○prologue○

●She couldn't catch her breath. Hell, she didn't want to.

Every inhale and exhale was nearly breathless and accompanied with moans and whines.

The feeling of a warm mouth licking and sucking on her neck nearly made her forget about the large member gliding in and out of her.

At this point her eyes were screwed shut and she could no longer tell where her body started or ended. Hands roamed down her chest and played with her sensitive nipples.

Larger and much stronger hands gripped her hips and she was sure they would be bruised.

All she could feel was the warmth of her mates and it made her lightheaded.

A hand gripped her chin and she was forced to look into the eyes of her wife.

The two made intense eye contact and next thing she knew, her moans were being swallowed as they shared a heated kiss.

The man under her continued to thrust into her and she let her own hips buck as she rode him with lidded eyes.

The sounds of her mates enjoying themselves only turned her on more and it wasn't long until her thighs began to shake. She could hear her husband's tongue going in and out of her wife's dripping slit.

The two women were on top of their shared mate who was buried deep into one of them as he lapped at the other's heat.

But one of them was close and she knew she wouldn't last much longer.

She squeezed down on her husband's cock as she tilted her wife's head to the side to gain access to her neck.

As soon as her teeth sunk into the soft flesh, her body became tense until it relaxed as undeniable waves of pleasure hit her. Her husband grunted at the sudden tightness and she felt him unload himself inside her.

Their wife wasn't far behind and with a little more coaxing from them, she came with a low moan.

The trio were now officially mated and nothing could change that.

"You know if you keep on eating sand, your arms will fall off."

A six year old Ao'nung had just grabbed a handful of sand to eat but stopped as he heard the words his mother had just told him.

The woman was laying on her stomach with her feet in the air kicking back and forth. She had both her hands propping her head up as she smirked at son.

She had the usual turquoise skin color with her curly hair flowing freely down her spine. Two braids framed her face one each side and they both contained beautiful beads.

Unlike most of her peers, she had very few tattoos. The one she did have was a long continuous one that started above her right eye that led to her shoulder and breast and continued to travel down her arm then stopped at the tip of her fingers.

Her blue eyes were wide and doll-like. But as she teased her son they were squinted in amusement.

"I think I see your arm starting to detach!" Her voice was dramatic and she gave her son a tragic expression.

The boy began to freak out and checked both his arms wildly.

She gasped and grabbed onto his left arm, "I have to remove this one right now or else your face will melt!"

"No! Don't pull it, Zaza!" Having two mothers was confusing for her young children so they adopted the adorable nickname for her.

The woman faked sobbed and slowly began to tug it, "If I don't, your face will melt! I'm sorry son."

The child cried loudly but resigned to his fate. He covered his eyes so that he couldn't see when she took it.

The woman was doing her best not to laugh, "Okay on the count of three I'll pull."

"One."

"Two."

"Thr-"

"My love, what are you doing to our son?"

Ronal was carrying a sleepy looking Rotxo on her hip as she gazed at the scene before her.

Her wife had both hands grabbing her eldest son's arm while the said boy was crying and covering his eyes with anticipation.

Ronal could only sigh, "Can you please stop terrorizing the children? This is the third time today and it is just morning."

The woman was now laughing and Ao'nung gaped at her in betrayal.

"You lied, again! I'm telling papa." He pouted and ran towards their large home.

She only chuckled and walked over to greet her wife and youngest son.

Ronal briefly closed her eyes as her wife pressed their foreheads together.

It was something they did to show affection to each other and had been passed down to their children.

"Good morning Nalani."

Nalani smiled and looked down at Rotxo who was already reaching for her. The boy leaned his small forehead to hers before laying his head against her shoulder.

She held him to her chest, "Where is Tsireya?"

Ronal motioned to their home, "Still sleeping the day away."

Nalani sighed, "I swear she can sleep through the worst of storms."

"She gets that from you."

"I know."

Nalani gently shook her daughter. "Tsireya you must wake up for breakfast."

The four-year old whined and shoved her mom's hand away.

"Come on, you can't keep doing this."

The girl peeked from under her lashes and made grabby hands to Nalani.

"Zaza, sleep."

"No, no, no. I promised I wouldn't do that again."

The child gave her best puppy eyes and soon enough she was sleeping on top of Nalani's chest.

Tonowari walked into their children's makeshift room, trying to figure out what was taking his wife so long to wake up their daughter.

"Nalani?"

He saw the mother daughter duo fast asleep and he sighed.

A smile of pure fondness spread against his face and he decided not to wake them up although he knew Ronal would not be happy.

He quietly walked over to them and leaned down to kiss Nalani's head then he lovingly brushed a stray curl away from Tsireya's face.

Rotxo was a sweet boy just like his father which made him an easy target for bullies.

He was now seven years old and walking along the sand. He had a goofy smile on his face as he sat down to watch little creatures crawl out from underneath the sand.

His smile fell when he was shoved into the ground. He turned around to see a group of older boys smirking at him. They regularly messed with him and he didn't tell his parents or siblings because he didn't want to burden them.

The boys spit insults out at him but by now he's learned how to tune them out. He was in his own little world throughout the verbal and physical abuse.

"Rotxo? What happened to your eye?"

Ao'nung caught his little brother sneaking back into their room.

"Nothing."

The older brother didn't believe him and grabbed his arm.

"Let me see." Rotxo frowned but stood still as Ao'nung inspected his eye. It was darkening and seemed hard to keep open.

"Who did this?"

Rotxo remained quiet and was hesitant to answer.

"You can trust me. I'm supposed to protect you, remember?"

He nodded slowly and started listing off names.

Ao'nung only nodded his head and left.

Nalani was applying a cold paste to Rotxo's eye when Ao'nung walked back in.

He had a black eye and a busted lip.

Nalani glanced at him then looked back at Rotxo, "Handled it?"

He nodded and Nalani nodded back at him in approval, "Good."

Rotxo felt guilty as he saw his brother was bruised up but he was surprised when Ao'nung smiled at him.

"Look! Now we're matching."

The young boy slowly smiled back at his brother and didn't hesitate to hug him in thanks.

Nalani felt her heart warm at their exchange and she was proud of Ao'nung for doing what she taught him to do. Protect his little siblings.

She would have to have a very stern talk with her youngest son to help build his confidence.

But she also knew she would also be having a long talk with the parents of the children who hurt her baby.

She was protective of her children, sure but she also wanted them to be able to fight their own battles.

For now, she cleaned her boys up as she smirked to herself at the thought of telling her mates what had occurred.●

{A/N}

{Why am I just now realizing all my Ocs have a name that starts with N? Might make a plot based on it lmao and yes Rotxo is part of the family. I'm tired of writing him as a homeless lil rat.}
