โ ๐€ ๐’๐„๐๐“ this letter to my mom. โž Aria sits in Spencer's house with the other girls.

"You know it's not your fault, right?" Sadie asked, turning her head to look at the Montgomery girl.

Emily nodded, "It's your dad's mistake. Totally."

"No, it is my fault." Aria denied the girls trying to talk her out of blaming herself.

"You did not hook up with her and then ask your kid to cover for you." Spencer tells her, putting some food onto the table.

"Ali said I should've told my mom right after it happened." Aria holds the letter in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other.

"Ali?" Emily looks confused, "Alison knew?"

Aria nodded, "Yeah, she was with me."

"So, Alison saw this Meredith person?" Sadie questioned, moving around Spencer to make her another cup of coffee.

"Meredith? Her name is Meredith?" Hanna asked in disgust, "Ewe. That's not a cute girl name. I'm seeing big pores and mousy roots."

"Han, I think it's a little too soon to joke."

"I'm sorry." Hanna chuckled, "But if you're gonna cheat . . . do it with someone who deep conditions her hair."

Sadie grabs a bagel from the table, shoving it into Hanna's hands, "Herer, put something in your mouth besides your foot."

"I'm sorry, okay? Look, all I'm saying is that when my dad left . . . laughing sometimes helped." Hanna turned to look over at Aria, "So did crying."

"My father hasn't left, guys." Aria stands up from the couch, moving towards the counter with the others, "I mean, this happened over a year ago. You think he's gonna leave?"

Emily shakes her head, looking up, "Look, whatever happens, we're here for you."

"Thank you, guys, for staying here." Spencer says, trying to get Aria's attention off of the letter and her dad leaving, "I couldn't have been here alone."

"When's your family getting back?" Hanna asked.

"Yeah, you're always welcome to come stay at the house." Sadie shrugged, "I'm always there alone since Will works most of the time."

"They come home this afternoon, but I'll take you up on that the next time they leave." Spencer smiles at the older blonde.

"Aren't you gonna clean off the mirror?" Aria asked.

"Want me to come with?" Emily asked after seeing the look on Spencer's face.

"We should all go." Sadie smiles softly, rubbing Spencer's back.

"You know what? It doesn't take all five to clean a mirror. . . so why don't you four go and I'll just wait here?" Hanna spins around on her chair as the four makes their move towards the upstairs to go to Spencer's bedroom.

"Fine. Okay." Aria crosses her arms and stops as the other three keep walking towards the stairs, "Alone."

Sadie smirks, "But make sure you lock the door. It's no telling who can just come right on in."

Hanna jumps up from the chair she's sitting in, following them up the stairs, "Right. You spray. I'll wipe." Hanna's phone goes off before they can make it up the stairs, everyone moving to gather around the blonde.

"Seriously?" Sadie groaned.

"Well, the creature's back." Hanna tells them, seeing a message from 'A', "We should've never unblocked our phones."

"Open the attachment." Emily tells her.

It was a video of the five of them from last night as Spencer was showing them the mirror in her bedroom.

"That's us."

"Was that shot from inside your closet?" Sadie asked as they all turn their head towards the stairs.

"A was watching us."

Spencer opens her closet doors slowly, all the girls letting out screams as something falls from the top, Emily backing into Sadie.

"Guys. . . , " Aria picks up a tube of lipstick from the closet floor, taking the top off to show the jungle red color that was on the mirror and what Alison used to wear, ". . . check it out.'

โ ๐ˆ ๐‘๐„๐€๐‹๐‹๐˜ wish you didn't have to go. โž Sadie pouts as she hangs onto her older brother beside his car.

Jesse smiles as he presses a kiss to his sister's forehead, tightening his grip on her, "I know, kiddo. I wish I didn't have to go back either, but they need me on a case."

"Why can't you just be an officer here?" She groaned, letting him hold up all of her upper body strength.

"Because I went to school with half of the police force. . . . and I think they're all assholes." Jesse laughs, "Look, your next break from school, you can come to Chicago. I'll show you around and let you meet some of the guys that I work with. And bring Jason along with you."

"Hey, kid, you're gonna be late for school." Will pulls the two away from each other. "I'll talk with the hospital and see if I can get some days off and we'll go up there to visit."

"Love you, squirt." Jesse gives his sister one last kiss on the forehead before letting her get to her car so that she can leave to go to school. "We can't keep this a secret from her for much longer."

Will sighs, "I know. They can't do anything thought because she's emancipated, right?"

"This is Alice Beaumont that we're talking about." Jesse scoffed, "She'll find a way. We just need to focus on making sure we have everything we need to take to court in case it gets that far."

"This freaking sucks."

"Yeah, it does."

"Well, I didn't say that Jenna was alone." Aria says as she looks around to make sure nobody was listening in to their conversation.

"Let's not go to the Toby place, okay?"

Sadie's head snaps up to look at them, "What about Toby?"

"Why not? You guys think her guide dog left behind her lipstick?" Aria asked.

"Yeah, do you wanna asked what your lap partner was doing last night?" Spencer asked as she puts her book into her bag, "If maybe he took a break from sitting on his porch . . . pulling head off of squirrels?"

"Spencer." Mr. Cheldre walked up to the group, "Sorry, ladies, I didn't mean to interrupt. . . but I hope you're as proud of your friend as I am." He told a big white envelope up, "Congratulations. My instincts were right. This just makes it official." He hands it to her before walking away.

"What's that about?" Sadie raised an eyebrow.

"An essay contest." Spener sighs.

"Wait, did you win it?" Emily questions her, "Aren't you gonna open the envelope?"

"Why should she?" Hanna smirked, "She wins an award for waking up."

Mike looks away from the friend that he was talking to, only to find Sadie leaning up against the side of her car with a smirk on her face as her arms were crossed over her chest.

"I'll catch you later." The Montgomery boy tells the boy, jogging across the parking lot to stand in front of Sadie, "What are you doing here?"

"Your mom called and asked if I could pick you up. Both her and your dad was busy and they couldn't get ahold of Aria." Sadie tells him. "Wanna get ice cream? My treat?"

"Yeah, cool." Mike shrugged, catching the car keys as she tossed them too him, "Wait. You're letting me drive?"

"Why not." She shrugs, moving to get in the passenger side of her car, "Just don't get us pulled over. I really don't want to explain this to your mom. . . and Jesse just left so he can't get me out of trouble."

Mike laughed.

โ ๐ˆ ๐๐„๐„๐ƒ๐„๐ƒ this. โž Mike sighed as he sat back in the booth, having taken the last bite of his ice cream, "Things have been tense at the house lately."

Sadie frowns, "What do you mean?"

"I don't know. I think something's up with my parents." Mike tells her, "They've just been acting weird. Can I move in with you and Will?"

She laughs, "I don't think that would go over too well with either of your parents. But I am just a phone call away if you want to talk to someone."

"Why can't you be my sister? You are so much easier to talk to than Aria." Mike said as he uses his spoon to dig into the left of her ice cream.

"Hey, you ate yours, get out of mine!"

๐€๐…๐“๐„๐‘ ๐ƒ๐‘๐Ž๐๐๐ˆ๐๐† Mike off at his house, Sadie met up with Hanna and Hanna at the Grille.

"I saved it." Spencer pulls the lipstick they found out of her bag, taking the top off of it and pushing it up to show the color, "Just in case."

"That's the lipstick Jenna was putting on in the elevator." Hanna tells the two of them.

"Are you sure?" Sadie asks her.

"Yes. It's Alison's color. Same shade, same tube." Hanna says, "What I'm wondering is why was Jenna in an empty room for an hour?"

"I think we should call the police." Spencer says to them, "There are fingerprints on this tube."

"Yes, ours." Sadie leans forward, "Seriously, I cannot keep getting in trouble with the police. Jesse isn't here to get my ass out of trouble if something serious were to happen."

"If you want me to answer more questions, let me get in the office, see wat I can find." Hanna tells the two girls. "Have you gotten any more e-mails?"

"No." Sadie shook her head.

"Not since this morning. Have you?" Spencer asked.

"No. I'm just wondering."

"Emily." Spencer greets the Field's girl as she walked into the Grill, "What are you doing here?"

"Uh. . . I was just. . . I. . . , " Emily stuttered out her answer, Sadie raising an eyebrow at the girls response.

Sadie follows her eyes, smirking as she notices Toby watching the girl.

"Hanna had a run-in with Jenna Marshall today. Sit down." Spencer tells her.

Emily sits down and Sadie watches out the corner of her eye as Toby grabbed all of his stuff and left.

"Em, you know that dentist office I'm working at? Well, I was going for my shift, and I was in the elevator. . . and Jenna was in there." Hanna tells her. "And she had the same lipstick Ali wore."

"The exact same color."

โ ๐‚๐€๐ ๐˜๐Ž๐” hurry and be finished? โž

A deep chuckled filled Sadie's ear as she had her phone pressed against her ear while looking thought the cabinets in the kitchen of her house.

"You can always come out here for a weekend." Jason tells her as he moves around his apartment. "If you miss me that much."

"Of course I miss you that much. And I miss kissing you, and I miss having you touch me. . . ,"

Jason smirked, "You miss the way I touch you?"

"Hey, don't make this sexual." Sadie laughs, grabbing a pre-packaged salad from the refrigerator along with the small bottle of ranch.

"You started it, talking about you miss the way I touch you." He laughed, "I just miss having you in my bed, waking up with you in my arms."

"That could happen if you would just hurry and get here to Rosewood." She smirked, moving the salad around with her fork.

"I'm not making any promises, but I will try my best."

"As long as you try. I love you."

"I love you."

Sadie hangs up the phone, taking a bite of her overly drenched salad as her phone vibrates. Picking it up, she lets out a sigh at the message on her screen.
