"Take my picture"

Juniper woke up to the bugle and immediately slammed her pillow over her face not wanting to get up this early. Even with it being muffled she couldn't drown the sound out so she grudgingly took out her earbuds and rolled out of bed. She literally rolled being only half awake and landing on her back. Juniper debated on just lying there until the auditions she promised to help with started but quickly turned her head when she heard giggles near the door. "So still not a morning person one bit huh," Maddox was still laughing looking at Juniper on the ground.

Juniper was embarrassed at Maddox seeing her like this but was honestly to tired for it to fully sink in. Juniper slowly got up and just hummed in response. She turned and saw Maddox picking out an outfit for her since she new that if she didn't Juniper would probably miss auditions with her being indecisive. "Are you ready for auditions Mae," Juniper finally spoke for the first time that morning.

Maddox blushed a bit at hearing Juniper's voice but quickly calmed herself before replying, "Yeah, well it's not like i'm auditioning myself so it should hopefully go as smoothly as it always does." Maddox tried to hide it but to Juniper it was clear that Maddox was still a bit nervous probably with their being a bunch of new people that neither of them knew at all.

"Well I'm sure we are going to have the best time watching the new recruits make it or break it," Juniper told her with a playful smile on her cherry lips.

Maddox gave a grin in return, "You say recruits like we're in the military Piper."

"Hey this is a summer camp with a bunch of theatre kids it's gonna he taken seriously or its gonna blow up in our faces but it will still be enjoyable all the same, hopefully," Juniper stopped herself from rambling on to much and just put on a cheeky smile.

Maddox just shakes her head at her best friend not really knowing what to say after that. Before she realized Juniper bounded over and was hugging her. Maddox herself wasn't a big hugger but when it came to Juniper that was a completely different story.

The two hugged for awhile not realizing how long it had been just enjoying the moment and each of them trying to not blush. They finally broke apart when Ej (who was famous for always interrupting them since they met) came in between them yelling 'Its audition day and im freaking out!'

The two girls laugh awkwardly still shaking off the moment before. Juniper cleared her throat and threw an arm around her brother's shoulder (as best as she could since he was ridiculously tall for no reason) trying to comfort him. "Johnny I know its a different role you usually play, but its not like you've never been in this type of setting before. The only difference is that now your the teach not the student so, that should actually lessen the pressure," Juniper tried at numbing his fear with her rambling.

Maddox smiled a bit a Juniper, she always thought the Yun girl's rambling was adorable. Maddox also came to put an arm around Ej, "Hey you are going to do great today, no doubt about it. Now get in there director!"

Ej laughed a bit at his friends and gave them both a grateful smile before going through the doors of the barn. Without thinking of it Juniper swung an arm around Maddox and walked through the same doors not noticing Maddox's blush.

Juniper knew that Ej would do great and she believed in him a lot. With that being said that didn't mean she didn't accidentally zone out for the beginning of auditions until a boy with curls busted through the doors yelling. (wow she really needs to learn names)

After the boy, Ricky's, interruption Maddox and Juniper went backstage to watch auditions and set up a few things. When Juniper realized they were missing a cable from the table. she told Maddox she'll be right back. But, when she came back she found Maddox staring at the table clearly frustrated at something. "Hey Mae whats wrong," Juniper came close to her, grabbing her hands.

Maddox just shook her head, "Why am I like this, why am I stand offish, why do I just push people away?"

The Yun girl looked at her best friend shocked. She knew that some people might have thought some similar thoughts over the years but she never really thought that Maddox would think them herself. Juniper pulled away from the girls hands and out hers on Maddox's face. The Yun girl sighed as she saw the hurt plain and clean in the girls face and wondered how on earth such a clearly amazing person like Maddox could think like that. "Maddox you are the best person in all aspects that I have ever met. When we were eleven and I accidentally spilled the dye all over my shirt and I was about to cry you came over to me and asked if you wanted to switch. When I watched all the plays and was about to ask Dewy if I could help out but was the scared to, you asked for me. All those nights when my parents went out for hours on end and I was home alone, you called and stayed on the phone with me till I fell asleep just so I wouldn't be alone. Even when it meant that you got barely any sleep. You Maddox are anything but a standoffish person and there is nothing wring with you," Juniper told her with a voice that left no room for a debate.

It took a few seconds for Maddox to process all that the girl in-front of her said. The girl that she would give the world. The girl that she has been feeling this feeling that she had only really felt when around Madison. Maddox knew what that probably meant but she will deal with that later, for now she sill stay in this moment with Juniper. "Piper you are truly all I will ever need in life," Maddox whispered almost as if she said it any louder it would break this trance they were both in as they looked into each others eyes.

Both girls didn't really know what else to say as Juniper still had her hands on Maddox's face and Maddox put her hands on Juniper's arms. They stayed like that for awhile, it felt safe and peaceful. No one surprisingly interrupted them and they got to just memorize each others everything. That was until Juniper got an idea and her smile widened. She broke the trance and moved a bit to Maddox's left to get something off the table.

Juniper always loved taking polaroids, she thought they were something perfect to capture moments she never wanted to loose. So, she grabbed the camera that was meant for taking photos of the cast and turned to her Maddox, "take my picture?"

Maddox smiled at Juniper taking the camera from her hands, trying to not notice how their fingers touched, and nodded. Juniper smiled brightly and took a few steps back to pose. Once Maddox took the picture, Juniper took the camera and turned it around to take a picture of the both of them. They both smiled at each other not realizing that they were both falling. One for the first time and the other again. Just this time they might have a chance at more.

so they own my whole heart. I honestly never really plan my books out to a big extent and kind if just write and figure it out on the way and this came of it. I kind of want them to happen just so I can write them as a couple but what is a couple or character without them hurting before getting to be happy so we will see. also this felt short but eh.
