You guys still here?
Steven kissed your forehead lovingly, breathing heavily through his nose as he tried to regain back his lost oxygen earlier, his sweats mixed into yours as you tried to gain your lost oxygen as well; he looked down at you with half lidded eyes since he felt sleepy, you were a panting mess, relaxing your body on the matress.
"Thank you," he stated, kissing your forehead once again.
You smiled tiredly at him, squeezing his arm weakly. "It's... nothing..." you panted.
Steven stared at you as you tiredly stared at him back, you squeezed his arms softly again, making him smiled at you sweetly, you smiled back, arms weakening from holds as your body weakening, Steven is now looking at your sleeping figure, making him chuckled lowly; Steven sat up and moved away from on top of you, he grabbed of his discarded shirt on the floor earlier and put it on you carefully to not wake you up, once he did it, he sighed in relieved when you only cozied up in his cover further.
Steven kissed your temple and took his boxer, wearing it before putting up his pyjama pants up to his waists; he grabbed a new shirt and wore it, silently thankful for having his clothes on when his dad climbed up to his room, making Steven blushed slightly.
Greg approached Steven, looking at the sleeping girlfriend on his bed cozily embracing and inhaling Steven's scents that was on his shirt, Greg chuckled when you accidentally slapped yourself in your sleep and groaned, eyebrows furrowing; Steven chuckled as well, shaking his head when he got used to your violent way when you're asleep yet still surprising him with your new ways of having him in a weird position on bed.
"She looks comfortable," Greg laughed.
Steven nodded and snorted. "Yeah. My back had been bending in weird way ever since she's violent in her sleep," Steven chuckled through his words.
"Reminds me a lot like your mother," he spoke, making Steven's smile slowly flattened. Greg noticed this and quickly tried to change the subject. "Uh, would you like some ice cream pie? I can make some," he offered.
Steven's smile returned as he nodded joyfully, Greg cheered and returned downstairs, forgetting whatever he had wanted to his son, Steven let his father go on first and looked at his sleeping girlfriend, all of it still felt surreal to him, you being his girlfriend what's felt surreal; Steven slowly climbed on the bed and pecked your forehead once more, thankful for not having his stomach jabbed by your elbow, he once got that and he had a bruise 5 minutes later, he healed it with his saliva as usual.
Steven then proceed to go to his waiting father, slumping on the couch as he watched his father grabbing the ingredients to make his ice cream ala pie, Steven's smile flattened slowly when he remembered the past all of the sudden, he wished to return and make things right but if he did, you probably won't be his girlfriend by now and he didn't want that to happen.
After a few minutes of staring at his floor, his vision was soon met with a bowl of chocolate ice cream that was covered in syrup, whipepd crean and a slice of pie under the ice cream; Steven looked up at his father and flashed him a smile, taking the bowl in his hands before letting out a few chuckles.
"Thanks, dad," he thanked his father.
Greg smiled and nodded at his son as he acknowledged his son's words. Greg then proceed and took the empty seat beside him. "Are you feeling any better? Looks like the swelling and glowing have gone down," he asked, furrowing his eyebrows in worry.
Steven who was about to grab a spoonful of ice cream paused mid way, Steven continued to stare at the bowl of slowly melting ice cream; Greg took a notice of his son's sudden silent behaviour, he formed a soft smile and let his back hit the couch.
"You know, that pie won't eat itself," Greg tried to joke.
Steven frowned further and letting his hand droop and let the spoon enter the bowl once more. "Sorry, I'm just- thinking about stuff," he excused.
Greg glanced at his son. "What kind of stuff?"
Steven somehow hesitated to tell his father but he shook his head softly and opened his mouth. His fingers fidgeting the cold bowl in his palms. "I've... I've spent so long trying to figure out whether I was mom. Now that I actually know I'm me, it's like I have no idea who that is. Even though I have (Y/N) now, it's still hard on figuring myself out. I just wish I knew what to do with myself," he confessed bitterly. He looked down at his ring hugging his ring finger. A small smile formed on the corner of his lips. "At least I don't wanna be lost for (Y/N)'s sake," he continued, eyes glistening at the silver ring on his fingers.
Greg hummed and nodded softly. "Well, I can relate to that."
Steven looked at his father in surprised. "Really?" he asked in surprise.
Greg then leaned forward so that Steven wpn't need to hurt his neck to watch his father. Greg then smiled at his son. "When I was your age, I didn't know who I was, or what I wanted to do."
"You didn't always want to be a rock-star?"
Greg shook his head while letting out a few chuckles. "No way. I didn't get my hands on good music until I was your age," he informed. "Before I had the van, I had no idea what was out there. But everything changed when I hit the road. I mean, sure, you've seen other planets but what about West Keystone? Or Charm City? I had some of my most formative moments eating rest-stop sandwiches outside Delmarva house, and watching the trucks go by," Greg smiled at the memory.
Steven formed a small smile. "Huh..."
Greg beamed up quickly. He sprung from the couch and looked down at his son excitedly. "Maybe you need a change of scenery, schtu-ball. You're never gonna find yourself if you don't start looking!" Greg suggested.
Steven slowly smile. "Yeah..." he started to realize his father's words, sprung from the couch as well. "Yeah!" he beamed up.
"Let's go, son. Right now!"
Steven raised an eyebrow. "Really?"
Greg nodded rapidly with the same wide smile plastered on his lips. "The road is calling, Steven! Can't you hear it?" Greg ran out the door to heat up the engine.
Steven looked down at his bowl before giving off a determined look. "Yeah, I think I can!" he smiled widely.
Steven ran upstairs to grab his jacket for the long trip he'll be taking with his father, the bowl in hand he still carried in excitement, the moment he's been waiting has now arrived and it'll be a waste if he just ignored his destiny that's been laid right in front of his eyes.
Steven put down the bowl on nightstand before grabbing his blue fluffy jacket nearby; before he was about to leave, he figured that he should bid goodbye to you and inform where he'll be going.
So, he climbed the bed slowly and made his elbow support his body weight, he looked down at you who's still sleeping soundly lovingly, he felt himself blushing softly; with a slight hesitation, he shook your body slowly which woke you up almost instantly, he knew that you weren't much of a heavy sleeper since you always woke up early.
Your tired eyes looked at Steven's face before you closed your eyes again. "Mm... Steven...? What's wrong?" you murmured tiredly, almost dozing off once more.
Steven chuckled and kissed your forehead lovingly. "I'm going in a trip with my dad so I'll either be home late or tomorrow morning. I'm leaving you my ice cream pie on the nightstand if you're hungry. And remember, I love you," he whispered gently against your forehead before pecking your forehead again.
You smiled tiredly at him and nodded. "Okay, Steven. Enjoy your trip... Make sure to tell me everything when you get back... I love you, too..." you mumbled while smiling tiredly.
Steven smiled at his lover before pecking your lips and climbed off the bed, Steven looked at you for a few more seconds before heading downstairs and off to his waiting father, he even managed to fix your cover before heading off; the sound of door creaking open and closed were heard fron your position but you only drift back to sleep.
It doesn't feel like 10 minutes before you were woken up once more by your phone ringing loudly on the nightstand along with the unbearable vibration that you couldn't shake it off.
You crawled on the bed and towards your phone, picking your phone up, eyes peeking through your eyelid to see who's calling, you almost fell off the bed once you saw it was your mother calling, usually Friday was the most busy day for her because it was before weekend so you wondered why she's calling.
You shuddered. 'An emergency?' you wondered.
You answered the call immediately, feeling goosebumps all over your body.
"Hello?" you answered the call.
"(Y/N)~ Morning~" your mother's voice greeted you sweetly.
You rubbed your tired eyes and smiled to yourself. "Good morning, ma'am. It's good to hear you're so enthusiastic in the morning," you told.
"Well, don't you sound tired now?" she teased.
You laughed. "Yeah, I was just-" your eyes widened. "Uh..." you tried to find a reason by looking around. Your eyes landed on the skipping rope you've been using for the past 3 days. You snapped your fingers. "Uh- I was- uh- exercising!" you tried to make it sound believable.
"Uhm~ Did this exercise has Steven in it?" she teased again. You covered your face with one hand and groaned lowly. At the end of the line was your mother laughing at your reaction. "It's okay, I won't tell a soul. But make sure to not give me grandkids yet! I'm still too young to be a grandma!" she bursted laughing, making your face growing redder than before.
"No... We didn't..." your words began to trailed off.
You could tell your mother were nodding at the end of the line. "Sure~" your mom teased. "But anyway, wanna meet up? Let's hang out together. My treat," she suggested.
Your eyes widened at her words. "I can't possibly have you treating me, ma'am! It doesn't feel right..." you protested.
"Ugh, you're such a party pooper. (Y/N), I thought you knew how well I am as a bussiness woman. I am the CEO, remember? I make thousand of bucks every month! So, spending a couple of bucks are no big deal! What do you say?"
You bit your lower lip hesitantly. "Well, if it's really okay with you. Sure, let's hang out. Where should we meet?"
"Oh, no worries about that. I'll be picking you up. Just give me your location and I'll be there in around 20 minutes," she replied.
You nodded. "Okay. I'll send it to you right away," you smiled.
"Can't wait," was what she said before the line went dead.
You opened up messages and sent her the location with she replied with an 'okay' emoji; you decided to take a bath but stopped when you received a message from Steven, you smiled at this and quickly opened up the chat, it was such a never ending messages between the two of you; mostly because the two of you are the type of people where they couldn't leave the other side hanging and be left on read, so you decided to spam them emojis or gifs you had.
Steven
On our way to highway. How are you holding up? Are you doing okay?
You smiled at his careness towards you, it's adorable; your fingers moved to type.
Love💕
I'm doing fine.
Mom asked me to hang out with her today and I said yes. Can I go?
Steven
Why are you asking me? It's your life. Go and be wild!

Good luck on your bonding trip.
Steven

You slowly put down your phone and sighed, staring at the walls for a good 30 seconds before climbing down the bed, grabbing clean clothes and made your way towards the bathroom, started to clean yourself up.

"So, where do you wanna go?" your mother asked excitedly.
You rubbed the back of your neck. "I'm not sure. I'm okay with wherever," you smiled at her.
Your mother rolled her eyes. "(Y/N), (Y/N). Be more greedy! More selfish! Wherever you wanna go, I'll go with you!" she dramatically exclaimed.
You giggled at her dramatic exclaimation. You then hummed, tapping your chin as you started to think a few ideas.
"Do you feel like eating first or do some shopping?" you asked politely.
She scoffed loudly. "Shopping, duh," she said as if it was the most obvious think she had ever told anyone.
You nodded. "Then, I have a place where we can go," you told.
Your mother smiled. "Where?"
"Just somewhere I love to shop at. It has a lot of amazing stuffs there and I can never stop shopping," you excitedly informed.
Your mother giggled, then you began to tell her the directions to where you should be heading; after a few minutes of driving, you told her to park somewhere nearby which she did before turning off her ignition and both of you climbed out of the car, closing the doors and stared at the huge building in front of the both of you.
"Here we are! The most amazing shopping mall I've ever visited to!" you introduced, arms spreading in the air.
Your mother shrugged her shoulders. "Eh, it looks fine," she casually said.
You looked at her with eyes widened and jaw hanging. Your mother began to walked towards the front door which you rushed towards her side. "Looks fine? It's beyond ordinary! And it's huge!" you exaggerated.
"It does have a lot of useful shop where we can buy but I just wish I could change the design of this mall," she sighed disappointedly.
Your jaw dropped to the ground. "You owned this mall?" you asked, deeply surprised.
Your mother's heels clicked every time she stepped on the ground. "Yes. And no. It used to belong to my mother and she handed it down to me instead of my sister. My sister is terrible at business anyway," she waved her hands around.
"What? That's amazing! Who are you going to hand it down after?" you asked.
She scratched her chin. "Well, I suppose to you," she answered.
"What? I can't do business," you told.
She wrapped her arms around yours, continuing walking; you didn't mind and let her do so.
She sighed. "I know. I wish I could teach you how but it took me years to be this succesful. I just wish I have someone's younger to teach to," she whined.
You nuzzled your neck on her head, smiling when you smelt the scent of strawberry which you recommended for her to use. "You'll fine someone," you nodded.
Your mother smacked your arm softly. "Oh, come on! Let's stop talking about this and just shop till we drop!" she cheered loudly, unwrapping her arms and rushed towards a store.
"Ma'am, wait!" you called before chasing after her.

You put the last bag of brand new clothes inside the trunk and closed it, panting slightly and stretched your body, you swore there was at least 20+ bags the both of you had to carry back to the car, it was torture; you remind yourself to not get carried away the next time you'll go shopping.
Your mother was waiting inside the car while you put the bags inside, you don't mind though, you wanted her to rest her body with the cold wind brushing her skin.
After you're done, you got inside the car and closed the door, seeing your mother putting down her phone and smiled at you before reversing the car to go to another amazing place together.
"Okay, now I'm famished," she joked.
You giggled and nodded at her words. "Have any place in mind?" you asked.
She hummed. "Well... there is one," she said.
You let her drive to wherever she had in mind nad enjoyed the passing view, everything was calming; you even managed to feed your mother some snacks the both of you had bought on the way of shopping for accessories, it was fun.
A few minutes passed and your mother parked in front of a fancy looking restaurant, making you gulped at the towering building; your mother turned off the ignition and walked out the car which you followed.
As you closed the door, you asked her. "Do you own this place, too?" you asked her.
She burst out laughing. "Of course not. I just own the mall," she chuckled, intertwined her arm with yours as the both of you walked together inside.
You blushed in embarassement but shrugged it off once the both of you stepped inside, and the view inside the restaurant looked even more fancy than the outside, you swore your jaw dropped when you saw everything's inside; your mother giggled and used her hand to push your jaw back up, closing your mouth.
Your mother approached the counter at the front door with a smile. "Hi. I'm (M/N), I made reservation for two," she told.
The person in waiter outfit nodded and looked at the list, once he found it, he grabbed two menus and smiled sweetly at you and your mother.
"Ah, right this way, madam," he spoke and it sounded fancy, too.
The waiter led the both of you towards two-chaired table and gracefully set the menus down on the table before pulling out a notepad along with a pen; your mother grabbed the menu and looked at what she wanted while you were hesitating on what you should do; so, you also grabbed your menu and looked at whatever weird name they're listing, thank God most of them had pictures or else you couldn't even pronounce it right.
Your mother handed back the menu to the waiter with a smile. "I'll have (Mother's/Favourite/Food), thank you," she said sweetly.
The waiter bowed slightly, pushing the menu under his armpit before writing down her order. He then turned to you. "How about you, madam?" he adked in his fancy voice.
You gulped nervously. Everything on the menu starting to look blurry. Looking around, you found a self-catering spot which you sighed in relief. "I think I'll just serve for myself," you said, handed him the menu before standing up.
"Of course, madam," he bowed slightly before off to the kitchen to pass your mother's order.
You smiled at your mother. "Uh, I'll be at the self-catering. I wanna see what do they have," you informed your mother.
"Sure. Just grab as much as you want," she assured.
You smiled and nodded before approaching the self-catering stall, grabbing a plate carefully, your mouth watered at the smell of delicious food entering your nose; quickly, you put almost everything on your clean plate, stomach growling.
When you finished picking up everything, you turned around to walk away only to be bumped by a kid and made your food fell on the fancy carpet, thankfully the plate wasn't broken.
"Oh, no," you mumbled before scooping the fallen food back on your plate.
"I'm sorry..." the kid who bumped into you cried. "I'm really sorry..." he cried again.
You flashed him a reassuring smile and a shake of head. "No, no! It's okay, really! I'm glad you're not hurt," you said, continue scooping your food onto the plate.
"L- Let me help you," he sniffled and scooped the leftover and onto your plate.
You smiled at you. "Thank you," you sincerely said. "Oh, my name's (Y/N). What's yours?" you tilted your head.
The kid sniffled and breathed shakily. He raised his hand and opened his fingers, showing his palm. There was a black dot in the middle and it looked like it was written with marker. "M-My name is Junior," he panted.
You squinted your eyes at the mark on his palm, you felt like you have read something about it before but you couldn't put a finger on it. Once you remembered, your eyes widened. "O-Oh! Hi, Junior. Are your parents here?" you tried to act normal.
He nodded and pointed to where a man and woman sat across each other and talked, his fingers were shaking and so is his body, you felt bad for him and it must've been traumatic for him; you stood up with the plate and put the plate back on the counter, you grabbed a couple of tissurles and wiped your hands before handing him some for him to wipe the food off his hands with.
You handed out your hand for him to reach. "It's okay, Junior. You can trust me. Let's go to my mother, okay? We'll talk about this with her," you suggested.
Junior nodded and grabbed your hand, you could feel his hand trembled terribly which made you frowned deeply; poor sweet little boy, you swore you'll protect him no matter the cost.
The two of you reached your table. Your mother looked up from her phone and smiled at you, not noticing there was a kid beside her. "So, honey, what did you-" she stopped talking when she saw you holding nothing. "Where's your food?" she asked.
You shook your head. "Not important. This," you motioned to the kid's hand that was wrapped with yours. "is important," you told her.
She looked at you confusedly. "Oh? Uh, who's this?" shebasked hesitantly, smiling at Junior.
"This is Junior," you ruffled his hair softly. "Junior, this is my mom," you said to Junior which he nodded at.
Your mother swore she got butterflies when you said she was your mother without hesitance or stutter; you looked at your mother with a serious look, making her smile flattened.
"Ma'am, he's being abused," you said, straight to the point.
Your mother's face paled. "What? By who?"
You pointed towards Junior's parents, trying not to make it look too clear that you wrre pointing at them; your mother turned around for a moment and mesmerising the talkative parents, your mother gritted her teeth tightly, she stood up as fast as lightning and approached the table.
Your eyes widened at her action. "Wait, ma'am!" you whisper yell at her but she ignored you and continue approaching the table.
A few steps were taken and she stood straight at the side of their table with a very angry look on her. "You... bastard," she growled.
The man turned towards your mother, was confused at first before he realized and stood up from his chair as well. "(M/N)?" he yelled in shock.
Your mother locked her hips with a very unamused look. "(F/N)," she spatted his name.
You who were a step behind your mother gasped loudly when you saw your father stood clearly in your display, your father turned at you and his face turned from surprised to anger.
"You..." he grumbled lowly. "I thought you were gone for good," he hissed.
You shook under his gaze, felt your heart pumping dangerously when he tried to approached you but fortunately, your mother blocked his way and pushed him harshly.
The woman who was with him quickly went towards your father with a worried look. Then, she looked at your mother with anger. "What the hell's wrong with you?" she yelled, catching everyone's attention.
Your mother pointed at your fallen father. "That's my husband you're touching. Get your hands off him, you whore," she spatted.
The woman stood in front of your mother quickly. "What did you say?" she yelled at your mother's face.
Your mother glared daggers at the woman in front of her. "You heard what I said," she grumbled again.
Your father stood and dusted his clothes. "Ladies," he said, grabbing both women's attention to him. "Let's take it outside," he suggested.
Time Skip
"So, what's your name?" the woman before you asked casually.
You looked down at your toes, still rocking the kid in arms to let him calm down a bit. "(Y/N)," you answered shortly, not looking at her and focused on your arguing parents from afar.
"My name's Karen," she introduced.
'I didn't ask,' was what you wanted to say but that'll be too rude. So, you answered with a short 'Okay' and continue to stare at your parents.
At the corner of your eyes, you could see she locked her hips and gave you a funny look. "Why are you holding my child? I don't remember giving you permission," she pointed out.
You felt Junior shivered in fear again, making you continued to rock your arms faster. "Okay," you asnwered again.
She rolled her eyes. "Ugh, teenagers," she mumbled.
You glanced at her. "I'm 18, actually."
"Still too young," she bragged.
You nodded. "Ah, so that just meant you're too old," you told.
She looked taken back by your words. She scoffed loudly. "I'm only 35!"
You looked at her, up and down before nodding. "Yeah, too old." you scrunched your nose. "That tight don't suit you. It only show your fat even more," you told truthfully.
She looked at you in shocked of your words, she bit her lower lip and scoffed. "You sure have the guts," she glared at you.
"Nah, just telling the truth. I mean like, have you seen a mirror?"
"Do you really need to insult me?" she raised an eyebrow.
You shrugged. "Just saying. No hard feelings, yeah?"
"Definitely hard feelings," she scoffed.
"Okay," you said shortly and looked away from her, rocking your arms still.
Karen rolled her eyes at your answer but kept quiet as well, she stared to where you were staring at and frowned at the arguing parents.
"I can't wait to break up with him," she suddenly said.
You looked at her. "You guys aren't married?"
She turned to me, face horrified. "Oh, God, no! I'm here for his money," she shrugged.
You furrowed your eyebrows. "That's not really nice. You have a kid together," you tried to reason with her.
She scoffed again and rolled her eyes. "I don't care about the kid. I just wanna get rid of him," she waved her hands in disgust.
Your eyes widened at her words. "What?"
"What? You think I want this kid? Your father forced himself on me and got me pregnant because he was so eager on wanting a child. So, that's why I wanted to leave the both boys," she explained.
You felt your heart dropped to your stomach. You quickly walked up to her, closing the distance. Your eyes went teary. "You... You got raped, too?" you asked in a cracked voice. "W- What about your parents?"
She flinched at the mention of her parents. She dropped her arms and began to look gloomy. "They kicked me out. That's why I'm here in the first place. I never thought I'll get into this kind of mess..." her eyes began to teary as well.
Immediately, you englufed her in a one-arm hug and you hugged her tightly, you felt her tense for a moment before hugging you back, putting her forehead on your free shoulder as she gripped your shirt tightly; you rubbed her head, comforting her.
"I'm so sorry," you said, continuing hugging her.
You started to feel warm droplets on your shoulder, signalling that she was crying. "Why did this kind of thing happened to me...? What did I do wrong...?" she sobbed.
You continued to pat her head softly, feelig your tears building up and finally rolled down to your chin; you felt her emotions, you knew how much she suffered, you knew what she's going through, you knew how much she hated every moment of it; the thought of she was forced to get pregnant made you let out a shaky sob.
"I don't want to go with him anymore..." she sobbed.
You shook your head, pulling from the hug as you wiped her tears using one hand. "You don't have to. I'm going to end this," you furrowed your eyebrows, feeling yourself boiling in anger towards your old man. "Here. Hold Junior. I'll talk to dad," you handed Junior to her which she grabbed him with open arms.
Junior scanned her mother's face and smiled. He used his hands and wiped her tears. "Don't cry, momma. It's going to be okay," he comforted. Karen cried further and hugged her son tighter in arms.
You made your way towards your non-stop arguing parents with a very angry look on your face, you felt yourself gritting your teeth so hard that they began to dug back inside your gums; once you reached at your parents, they scoffed at each other and ended the argument.
"Am I not enough?" you asked furiously.
Your father scrunched his face. "What're you talking about?"
You tilted your body and pointed to the crying mother along with her son in arms. Still gritting your teeth, you spoke angrily. "Why do you force yourself on her? Why did you get her pregnant when she doesn't want to?" you yelled at his face, surprising your parents deeply. "And why did you abused that boy? Aren't I enough already?" you yelled louder.
Your dad furrowed his eyebrows, fistsing his hands. "She told you that?" he asked and started to make his way towards Karen.
You quickly goes in front of him and blocked his way. "You are not touching them anymore!" you yelled, pushing your dad and made him stumbled on his feet. "Don't even look at them!" you shouted with full anger.
Your dad dusted his shirt. "What the hell is your problem, bastard? It's none of your business," he hissed.
"It was made into my business when you touched her. I have experienced what she did and I'm not letting it happened again!" you huffed.
Your dad chuckled. "You're crazy," he rolled his eyes.
"Yeah? Guess calling the cops won't be," you pulled your phone out of your pocket, waving it so he could see that you had already called the cops almost 5 minutes ago.
Your dad's face paled instantly as he began to run away, you growled and handed out your hand, your Gem glowed brightly as you ordered it to create platforms around your dad and caged him in; your dad yelled horrifidly and kept on smacking and punching the walls but it didn't move an inch.
The police arrived soon and handcuffed your father, forcing him into the car and locked the door, he was yelling and cursing but no one minded him; the cops shook your hand and thanked you for informing this case to them, you shook your head and bid them goodbye.
Karen rushed to you and hugged you with one arm as she let out loud cries. "Oh my God, thank you so much!" she sobbed.
Junior hugged you around your neck, letting out a tear rolled his cheek. "Thank you, (Y/N)," he sniffled.
You hugged them back with a wide smile. "I'm glad you both are fine now," you said sincerely. Soon, the three of you broke the hug. "Let's go home," you invited.
Junior and Karen looked at each other with a worried look. Karen fixed Junior in her arms. "Uh, we don't have one. But, maybe if I get a job now, I can-"
"No," your mother interrupted. Karen looked at her in worried. Your mother shook her head. "You don't have to. Both of you will be staying with me," she ordered.
Karen's eyes widened. "No, we can't possibly do that-"
"I'm not asking," your mother silenced Karen. Your mother put a hand on her shoulder with a smile. "Let's go home," she invited again.
Karen's eyes went teary, she smiled back and nodded happily.
"Well, looks like you got a younger kid to teach business to," you pointed out.
Your mother smiled at Junior as she rubbed his head gently. "I hope you didn't mind doing business," she said.
Junior shook his head with wide smile. "I would love to."
Suddenly, your stomach growled loudly, silencing the group instantly. You blushed in embarassement and rubbed your neck. "I forgot I didn't eat yet," you admitted.
The four of you burst out laughing before entering the restaurant once more.

Steven entered from the front door tiredly, he closed the door behind him before climbing upstairs to his bedroom, once he reached there, he was a bit surprised to see you're still up, he saw you were reading with a night lamp accompanying you.
"You're still up?" Steven asked, taking off his jacket and climbed under the cover and snuggled to your side.
He felt your fingers ran through his hair, calming him down instantly. You smiled at him and pecked his forehead. "How's your day been?" you asked sweetly, putting in bookmark before closing your book and put it away.
Steven stared at your face for a moment before flashing you a small smile. "It's fine. How's your day been?" he asked back.
You caressed his cheek lovingly and smiled back. Everything that's happened today was crazy and you couldn't believe you stood up to your father. Even when you recalled it, it still seemed unbelievable. You pecked his nose. "It's fine."
