One Snowy Evening
That was the last time she saw them. Since then, she's avoided the club and hasn't told anyone about her encounter. She was...afraid. Must've spooked her because she's tried her best to lay low on the media. But that's not working so well, this villain gave her a lot of trouble and a lot of media attention.
"Woah! Looks like Sub-Zero is back and stronger than ever!" The cameraman tried his best to capture her on-screen, but her black flames were in the way. In everyone's way.
They covered buildings, the street, luckily no one froze but it was quite cold. No one was sure if she was done with the villains or not. If she was, she sure was taking her time giving them a lecture.
"I'll give you another chance, tell me where he is! I know there's another one, so where is he?!" She poked him with a frozen metal rod.
"TELL ME-" But as she yelled she saw something from the corner of her eye, her instincts kicked in.
"Uravity!" Y/n ran towards the thing she saw. A person in an ally way she froze, they climbed the building and she followed.
"Hey! We have to wait for Endeavor!" But Y/n had already disappeared.
It turned into a race, she found herself jumping on her own frozen flames just to keep up.
They ran onto a highway, Y/n jumped down, and almost got hit by a car. She ran again, the person was looking over the edge, and just as Y/n was so close,
The person jumped off the edge, so Y/n did what she had to. She jumped too. She shot her flames to the ground which didn't freeze right away, they went up and engulfed the person in midair.
Y/n was still falling, she grabbed them and the two toppled onto the ground. She had them pinned right by their neck. What a chase.
"Gah!" She snatched their mask off, they were revealed to be a panting, green-haired boy. Angry too. "Izuku?" She, herself, was confused as well.
"Hah! You caught me." He smiled. "You're faster now." "Izuku, what are you doing? Are you a part of this?"
"No! Of course not! I don't do gangs! I'm shocked you haven't noticed me following you for the past two weeks." She furrowed her eyebrows and got off of him, but she grabbed him by his arm and forced him to his feet.
"Why are you so aggressive?!" He looked so tired. He snatched his arm away. "What are you doing following me?"
"Oh, I-I wanted to give you a gift." He started rolling up his sleeve, there were many, many, many scars. Old and new, bruised blood vessels.
"You could've just mailed it." She saw a smile creep up his lips, then he looked up and beamed at her. "Oh I know, but this one's much better in person."
Distracted by his hand glowing, she soon felt a hand around her waist and neck, she gasped. "I would not move if I were you," A voice whispered, she couldn't breathe. But she sure could smell the stench.
She tried to protect herself with her black flames, but Izuku punched right through them. His fist felt like it almost literally impaled her. She spat up blood and the last thing she saw was his vicious smile. Before everything went dark.

Y/n could just hear Uraraka panicking in her head. Except she wasn't there. No one was. She heard distant animal ambiance, cars on the interstate. She could barely open her eyes, she saw only darkness and the illuminating crescent in the sky. She faded.
She saw bright lights now, people with mask in her face. Yelling some phrases. She was freezing. She only felt fear during that minute. Then she went out again.
"Do you think she'll be alright?!" "Hard to tell, honestly kid, the injuries just as bad as Endeavors...I mean...damn."
She was starting to come to, her eyes fluttered open but they hadn't noticed. "How'd she end up all the way in Tokyo?"
"You still ask so many questions! We don't know everything!"
"I didn't ask you! And you'd think you did with that big ego of yours..."
"What'd you say?!"
"You two calm down! She'll be fine." Three people. Y/n's eyes were unbearably sensitive to the light. She groaned and tried to sit up but then she felt excruciating pain in her stomach and hissed in pain.
"No no no no!" Uraraka rushed to her side and gently laid her back down. "You seriously need to rest! You've been out for 3 days and you've got horrendous injuries!"
She looked around, Hawks was here. So was Shindo. "I don't know what happened." Y/n croaked. "Th-that's okay, you don't need to right now, you need energy for the surgery." She looked at Uraraka, confused.
"Surgery? Oh god...I don't want a surgery..." Y/n closed her eyes while holding Urarakas hand. "I know, but you need to, we need you here."
"Happy anniversary..." Y/n slightly smiled, so did Uraraka. It was quite sad for the other two to see it, there was pure sadness in Ochaco's eyes.
Ururaka felt her grip loosen, which was not a good sign to her. "Y/n..." she started flatling, her eyes never opened again.
"Oh god--WE NEED A DOCTOR IN HERE!!!" Shindo ran out of the room. Hawks grabbed Urarakas shoulder.
"Hey kid, we gotta leave so they can work their magic." Doctors rushed into the room, Hawks brought Ochaco outside and she broke into tears and hugged him.
"I don't wanna get the call!" She cried because the love of her life was in there dying and she couldn't do anything about it. "It's okay, you won't get the call."
Speaking of calls. Y/n's phone in Uraraka's pocket started ringing. She wiped her tears and answered it.
"Hello." Uraraka didn't recognize anyone with that voice. But it could be distorted because of the phone.
"Who is this?"
"Oh, I was expecting Y/n. Who is this again?"
"This is...her girlfriend-"
"Ah! Yes! Ochaco Uraraka! You know we went to school together. So where is Y/n?" She paused for a moment. Hawks saw a tear run down her face, she wiped it, turned around, and started pacing.
"I don't think I remember you, what's your name?..." Then they laughed. "Hah! Nice try, you never answered my question. Is she okay?"
She stopped in front of Hawks, and she looked at him with her teary eyes as she said it. "She's fine,"
"Oh?~ In that case, why don't you tell her to meet me in Fukuoka? I'd like to see her before I leave."
"Sure, where-" but they hung up. Uraraka sighed. "I'm going to Fukuoka." Her voice was more serious and monotoned, her face deadpanned and she started walking away.
Hawks walked in front of her and slammed the door, preventing her from leaving. "I'm not letting you, you don't know who that is or why they called, at least...wait for Y/n to wake up."
"You heard her, doesn't remeber anythng and she certainly doesn't need more stress! What if it were your girlfriend?!" Hawks was going to speak, though the outraged Uraraka wasn't having it.
"No?! I didn't think so! That person didn't seem like any of Y/n's friends or anyone I knew from school! You always used to tell me to follow my gut! Well, it's telling me this is not right. So that's exactly what I'm going to do."
And with that, he let her go. For her to snap at him like that, it wasn't like her. No, it wasn't like her at all...
Hawks then speed-dialed someone. "Hello-"
"Yeah good evening. Hey listen, I need you to contact the others, we may have a lead..."

"And you're positive they're gonna come?"
"If I wasn't I would've tried another way!"
"Yeah, okay..."
"This will work perfectly twice! I'm twice as sure!"
"Stop with the puns! Wait, that was actually funny though."
