PERSONALITY //

Cecil is a bold, careless and mischievous boy who basically gives off the classic annoying younger sibling vibe. Irking his family and almost everyone else around him is one of his top priorities. However, he does know how to control himself when he has to, and when he does, you'd never guess that the teen under the monotonous facade is a complete troublemaker. Though only those who prove to be a threat to him in some way know that mask and not the person underneath it.

He can be fairly arrogant, rude and unfriendly, the boy honestly treats anyone under his own status like toys. Cecil enjoys messing with the people from minor houses the most — he barely gives the lot a break. The late teen doesn't care about what happens to others, as long as it has no affect on him or on anybody he cares about.

Though most of the time, his irritating attitude hides it, Cecil can be quite manipulative. He's one to observe and then make his move. That's the thing with him; he'll either use you, or ruin your clothes and get away with it.

BRIEF BACKSTORY //

Cecil was born the youngest out of three siblings, he was always the one with the most energy and would mess around constantly despite knowing he was the heir to House Rayne. His father's sudden personality change after his aunt Meira had been executed (twelve years old) only succeeded in exacerbating his behaviour. It also led to him causing someone's death rip — he broke into a minor house once for fun and let someone else be blamed. There was a death sentence. His mental excuse is that he was thirteen and it's a secret he'll carry to his grave.

PETS/COMPANIONS //

Cecil has none, his family doesn't trust he can be responsible with them and he, personally, finds that unfair considering both his older sisters have pets.
