TALIA FELT NOTHING but complete and utter guilt as she set her phone down of her chestnut coffee table. She felt horrible that she said yes to David. She had been having a nice and relaxing day with Luke. They hadn't really done a lot throughout the day, it was deemed a lazy day for them. They mostly just hung out on the couch all day, from watching tv to taking naps. The couple hasn't seen much of each other, contrary to what David had said, the two have been pretty busy with music for the past week and haven't seen much of each other.

Originally, they had planned to stay at each other's houses during the week, but the session times they had at their studios made it almost impossible for them to make solid plans. If Talia wasn't in the studio, Luke was, and vice versa. But finally they both had a day off and it was spent with each other, for most of the day there were no phone involved and it was just them.

It felt like ages since Talia had seen Luke, and when he came over in the morning she practically tackled him. It was a cute scene that was displayed between the couple. Talia, as she usually has her dramatic flare, once her eyes met Luke's as he walked into the living room, Talia dropped everything and quite literally jumped into his arms. The sudden affection from Talia shocked Luke to say the least, but he played it off like it was nothing.

And the day continued mostly like that, they had a peaceful and interruption free afternoon and Talia couldn't have asked for more. Talia missed Luke throughout the week, badly. She had never thought that she could get so attached to someone so quickly, the two have been dating for only a few weeks, and now she suddenly couldn't go a whole day without talking to him. Talia knew she was in deep, but with the way Luke made her heart race, she never wanted to the deepness to become shallow.

But here she was now, letting her stupid best friend pull her away from her safe little bubble that she had created with Luke, all to film a bit with him so he could get a new vlog up. Talia would've continued to say no, but she knew David, he would relentlessly text and call her until she said yes. Even though her mind nagged at her to say no, she knew that if she went and did this really quick he wouldn't bother her for the rest of the evening.

And Luke had been a little distracted also, since for the last half an hour Michael had been texting him non-stop about something unknown to Talia. But seeing the look of annoyance on Luke's face, she knew it was something he didn't care about. And Michael had even taken it to the extent of calling Luke, so the blond excused himself but not before sending a small kiss and apology to the short Romano girl on the couch next to him.

Talia let out a huffed breath of annoyance hearing Luke make his way down the hall back into the living room. He had a soft smile on his face seeing Talia sitting on the couch with a fuzzy blanket wrapped tightly around her frame, but it soon fell seeing the frown etched on her lips.

"Baby, what's the matter?"

Talia met his eyes, following him as he sat down on the couch next to her. She sighed lightly, picking at her nails, "I have to go meet David for an hour,"

Luke's heart dropped slightly, disappointment swirling in his chest along with a slight prickle of jealousy, solely because Talia was dropping her plans to go met David instead. "Why?"

The words came out with a whiny undertone, Talia found it slightly amusing as Luke's head soon fell softly on her shoulder, slightly digging his way into her neck. Talia tangled her hands in his hair, playing with the soft locks as Luke placed soft kisses at the base of her neck. Talia felt the strong urge to cancel her plans with David, just from clingy attitude Luke suddenly had. But Talia had already said yes, and would feeling like a dick if she backed out now.

She reluctantly pulled his head away from her neck, "He asked me to film a bit with him,"

Luke scrunched up his eye brows, beginning his attempts to trying to talk her out of it, "Tal-"

The girl was quick to interrupt her boyfriend by straddling him, Luke shot her a questioning glance watching her find a comfortable place in his lap. But she just sent him a quick smile, while she wrapped her arms around his neck, and it wasn't long before his hands found their way to her waist.

"I promise I won't be long at all, an hour and a half tops," Luke still was in thought at the statement, and Talia absentmindedly began playing the with curls on the back of his head. "And we can go get dinner after, we'll have like a date, okay?"

Luke visibly perked up at the idea, and smile flooded his features, "I could be okay with that,"

"Really?"

The blond nodded, his heart thudding in his chest watching a grateful smile make its way onto to Talia's lips, "Yeah I'm down, as long as I get to pick the place,"

"Perfect, dinner will be my way of making it up to you," Talia quipped, placing a soft kiss on blond's cheek, "Luke seriously, thanks for being so cool about this,"

Luke laughed lightly, tucking a black strand delicately behind Talia's ear, "What am I supposed to do about it? I'm not gonna be like 'you're all mine' and get all mad when you're going to help out a friend,"

Talia sighed half-heartedly, messing with the collar of Luke's t-shirt, "Well, my ex used to get pissed about how close I was with David, god, he used to think I was cheating on him with David, like all the time,"

Luke soon lightly gripped her cheeks in his hands in order for her gaze to meet his, "Talia, I one-hundred percent trust you okay? I know how close David and you are, he's your best friend, I understand completely,"

Before Luke could say another word, Talia gripped his collar and pulled his lips onto hers. In that moment, Luke could feel the gratefulness wafting off of the girl in front of him, and he smiled into the kiss, pulling her impossibly closer.

But before the kiss could get deeper, Talia pulled away, smile never fading from her lips. "I have to go get ready,"

Luke nodded, but still pulled her back, placing soft kisses on the side of her face, making his way down to her neck. Talia's eyes fluttered shut, feeling a wave of euphoria flow through her at his sudden affection. With the pressure of his soft lips, it made her forget everything around her. Her hands found their way to his shoulders, gripping them tightly as she got lost  in the soft pressure of his lips as they began sucking on the skin of her neck.

"Luke...I really need to go get ready,"

Her voice was hazy, and it made a smirk lift on Luke's lips lightly. "Then go get ready Doll,"

Talia's heart pounded at the nickname, she wanted nothing more than to continue this, but David was probably already on his way to Talia's apartment. So with a soft sigh, she pulled away from Luke, who had a pout etched on his lips feeling the sudden loss of contact.

Talia snorted, leaning down to place a soft kiss on the blond's lips. Once she pulled away, she sent him a smile, "I'll meet you back here at eight,"

Luke hummed in agreement, gripping softly onto Talia's hand. The girl gave him a questioning glance as to why he hadn't let go yet, and he just gave her a small pouty look, "One more?"

She rolled her eyes and nodded, soon leaning down to give him another kiss. And that wasn't the only time he asked for one more kiss before she left, Talia's lips were puffy and red by the time she was out the door, as an impatient David Dobrik had been waiting on her for ten minutes already.

HEY GUYS IM REALLY A BAD UPDATER AND I APOLOGIZE!!!

So I am really sorry for not updating in ages, I've been super busy with writing other stuff, cause I have absolutely no self-control. And I have a new Luke fic out from like a few weeks ago if you'd wanna check it out! It's called LONELY EYES and I love it with all my heart, the first chapter is already out!

And if you like outer banks, I made a JJ Maybank fic called OUT OF TOUCH. I love it so fucking much and the first chapter is also already out too!
