bittersweet [⊛]

Jungkook knocked on the front door of Jin and Jimin's home.

A nice and cozy little house right outside the city, but still quiet and peaceful as if on the countryside. There were flowers and colourful plants adorning the frontyard, and curtains decorated with cute embroideries hung before the frontwindows.

The house used to belong to Jin and Jimin's late grandma, which was why it looked like something straight out of a fairytail book.

Jungkook found the place bittersweet.

He liked how homey and inviting it was, and it seemed like the second most safe place on earth. But Jungkook wondered if the little house didn't hold unimaginable amounts of pain and horrors for Jimin. How many times the boy must've walked through that front door with another crack in his soul. Another tear in his mind. Jimin still wouldn't tell Jin what happened to him, and Jungkook strongly felt like part of that reason was the fact that Jin would probably throw away the house the moment he'd find out.

"Jay," Jungkook said after knocking. "Maybe don't mention the fact that I gave you a blowjob in the toiletstall of a public bathroom."

Jay smirked and smugly perked his eyebrows.

Jungkook looked at the filter with a reasonable amount of fear in his eyes.
"Jay, I'm serious, I need Jin on my good side if I'm gonna marr-"

"Jungkook!..."

"Kook... hey..."

Jungkook's eyes widened when he saw Namjoon standing behind Jin, his hand leaning against the door as he smiled at the student.

The two men had been dating for a while now, but for some reason it still felt weird for Jungkook to see them together. Perhaps due to Namjoon's old behaviour towards Jungkook's relationship with Jimin.

"Ew," Jay said, making a disgusted face at the two men before walking straight through the middle of his brother and Namjoon.

Jungkook laughed nervously, akwardly lingering ouside the house and staring at Jin and Namjoon until Namjoon gave him a confused look. "You gonna come inside or..."

"Uh, right," Jungkook chuckled, eventually mustering up the courage to follow Jay inside the house.

"So, what have you guys been up to the last few days," Jin asked as he escaped to the kitchen to prepare some tea.

Jay shrugged as he dropped himself on the tiny musterd yellow couch in the livingroom that was barely big enough to hold two people.

"I dunno. Woke up this morning, went skateboarding with Jungkook."

The filter casually turned on the tv and got more comfertable on the couch.

"That's all you guys did huh?" Jin asked as he filled the watercooker with water.

"Yep, all that's all we did," Jay said as he zapped through the tv channels without even looking at which programmes were playing.

Jungkook joined Namjoon who was sitting at the dinnertable since he felt kind of akward as usual.

Jin came back to the living room after a few minutes and set down two cups of tea.

"Honey you don't have to do that, you're not working," Namjoon chuckled, pecking Jin's cheek after the man had set down the tea.

Jin only gave a flustered smile and his face flushed before he approached the filter that was chilling on the couch. His stubborn little brother.

"I think you're falling asleep little man," Jin said fondly as Jay kept drifting off into slumber.

"I told you not to call me that a anymore," Jay sulked, his eyes dull as he stared at the tv without actually watching whatever was playing.

"Please go take nap," Jin begged, holding out his hand for Jay to give him the tv-remote.

Jay kept staring at the tv, fighting to open his eyes each time he blinked. "Why? So the grown ups can talk?"

Jin sighed and rubbed his browbone. "I just want you to rest well-"

"Why can't I do that here?"

"Because the couch is too small, you'll hurt your back."

"Jesus stop worrying about me like I'm some fucking kid!" Jay yelled in annoyance.

"Jay speak respectfully to your brother!" Namjoon's voice loudly boomed through the little house, making even Jungkook straighten up as if he were the one that had been called out.

Jay slowly turned his head towards Namjoon with a look that could kill. Sometimes Jay scared Jungkook... just... sometimes, and this was one of those times.

"Sorry, did you just try to fucking tell me what to do?" Jay asked Namjoon with a tounge sharp as knives.

Jin took a deep breath and seemed to be counting to ten in his head. "Honey, I know you want to help but please let me handle this," he said to Namjoon.

"Handle this?" Jay asked, his irritableness hitting a peak. "Am I some grand problem that needs to be dealt with? Just fucking tell me and I'll shoot myself damn, what's the big deal here."

Jungkook cringed as the room fell eerily quiet. Why would he say something horrible like that? He wondered for a moment. Oh right... Jungkook felt tears burn behind his eyes. Fuck...

"Jay..." Jin whispered, his entire strong demeanor falling apart like a collapsing house of cards.

Namjoon abruptly rose from his seat and quickly joined Jin to put an arm around him. "Kook," he whispered, frowning at the student as he nudged his head towards Jay.

Jungkook gulped and immediatly understood what his friend wanted, though he was hesitent to act.

He stood up and shyly shuffled closer to the couch as if he and the filter didn't have any history together.

"Jay..." he said quietly. "You wanna go rest upstairs with me? My knee still kinda hurts..."

Jay kept staring at the tv, his eyes glassy and without a single spark in them.

"Okay, he simply said after a while as if his conscience was far away, allowing himself to be robbed of the remote.

Jungkook wanted to joyfully clap his hands but took Jay's hand instead and helped get the filter on his feet.

He flashed a quick thumbs up to a grateful looking Namjoon and Jin and walked with Jay up the stairs to his room

~~~
The room was tiny like the rest of the house. There was one desk and a single bed, and the everything was nicely organized, most likely done by Jim.
One corner for skateboards, basketballs, beanies and sneakers.
One corner for make-up, candy, ribbons and bows and paintingsupplies.
One desk for geometric tools, comics, T-shirts and eye drops.
One table for modeling magazines, fancy shirts, a long black coat and hairstyling products.
And then, a single leather jacket with angel wings on the back, hung next to the only window in Jimin's room.
Jungkook glanced at the impressive set up before helping Jay lie down on his bed.
"You know I think I'm gonna get you a double bed for your birthday," Jungkook chuckled as he tried his best to climb into the small oneperson bed with the filter.
Jay hummed, his eyes frozen as he stared at the ceiling of his room without blinking.
"Jay?" Jungkook called, turning the man's face towards him.
All that met the student were a pair of dead eyes that almost appeared to be staring straight through Jungkook.
The student frowned. "Jay, you're scaring me," he said softly, carresing the filter's face in the hopes of melting whatever block of ice had taken over his heart.
Jungkook leaned forward, giving Jay's lips two soft taps with his tounge as if he were asking permission to enter. He slipped his tounge into Jay's mouth and felt butterflies rage in his stomache when the filter moaned so softly, it almost wasn't like him.
His kiss, even that was differrent too. Even though he was tired Jay would never let Jungkook simply do as he pleased.
Jungkook didn't recognise the kiss at all. Jiminie would've been squealing already, or he would be trying to get Jungkook's pants off. But not this filter. This filter pressed his curved body closer to Jungkook, begging the student's hands to grab his delicate waist, so the man did. Jungkook went further, pulling the filter on top of him to make the stranger's hips gently roll against his bulge.
"Fuck..." Jungkook whispered, digging his fingers into the filter's soft thighs as his erection started growing.
"Who are you?" Jungkook breathed as his hand escaped into the back of the filter's jeans, groping the stranger's smooth ass as their lips kept dancing in perfect harmony.
"I'm... Jay," the filter panted as he kept rolling his hips forward, holding Jungkook's face between his hands as he kissed the student deeply.
Jungkook felt like he had been sent to heaven, letting his body enjoy the pleasure it was being given though the lie the filter just told kept gnawing him. "You're not Jay," Jungkook said, though he kept grinding up against the stranger as if his body didn't know how to stop.
Jungkook gulped harshly, a fear creeping up his spine that made all the pleasure disappear within a second.
What if Minnie...
Jungkook knew how to test this. He let his hand dive deeper into the back of the stranger's jeans as the filter continued kissing him, and was smooth like a snake as he pressed his finger into Jimin's ass, going as deep as possible as he smirked into the kiss. None of the filters except Minnie would allow this, he was sure of it.
And he was proven right.
The filter whimpered adorabely as he flinched like a scared cat and fell off the bed.
Jungkook felt glad it wasn't Minnie, but sad at the same time. He wished he could've kept kissing this wonderful filter... but maybe it would be better if he knew who it was first...
The filter sat shocked on the ground, eyes wide and lips parted.
"I'm sorry, I had to check if you weren't Minnie..." Jungkook chuckled nervously, feeling rather ashamed of his methods now.
The filter huffed and reached up as if to adjust his glasses, but looked away and blushed furiously when he realised he wasn't wearing them.
"Wait..." Jungkook said with squinted eyes. "Don't tell me... you're... Mi-"
"Quiet please I'm not Min I am Jay and I like skateboarding and annoying my fellow filters!"
Jungkook knew it for sure now. There was only one filter that had pretended to be other filters before.
The student was lost for words. "I... I thought you didn't da-"
The filter stood up and grabbed Jungkook's arm to pull him off the bed though it cost him quite some energy.
"I am Jay and I need to rest because I am very tired!" He yelled as he dragged Jungkook out of his room, not giving the struggeling student a second to object.
He pushed Jungkook past the door and loudly threw it shut. "Goodbye!" He yelled leaving Jungkook to stand outside the room feeling completely disoriented. Did he just?!... with Min?!...
Jungkook took a deep breath and looked down, hating himself when he saw that he was still hard.
Was he gonna.... no. Jungkook tried to think of the one thing he hated most in this world. Fuckface Min Yoongi. And then his boner completely disappeared.
"Did everything go alright? We heard some shouting from upstairs," Jin said as he sat next to a studying Namjoon at the dinnertable.
"Right after the sounds of Jimin's bed creeking ofcourse," Namjoon added while keeping his eyes glued to the screen of his laptop.
Jungkook pasted a sour smile onto his face as his hands ached to punch his friend. "Jay is fine, he was just cranky. And the creeking was because he didn't want to stay in bed and I kept having to make him lie down."
Namjoon perked his brow and wore a smug smile though he held his tounge.
"Thank you Jungkook," Jin said kindly, signing for the student to come sit down.
But not long after Jungkook had taken his seat, the muffled sound of footsteps storming down the stairs resounded through the house.
Jimin entrered the livingroom wearing black glasses and a T-shirt.
"Good day people," Min said softly, ignoring the way Jungkook looked at him with complete infatuation flooding from his eyes.
"How are your days progressing?"
