{Video Clip: INTRODUCTIONS | | Models: Y/n, Max, Ellis}

Bruce clicked the play button. The video starts with kids on the school bus. The background showed a beautiful purple and pick sunset and mountains behind the teens. They clearly weren't in Gotham, and by the looks of from their school uniform, they were on the field trip. "Ahem," a voice behind the camera had cleared her throat to catch the two boys' attention that the camera was mainly focused on. Bruce immediately recognized the voice that belong to Y/n, his adoptive daughter. He felt his heart clench at hearing her voice.

A boy with black hair had looked up from his phone to look directly at camera with eyes of a mix blue green color. He smiled gently and waved at the camera slightly. "Hi, my name is Max," the black-haired boy introduced himself which earned a giggle from behind the person behind the camera. The camera then switched to the boy beside him, dirty blonde hair and brown eyes that showed slight amusement which contrasted from his emotionless face. "I'm Ellis," he introduced himself then continued, "And the beautiful lady behind the camera is Y/n" then Max had spoken up, "Don't be shy, Y/n, show them your lovely face!"  Y/n had rolled her eyes from behind the camera and turned it towards her. The view showed a beautiful girl with {skin tone} that seemed to glow from angle she was at with the setting sun, {hair length} {hair type} {hair color} that framed her face.

The young teen smiled at the camera that was recording her, "Hiya!" she then turned back around to Max and Ellis who were smiling at her, or at least Max was. "Why are we doing this again?"  Ellis had questioned to which Y/n responded. "For our journal, remember!? This is our introduction video!"  She stated in a 'duh'  voice, and Ellis rolled his annoyed-filled brown eyes. "So Max,"  the said male looked up from his phone, "Tell me why should I let you  become my a co-author of this journal?"  Y/n asked the raven haired boy. "Well, I always wanted to become a author just like my dad. I've always been the one into reading; The words off  a book always seemed  to lure me into a whole different world  and expands my imagination, and I wan to do the same."  He smiled as he answered honestly. "That's a lovely answer Maxie! Ellis, why do YOU want to be apart of this amazing journal?"  Y/n asked the dirty blonde. Ellis crossed his arms, "I'm only doing this because of  you two losers."  Ellis smirked as he joked. "Alright, you just got demoted  to my secretary."

Y/n chuckled but allowed him to answer her previous question. "I  want to be apart of this because writing clears my mind. Writing out my emotions, puts me to calm like a baby being placate by their pacifier, writing is my pacifier. Instead of ranting out my feelings to someone, I pick up a pen and start writing. And a plus is, I get to do it with you guys." Y/n and  Max awed at their friend's sweetness, who smiled briefly and as soon as he smiled i was gone.  "And that folks, is the end of the introduction! See ya, on our first official journal!"

The video ended and it left Bruce clicking on the first journal that was on the flash drive.

Gotham. The city I've been all my life. The city where crime doesn't rest, fear flood the hearts of civilians as they walk among the dark, empty streets at night, home of the cape crusaders and playground  for the playboy billionaire, Bruce Wayne, who is also my father. Well, not biologically. I'm adopted but that doesn't matter to me, what matters is that I have a loving father, four fun brothers and a total awesome  butler.

Gotham. The city where I  learned lessons the hard way. I learned not walk Gotham's streets by myself at night. I learned to always be prepared for anything. I learned to trust no one expect for those who trust me. I learned plenty of lessons from Gotham.

Gotham. The city that had ruined so many lives and tore apart families. The city with secrets that no one could truly unravel. The city that  doesn't smile, or shine, but frowns and cries, a city with  a stone cold heart.

Gotham. A city that brought me friends. A city where a small incident could change your life, for better or worse. In my case, the better. The city that guides you to two different paths, right or wrong, but it's to you for you to decide. A city home to Max and Ellis, the two people who been by my side since day one. A city home to the people I would give my life for.

Gotham. A city that's home to Batman, he legend that first stepped up to protect his city from the lurking evils. A city home to Nightwing, who started out as the underling of Batman who is now all grown up to be a hero in Bludhaven. A city  home to Red Hood, who was once the second Robin but now the anti-hero who kills everyone that he sees in his way. A city home to Red Robin, the formal third Robin. A city home to the fourth and current Robin.

Gotham. A city home to anyone who dares lay a foot here and call it home. Gotham. A city to the adventure.

File after file, Bruce kept on reading each and everyone, wanting to find the clues, the hidden messages to his question, why?

{PICTURES || JOURNAL: THIRTY THREE|| Models: Y/n, Max, Ellis}

{First Picture: Models; Max & Y/n}

Max: With a hand larger than hers, he held her hand, promising to keep her safe and secure, promising her to keep her away from harm's way and to love her unconditionally. He could tell she was conflicted, unable to  say yes or no. Her {skin tone} felt tense under his hand as he gently squeezed her smaller hand in reassurance. "I know you'll do what's right to you, please choose carefully, darling." He had whispered to her before left his grasp and disappeared, gone with the wind.

{Second Picture: Models; Ellis & Y/n}

Ellis: They weren't falling, no, they were departing. Departing from the horrors and dangers, the lies and secrets. Departing from the broken promises. Oh how he wanted to desperately grabbed back to her small {skin tone} hand that always had a gentle touch to them. The same hand that always seemed to calm him from his rage fits and his breakdowns. The same hand that held his to guide him to the right path. But,atlas, he watched as her hand had left his grasp and left, gone like with the wind.

...

Y/n: She had to leave. Leave from the city that broke her into million of pieces, leaving the two people she loved and cared about behind.  She allowed her feet to take over,to keep her away from the broken city. She looked at the photos she valued, each photo was a book and every video was a movie. The books and movies were all she had left with her before she was gone. Gone with wind, all because of the broken city and its deepest secrets, horrors, lies, broken promises, and the danger it held. Goodbye, Gotham City.

Bruce held tears in his eyes as he finished the last journal entry for the thousandth. It's been a year since her disappearance and still couldn't get over it. He felt guilty for every time he lied, broken a promise, kept a secret from her,and put her in danger. He wished he could go back in time to prevent his daughter from running away, he wanted to go back in time to fix his mistakes, spend more time with her, and tell he loved her. But now, he's stuck with his mistake.
