june 28th 2024| court date.

angel🎀.

today is my first court hearing. i really don't wanna face cam ever again but i know it's best to do this. i finished my shower and did my skincare routine. i put on a little blush and lined my lips. i let my hair down and curled the end of it. once i finished getting dressed i walked out the bathroom where i saw chenn putting on her chain. she look so good lord.

"hey mama.. you ready ?" she asked fixing her shoe laces.

"yes" i said grabbing my phone and purse.

"let's go"

"ouu you look so good mama" she said looking up at me.

"thank you bae.. you look good too. wanna be seen so bad" i mumbled the last part.

"oh girl please let's go" she said laughing.

she grabbed my hand and led me to her car. i rubbed my sweaty palm down my shirt and grabbed my phone.

jada, kami, and mikey are gonna meet us at the courthouse.

"hey.. it's gonna be okay i promise. you got this my love" chenn said holding my hand.

i smiled at her and nodded. i loved having someone who's understanding and is there to help me through everything.

we pulled up to the courthouse and went inside. i saw my attorney and nodded at her.

"okay" i said breathing out.

"you got this mama" chenn said.

"i love you" i said.

"i love you more" she said kissing my cheek.

i watched as jada and kami came over to me and mikey walked to the bathroom.

"let's bust his a**" jada said to chenn and she nodded.

"guys promise me you won't do anything" i said.

"yeah.. no i'm not promising you that. cus i vowed to myself the day that i saw your body on that floor that i was gone beat his a** on sight" jada said.

and i just nodded because once jada wanna fight she not stopping til she get her round so. there was nothing i could say or do to make her change her mind.

"and me too" kami said making me giggle.

"alright angel let's go" my attorney said.

i smiled and waved at them and walked behind her. we walked inside and i sat down. i watched as cam was being brought in. he was wearing a orange suit and he was in hand cuffs. he looked at me and smirked making my breath hitch.

i sat down in the witness seat as the judge called me up.

"did you see signs that he was abusive toward miss reese ?"

"yes i did. i noticed after about 8-9 months into their relationship. she would call me crying and i could see the bruises on her face. we talked about her leaving but she was too scared"

"did he ever threaten her ?"

"not directly but he would say things like watch your back because i'm coming after she left him" i said.

after i testified, they ask cam so question and it p*ssed me off because why are you lying ??

"did you ever hit miss reese ?"

"no i did not" he said.

"did you attack her on june 21st 2024 ?"

"no ma'am" he said.

please do not make me mad. we all know he did it i'm confused on why he's still lying about it. i can't wait to slap the h*ll out of him.

i watched as angel's attorney began to talk. she pointed out all the times they fought ending in him hitting her.. the amount of times he stalked her and harassed her. i watched as he smirked at angel as tears fell down her face.

why continue to harass her ? like what do you want from her. it's like he haven't hurt her enough nor has he done enough damage.

it took everything inside my body not to jump over this railing and beat his a**. the more he smirked at her the more i got angry. he had no conscience and no remorse.

"she deserved it. and she should've been dead" he said and that right there was enough to set me off.

i jumped over the railing and attacked him. i used my fist to punch in his face breaking his nose. i stomped on his head before i felt mikey pull me off.

"chenn stop. if you don't stop there gonna charge you for assault" he whispered in my ear.

i took a deep breathe and walked to the bathroom to calm myself down. finally got my hands on him and now i feel so much better.

3 hours later🫧.

"the jury found camron fletcher guilty of attempted murder and the assault of angel reese. fletcher will be sentenced to 11 years in prison with the possibility of parole" she said.

we stood up and clapped and i watched as angel smiled at him. i love that she got the last laugh. and with that she came over to me and hugged me tightly.

"proud of you" i said kissing her.

"thank you stink. and thank you guys too" she said hugging them.

"chenn you ate" jada said making kami giggle.

"man he p*ssed me off so bad. nigga you should've been dead ugly a**" i said.

"jada thank for not hurting him" angel said making me laugh.

"man he lucky the only reason i didn't is because mikey held me down i could not move" she said.

"alright yall let's go eat and f*** that lil boy" kami said and we agreed.

"i'm proud of you yk that ?" i said holding her hand.

"thank you stinka butt. for everything" angel said.

"anything for you my love" i said.

she leaned over and pecked my lips. it's been rough but now that he's been sentenced and she don't have to worry about him for a long time i'm hoping she can start healing even more.

getting back to her normal self when it comes to eating and sleeping. cus i miss the happy angel but we're forever grateful that GOD let us keep her. it's always good to be alive.
