi took a quick glance at her surroundings. "I'm sorry Takara but no, I haven't."

Takara nodded in disappointment. "Okay then. Just help me find him will you? We all have to eat lunch and prepare for our next number."

"Noted." Miihi patted her friend's back for some encouragement. "Don't worry Takara. For sure Ni-ki's just around the corner." she offered Takara a small smile before going to Ta-ki and asking him for his assistance.

It has already been a few hours since Ni-ki has gone away from his team and Takara couldn't help but wonder on where he was. From all of the members of the dance team, it was always Takara who would usually know about Ni-ki's whereabouts, but right now she felt clueless.

It felt like she was playing hide and go seek without the hider informing her that they are playing. It made the situation a lot more worse than it already is, and it seems hard as well. If something bad happened to her dear captain, she won't forgive herself.

Noticing Jungwon's sudden approach, Takara straightened up, wishing that the boy has found him. All she wanted is to know on where Ni-ki is, and if he's okay.

"Have you seen him yet, Jungwon oppa? Because, I have a bad feeling about this."  Takara doesn't know why  but she felt something was going on and that she won't like it.

Jungwon catched his breathe.  "Sadly no. I already asked students from different schools but no, they haven't seen him anywhere."

Takara groaned in frustration. She took a seat, massaging her temples. She wanted to calm down but no, she couldn't. The boy she cares about is somewhere out there, not knowing what kind of situation he has entered in.

Jungwon has tried calling his dongsaeng but bad news, Ni-ki has accidentally left his phone on his bag so contacting him was meaningless. Knowing Ni-ki, Jungwon is sure that Ni-ki is doing fine since he thinks very maturely and that he could be settling something on his own, but then again he's still a child.

Looking out for Ni-ki was always, Jungwon's duty.

"Look, Takara. I'm sure Ni-ki is doing fine. He knows what he's doing and we might never know that he has something to settle on his own."  Jungwon tried to cheer the girl up, but it wasn't a good enough explanation for Takara.   "If you want, I'll try checking this place more thoroughly than last time. While you can go check at some nearby spots outside to see if Ni-ki might be somewhere near, alright?"

Takara nodded, getting herself to stand up, she tried to look at a more brighter side.

It has been 30 minutes since Takara and her teammates has gone looking for their captain. Takara has checked and visited almost every single shop right near the vicinity. She had also asked some passers-by to see if they have seen the boy, but frankly all they're answers was a nothing but a no making the hunt more difficult.

As for Jungwon, he has checked every corner of the dome to see if there are any signs of Ni-ki. He has been gone for awhile now and he, himself started getting worried as well. Jungwon wanted to call his hyungs but he did not want to make them worried since they are still at school by this time.

"Hey Takara, any signs of Ni-ki yet?"

"No. No luck at all."

Takara was able to hear Junghwan sighing over the other line of the call.   "Geez, where has he gone? He can't just leave us hanging like this."

"I know but let's not lose hope. Besides lunch break won't be starting until a few more minutes, and Ni-ki might be coming back right now."  she replied not wanting to make her friend stressed than the others already are.

"I hope you're right. Anyways, I need to go, let's meet up with the others at our practice room later."  and with that, Junghwan has ended the call.

Takara felt discouraged. After a whole lot of searching, she has found nothing. No signs, no trails or whatsoever. She didn't know what to do no more.

Adroit needs him.

About to enter the dome, Takara noticed that her water bottle has gone missing ever since earlier. She was sure she had packed it with her, but now she didn't know where it is. Takara tried her best to recall on where she had last seen it, and the answer immediately went directly to her head, the school bus.

Entering the vehicle, Takara checked every seat she passes by, she moved further into the vehicle and somehow spotted a person's head leaning on the window, she guessed that it might be some of Nina's news team.

Right at the corner of her eye, Takara recognises the color of her water bottle that has fallen to the floor. Walking to right near it, Takara grabbed her bottle but a more surprising view has appeared right in front of her.

She couldn't believe. She saw Ni-ki comfortably sleeping with his head nuzzled up on Saeyoung's shoulder. Takara's eyes traveled down to Saeyoung's lap which she saw Ni-ki's hand holding Saeyoung's.

Admit it or not, Takara can't hide the feeling of jealously as she stared at the boy she likes the most getting all comfortable with another girl. She felt like she just got stabbed in the back.

From all this time, Takara was worried as hell, looking for Ni-ki high and low just to be able to see him again but he was here, with another girl and that made Takara frustrated and heart broken. She can't accept the feeling that Ni-ki must be falling for a girl like Saeyoung, just no.

Not wanting to see this scene last any longer, Takara carefully removed Ni-ki's hand from Saeyoung's, and then softly waking up the blonde japanese boy from his slumber.  "Ni-ki. Ni-ki. Wake up."

Ni-ki groaned but it wasn't enough to wake him up. The boy fixed his position. If he just had his head resting on Saeyoung's shoulder then, he now has his right arm hugging Saeyoung's waist and his head snuggling more closer to Saeyoung's neck.

Takara scoffed. She won't let Saeyoung win him over.

If calling him softly won't do then Takara grabbed Ni-ki's left arm and started pulling it as she calls out his name.  "Ni-ki. Wake up, the others are looking for you." she said in a more careful way, making sure that Saeyoung won't wake up and destroy the scene.

Thankfully for Takara, Ni-ki's eyes fluttered open. He slowly started getting up as she scratches his eyes. Ni-ki slowly took a quick look around and surprisingly, he sees one of his closest teammate.  "Oh hey Takara. What are you doing here?"

"To get you of course. Me and the others have been looking for you everywhere! We were worried Ni-ki! I was worried."

Ni-ki scratched the back of his head, looking down.  "You did? Oh gosh, I'm sorry. I fell asleep."

"It's fine, you needed the rest. But next time, please tell me or at least Jungwon and the others, okay?"  Ni-ki nodded in reply. He felt guilty. Making his team worried was the least thing he needed.

"I'm so sorry Takara. I didn't mean to make you guys worried. Look, I'll pay for our team's lunch today as punishment! You guys can order anything you like, everything's on me."  Takara chuckled at his cuteness.

Takara smiled at the boy.  "You're treat? Well let's go! We're freaking hungry." Takara immediately pulled Ni-ki away from a sleeping Saeyoung, not wanting to see them together anymore. She excitedly started dragging Ni-ki who soon started laughing.

But for a moment, Ni-ki stopped from his tracks. "What about Saeyoung? Should we wake her up?" Ni-ki questioned as he looked back at the girl who was still asleep. Ni-ki didn't want to leave her alone but Takara had other plans.

"She still needs to rest Ni-ki. After earlier today's incident, her head needs to recover. Saeyoung might still feel dizzy once she wakes up." Takara explained.

Ni-ki nodded.  "I-I guess you're right." he answered still looking at Saeyoung.

Takara blocked the blonde's view and gave him small smile. She wanted to know that she is there. She wanted him to know that Saeyoung isn't the only one who needs his attention. Takara wants Ni-ki to see her, and herself only.

So basically, online classes started earlier today and that means I won't be updating Fiercely Sweet in a daily basis like it was during the holdidays.
