Not Just An Act - pt 2 (Charlie Gillepsie x reader)
Over the next few months, we worked on different scenes together. I found out my part. I got to play Luke's love interest that he meets at the Hollywood Ghost Club. My character's name is Olivia and is best friends with Booboo Stewart's character, Willy. It's a very in-depth character description, but Willy and Olivia both died from skateboarding in traffic. As ghosts, they discovered the Hollywood Ghost Club and now Caleb owns their souls. It was now June and filming wrapped up in January.
I had a few more scenes to shoot before I was done fully. But whenever I did a scene with Charlie, I would always forget my lines. Owen thinks it's hilarious though. I feel like people on set think we are a couple. Whenever Charlie and I are near each other, everyone always stops to watch us.
"Charlie, come on, we have to be back at the set by three-thirty. It's almost three and we are halfway across the city." I whined. I was always scared to be late. Not that Kenny would yell or be mad. I just wanted a good reputation.
"Aww, come on Y/N. I promised I would take you to that cafe you've always wanted to go to." Charlie was driving and I was sitting next to him. I had gotten close to him I guess. We text each other constantly. But I think he has a thing for Savannah. Whenever I'm around him, I feel something.
"Fine Charlie. But only because I don't want you to be sad." We stopped at a red light and I playfully punched his arm.
"Ouch," He rubs his arm and portrays a face of mock hurt.
We arrived at the cafe and ordered. I wanted to try a cookie because this cafe had specialized in baking gigantic cookies. While we were in line to order, a group of older girls walked up behind us. Charlie and I went up to order and after we got our stuff, the girls behind us followed us out.
"Hey, you. H/C girl. You shouldn't eat that cookie. It's too big and you're too skinny. You're going to get really fat and I'm pretty sure this hot guy with you won't want to be with you anymore." A girl in a green crop top and jeans was talking to me. I held back tears and looked down at the bag with the cookie in my hand. I should throw it away, I thought to myself. They're right.
"Hey blondie, leave her alone, will you? You must have a sad life if you've never eaten a chocolate chip cookie. You really need some sweetness in your life." Charlie yelled at the girl and she went back over to her group of friends.
I was basically crying right now. I should have stayed on the set. Charlie unlocked his car and we sat inside. I was a full-on sobbing mess by now.
"Hey, Y/N it's okay. She didn't mean it." Charlie was rubbing my back. I put the cookie in the back seat.
"I know. But she's right. I shouldn't eat it. I have to stay skinny." I tried to control my crying but I couldn't.
"Y/N, I can just call Kenny and tell him that we're going to be a little late. It's okay to cry. We can go somewhere. It doesn't have to be the set. It's Vancouver, we can go anywhere." Charlie says. I nod my head and he starts the car.
