KEIJI AKAASHI [PART TWO]

Akaashi wasn't too used to having people in the audience looking at him, because he hardly did anything special. Bokuto was the great player that everyone loved and cheered for, even if Akaashi had a big part in the ace's success. He wasn't used to the pressure of hearing someone waiting for him to do well. Sure, it wasn't a game, it was just practice, but when he heard you arrive with your friends, momentarily pausing to cheer on your fellow setter, he froze. His critical thinking ability plummeted and he found himself relying on Bokuto to cover for him. When the ace landed after a successful attack, his eyes narrowed, and Akaashi found his heart racing. Of course the ace had to notice the way the setter was occasionally, yet frantically looking at the stands where a few bored players sat with their friends. Starting to grow nervous and red when he would see a particular person, then trying to focus on practice again.
