real life

there's nobody in the airport this saturday morning, maybe because it's 6 : 30 am. Max is waiting in an uncomfortable seat, drinking a coffee to keep her eyes open. when Kit finally arrives in the hall, she stands up and he runs, laughing, to hold her and spin her in the air.

- Kit Connor, says Max when her feet are back on the floor.

- Maxine Davis, smiles Kit. i'm so happy to be here !

- yeah, me too, but it's too late and i need another coffee. a good coffee.

- really ? it's 6:30 am !

- yes !

he laughs at her while they leave the airport to go to a starbucks coffee to eat a breakfast. they smile and laugh a lot.

- oh, i want to see the empire state building ! and the manhattan bridge and...

- Kit, you never stop talking ?

- but damn, i'm in nyc !

- but damn, i didn't wake up at 5:30 am to hear you talk every time.

after a great and funny day, they both are really tired, so they just talk on the sofa.

- i think Ben is a good person.

- Kit, are you serious ? he's a dickhead.

- yes i am serious. i am team Ben.

- and the whole world is team Charlie.

they laugh during hours, eating chips and ice-creams.

- well, says Max at 1 am, i'm really tired, so...

- no ! stay just for 2 minutes, please, says Kit with a baby face.

- you're just a kid

- he's, smiles Kit.

so, Max stays but she is really tired, and she finally falls asleep in Kit's arms.
