Madison was seated on the quinjet, staring at her locket. She had been looking at the two pictures inside for what seemed like a decade. Various thoughts racing through her mind.

She was on her way to Wakanda, when in reality she wanted to be heading to space. Madison wanted to be with her father and Peter. She hated the fact that they were up there alone. And now realizing that everyone's lives were at stake, there was so many things that Madison wanted to say to Peter. Mainly she wanted to talk about her confused feelings. But instead she was staring at his picture along with her father's.

"So you wanna tell me about him?" Natasha asked, taking a seat next to Madison.

The girl looked up and gave a smile, "His name is Peter, he's the one that is in space right now with my father."

The assassin gave a nod, "What's he like?"

"Sweet, caring, smart, funny," Madison answered, "He's amazing."

"Is he your boyfriend?" Natasha questioned, a smile forming on her face.

Madison looked back down at the picture, "No. I think we were something. But my mother took all of those memories away and now I'm not so sure. I had a memory resurface of us."

Natasha then wrapped an arm around the girl, "What was the memory?"

"It was of us on the way to Homecoming. We were holding hands, and he was my date," Madison explained, "When I they found me after I went missing, it was as if a part of me was missing. But when that memory came back, it felt as if part of me had been found. But he doesn't know that I remember that."

"Why not?" the blonde asked, now playing with Madison's hair after she took it out of her ponytail.

The girl gave a shrug, "Because I don't even know if he still has feelings for me. What if we ended on bad terms and this is a second chance. I would rather have him as a friend than lose him."

"Well," Natasha started, now braiding Madison's hair, "I think you should tell him. Look at the situation we're in. Who knows how many more of these we will have. When he gets back tell him how you feel."

"Even if I don't exactly know what that feeling is?" Madison asked, not sure on how to handle a situation like that.

The woman finished the braid and then sat in front of Madison, "Yes. Because if he really cares then he will stay with you until you figure it out. You're just kid, Maddie. You have your whole life to figure things out."

"Maybe not," the girl laughed, "We're about to go fight for the universe."

"I won't let you die," Natasha stated, her voice growing serious.

Madison gave a smile as she pulled Natasha into another hug, "I like your hair by the way."

"Thanks," the woman smiled, pulling apart from the hug just as the quinjet landed.

The younger Stark let out a sigh as she stood up and looked at the opening hatch. Madison then walked off the quinjet, Steve and Natasha right next to her. Everyone else following behind.

Madison looked around with admiring eyes at everything in front of her. Everything was beautiful. And for being in Africa, all of the tall building made her think of New York.

Steve shook hands with T'Challa, "Seems like I'm always thanking you for something."

"What are you doing?" Rhodey asked in shock, making Madison turn around to see what was happening.

The girl let out a laugh once she saw Bruce giving a bow to the king of Wakanda. T'Challa then held out his hands, "Uh. We don't do that here."

Bruce then shot Rhodey a glare and in return Rhodey gave a huge smile, clearly happy with the trick he pulled. Madison let out another laugh as she turned around and started to walk.

"So how big of an assault can we expect?" T'Challa questioned, leading the way to the inside of a building.

"Uh, sir," Bruce started, "I think you can expect quite a big assault."

"How we looking?" Natasha asked, wanting to know who was going to be fighting.

T'Challa didn't look back as he answered, "You will have my King's Guard, the Border Tribe, the Dora Milaje, and..."

"A semi-stable, one-hundred-year-old man," A voice spoke out.

Steve then pulled the man into a hug and Madison recognized who it was. Bucky was smiling as he let of Steve.

"How you been, Buck?" Steve asked, his voice filled with happiness.

The other super soldier gave a simple shrug, "Uh, not bad, for the end of the world."

Bucky's smile then faded once his eyes landed on Madison. The tension in the air increased as everyone fell into and awkward silence. The girl knew what the man in front of her had done, but she also knew that he wasn't in his right mind. Madison knew what he had went through, because she had gone through that same pain herself. Only she was lucky enough to hold on.

Madison took a step forward and gave Bucky a smile, "It's okay. I forgive you."

The man gave a small smile and a knowing nod. Madison then stuck out her hand and Bucky shook it; the tension then dying. Steve gave Madison a pat on the back as he gave a smile to both of the people in front of him.

They all started to walk away and then Rhodey came up beside her, "That was mature of you."

"Yeah, well, I get what he went through," Madison stated, "If I would have saw him a couple of months ago then I probably would have tried to kill him."

"Tony would have killed him," Rhodey laughed.

"Maybe after we won," Madison agreed, also letting out a small laugh.

The two then began to walk, not wanting to get left behind by the group.
