MAKING HER WAY INTO THE COURTYARD WHERE SHE COULD SEE ELIJAH, she walks over to him, tapping him on the shoulder. Elijah turns his head towards her curiously and offers a smile once he sees that it's Grace. "Have any of you seen Rebekah or Hayley?" The girl asks as she places her hand on her hip. She wanted to show Rebekah that she had put the dress on, sure she had covered it with a black jacket but it was still on. Elijah only shakes his head.

"Not recently." Elijah replies as he glanced up and that's when Grace saw a man playing a violent while sitting on one of the pillars. Her eyebrow raises as she knew it was most likely Klaus' doing.

"We're looking for Davina, love. So I could care less where those two are right now." The man in question comes into her view and Grace only rolls her eyes at him. She crosses her arms against her chest as she just keeps her spot next to Elijah.

"When Davina gets here, you two need to let me do the talking." Marcel tells the originals as he knew he would be able to talk to Davina better than they could.

"Well, I'm sure you'll have your chance." Klaus tells him as he sees Davina walking into the compound. "Hello, love." He says making Marcel turn around, seeing the young girl. "Silence is golden, Timothy. Thank you." Klaus tells the man who was playing the violin which makes him stop. Timothy glanced down, seeing Davina causing his eyes to widen.

"Davina?" Timothy asks with a confused voice but she just keeps her eyes on Klaus.

"You got me here. Now let him down." Davina demands but Klaus only smirks at her, clasping his hands behind his back as he walks closer to her.

"Well, first we have to have a little chat about you returning to the fold." Klaus starts but Marcel only grabs his arm, glaring at him.

"What did I say, Klaus? I got this." He mutters before turning his attention towards Davina. "D, what happened? Why'd you run?" Marcel asks as he furrows his eyebrows, looking at her with concern and worry. "Talk to me. I can make it right." He says as he places his hands on his chest but she only scoffs.

"How? By threatening my friend?" Davina asks, her voice sharp as she glares at him. Klaus only chuckles, holding up his finger.

"Actually that was my idea. Apologies." Klaus interjects as he moves in front of Marcel. "I've been known to go too far to make a point. But I do always get results." He tells her but Davina only laughs, clenching her jaw as she stares at the original.

"You pretend to be so confident, but I know the truth." She says as with a smirk as she just shakes her head. Davina could see Klaus taking steps towards her. "You're afraid everyone can see what you really are. An animal."ย Davina says before cracking his leg making him go down to his knees.ย  "A beast." Klaus screams out as he falls to the ground. Grace's eyes widen as she goes to move over to him, she didn't even know why, but Davina sees her, holding her hand out in her direction. "Stand back." Davina tells her, not wanting to sound too harsh since she had nothing to do with it. But she couldn't have anyone interfering. Grace stops walking, meeting the witches eyes. "I'm not afraid to hurt you too." She sneers, although, she could tell that Grace was just shocked by it all. Davina had heard some things about her from Marcel, and it did seem that Grace wasn't fond of Klaus either.

"You touch her-" Klaus begins to threaten but Davina only glares down at him, twisting her fist making more of his bones crack.

"Why don't you show us your real face?" Davina asks as she turns up her power making Klaus scream again before his hybrid face transforms. She stares down at him, seeing the fangs, the veins and the yellow eyes. She only scoffs as she shakes her head. "That's enough of you." She snaps as she snaps his neck before tossing him to the side.

"Davina!" Elijah shouts, grabbing the witches attention but Grace just knew that wasn't the best idea. She would try and intervene again but she didn't want to die, and plus she wanted to see how all this turned out. "You don't have to do this." He tells her but Davina only glares at him harshly.

"You.." She starts as she makes her way over to him, beginning to choke him with her magic. "You looked me in the eyes and lied to my face, pretended you wanted to help me." Davina cries, she couldn't help it as she felt emotional, staring at the men who supposedly wanted to help her.

"Listen to me--" Elijah tries but she only cuts him off.

"You call yourself the noble one, but you're a killer just like your brother. For a thousand years, you fed on innocent blood." Davina states as she clenches her jaw. "Why don't you choke on it?" She then thrusts her hand forward and suddenly Elijah was choking on blood, it splattering out of his mouth before he drops to the ground. Grace raises her eyebrows, pressing her lips together slightly. She couldn't help but silently clap as she watches the girl single handedly take all of them. "And you--" Davina turns to Marcel who had tears in his eyes aswell. "I trusted you. I loved you. But you were just using me to stay in power. You don't care about me." She admits but Marcel only shakes his head.

"You're wrong." He tries to explain, he never wanted to hurt her, all he wanted was to keep her safe.

"When you lost to Klaus, you handed me over like some trophy. Maybe I should boil you in bronze." Davina states as she steps closer to her but Marcel only shakes his head.

"I care. I took you in like you were my own blood." Marcel tells her and Davina's eyes soften slightly until someone jams a stake into Marcel's back, purposely missing his heart. Davina gasps as the stake is ripped out and Marcel falls to the floor unconscious. When he does, Rebekah is left standing in his spot.

"Come on now, love. Don't tell me you were falling for that?" Rebekah asks with a scoff as she rolls her eyes, glancing down at Marcel. Grace honestly wished she had popcorn while she was watching this whole thing. It was better than any movie that had been released this year. "Isn't it time for us girls to have a chat?" She questions as she tilts her head, smiling at the witch.

"Rebekah." Grace says, catching the originals attention. Rebekah turns her head to her, smirking as she runs her eyes down the girls outfit.

"Darling, you do look beautiful in that dress." She compliments before looking back at Davina. "Now, that was impressive. And well deserved in my opinion." Rebekah admits as she was quite proud with how Davina had handled her brothers.

"They aren't dead, right?" Grace asks even though it was stupid to. She knew originals couldn't be killed and yet they had gone in such gruesome ways, she had to be sure.

"Not yet." Davina grumbles as she clenches her fists.

"Now, before you turn on me, I have a surprise for you." Rebekah says as she looks towards the entrance of the compound where Josh walks in. Davina's eyes widen as she shakes her head at him.

"Josh, what are you doing? Get out of here." Davina tells him and Rebekah only watches them for a moment before speeding over to Josh and taking him by his neck making Davina gasp.

"W-what are you doing?" Josh stutters out as obviously this wasn't part of the plan. Grace watches as Rebekah turns her eyes to Davina, raising an eyebrow.

"Now, if I were Klaus, I would rip Josh's head from his neck, feed it to a nightwalker,ย  and that would be the end of your friend." Rebekah states before letting Josh go, making the man cough. "But hurting people Is such a boyish thing to do." She admits as she shrugs her shoulders before looking up at Timothy who was still in the same spot. "Like how Klaus compelled your fiddler on the roof, and while I am many things, I am certainly not my brother." Rebekah states as she walks more into the courtyard yet again. "It's okay, Timothy. You can come down. No one's gonna hurt you." She assures him but the man just looked completely terrified.

"He told me, I couldn't climb down off this beam." Timothy replies and Rebekah only sighs as she places a hand on her hip.

"Then don't climb, silly. Am I the only smart one in the room? Jump." Rebekah tells him with a roll of her eyes as he walks over to him. Timothy braces himself before jumping, Rebekah grabbing a hold of him before he splat on the ground. The blonde moves away from the teenager who just turns to Davina with wide eyes.

"Davina, how did you do all that? How did I even get here?" He asks, obviously confused since it was quite clear that Klaus had compelled him.

"I'll explain everything. I promise." Davina assures him before her eyes move to Rebekah. "Why are you doing this?" She asks, still not fully trusting the original as all the others had lied to her to get what they wanted.

"Seems to me, you're the one holding all the cards. But you don't know who to trust. I've just proven that you can trust me, now I'd like to show you one more thing. Won't take long." Rebekah explains to her before her eyes move to Timothy and Ben. "You can bring your friends." She states before stopping beside Grace. "You stay here, darling." She says as she puts her hand on Grace's cheek before letting it rest by her side.

"Oh, now you tell me what to do?" Grace asks as she raises an eyebrow. No one told her what to do, she didn't care if it was a serial killer or an original. Which, if she thinks about it are kind of the same thing. Only the originals would never get caught.

"It's in your best interests. Trust me." Rebekah tells her as she didn't want Klaus going ballistic on her aswell. It was better for her to just stay put until they woke up. Grace decided not to argue as it seemed like where Rebekah was going required a lot of walking and she didn't want to do that.

Grace only nods her head, watching as the group leave her with the three dead vampires. She only glances around, letting out a sigh before crossing her arms against her chest. This was going to be a long night.

GRACE DIDN'T KNOW HOW LONG SHE WAS WAITING FOR THE VAMPIRES TO WAKE UP. She was getting restless as she just wanted to leave. She knew she could, she didn't have to stay there but she had resorted to kicking Klaus which really kept her busy. She knew he would kill her if she ever did it while he was awake, but he was unconscious so she was just taking her anger out on the hybrid.

"Would you stop kicking me." Klaus grumbles all of a sudden as he grabs her foot. Grace glances down at the man, she sees the glare set in her eyes. Grace just gives him one last kick just to make his anger go up a little bit more.

"Finally, you're awake... Or back to life?" Grace says, her eyebrows furrowing as she wasn't exactly sure what happened.ย  "Either way, I was getting bored." She mumbles as she shrugs her shoulders. She could see Klaus roll his eyes, probably wishing he stayed dead just a little while longer.

"Hm." Klaus gets up from the ground, brushing himself off before looking towards Grace. "Where's Davina?" He asks as he didn't see the young witch anywhere. Grace seems him gazing down at her so she only gets suspicious.

"You're not trying to compel me, are you?" She asks as she squints her eyes at him and Klaus did not exactly seem pleased with her question.

"I'm just asking." Klaus says with an annoyed sigh. Grace knew she was getting under his skin and that made her proud.

"Left with Rebekah." Grace replies with a shrug as she kicks her feet against the gravel on the ground. Klaus rolls his eyes, letting out a sigh.

"Of course." He mutters before his gaze meets Grace's again, but she was only giving a smug smirk as she laughs a little bit.

"So, she kicked your ass." She taunts and Klaus only glares at her, knowing she was going to probably hold that over him forever.

"She is the most powerful witch after all." Elijah's voice pipes up making them turn their heads to see the original getting up from the ground.

"Which is why we can't have her around." Klaus points out and Grace looks at him confused.

"What are you talking about?" She asks as she knew he had a plan, she just hoped that whatever Rebekah was doing with Davina could stop it.

"I made a back up plan. Timothy should have followed it by now." He replied and Grace only stares at him, her lips parted. That hadn't answered her question at all. It seemed Klaus liked to be cryptic.

"Oh, isn't this monumentally awkward?" Elijah says as he helps Marcel up from the ground. Grace sighs as she takes her cigarette box out of her pocket, grabbing one out before pulling her lighter out. It seems Elijah had seen her, just watching as she put it between her lips and lit it. "You know, those things can kill you." Elijah states as he stares at the blonde who only slowly turns her gaze to him. She raises an eyebrow, not knowing if he was making a joke or not. But Elijah didn't seem like the type to be sarcastic. Grace brings the cigarette down for a moment, letting the smoke blow out as she squints her eyes.

"Thats a bit hypocritical coming from the thousand year old vampire killer, don't you think?" Grace asks rather bluntly before putting the cigarette back between her lips. Elijah only stares at her, closing his mouth as he really couldn't think of a response. She only smirks at him before her eyes move to Klaus who was only putting his phone to his ear, trying to keep his eyes off of the pair.

"Rebekah, where are you?" Klaus asks as he clenches his jaw. "Well, I tried to talk to her out of respect for Marcel, but she made it quite clear she is not our friend. My apologies if you thought she was yours." He explains to her and Grace only sighs as she lets the smoke out of her mouth, leaning against one of the pillars. "No, it wouldn't. You see the poison I compelled Timothy to feed her is quite potent. It's just a matter of time for her." Once those words left Klaus' lips, Marcel starts walking towards him but Elijah only holds him back. "There is no dealing with those who threaten us. Davina sealed her fate when she stood against me. This was her choice not mine." He states before ending the call and looking back at the group who werent giving him the happiest expressions. Even grace knew that he had crossed a line. "Oh, come on. The stench of your judgment is overwhelming. Need I remind you that Davina just bested the lot of us. I did what needed to be done." Klaus tells them and Grace only rolls her eyes. It was great watching them all get their asses kicked, it seemed like they needed a blow to their ego every once in a while. "Don't worry, Elijah. I remain as redeemable as ever." He says as smirks with his brother who only lets out a scoff.

"So, you compelled that boy to poison Davina without consulting Marcel or myself." Elijah states and Klaus only shrugs his shoulders. Marcel clenches his jaw, glancing at the ground.

"You know what the worst part is? That you're so predictable, I had to make an alliance with your brother, who I don't even like." Marcel says with a shake of his head, gesturing towards Elijah. Grace furrows her eyebrows, putting the cigarette back in between her lips.

"Judging by your expression, I'd say you have something to share." Klaus says as he sees Marcel slightly smirking at him. Grace was just watching the interaction, she was beyond confused but it was entertaining watching them fight like little girls.

"Damn straight, I do." Marcel states as he takes a step closer to his sire. "I got a call from Kieran earlier. Right after Sabine and some witches almost got their hands on Davina first." He tells him and Klaus only scoffs, rolling his eyes as he clenches his jaw.

"So when you slipped away to allegedly check on your nightwalkers, you were, in fact, colluding with a witch." Klaus points out and Marcel just shrugs his shoulders with a smug look on his face. "That's very clever. I suppose I should be proud." He admits and Marcel just chuckles.

"Eh, I just wanted to make sure I had a failsafe, just in case, as Elijah expected, you started acting like you." Marcel replies and Klaus only rolls his eyes, obviously the one one seeing the major flaw in his plan.

"Except, now you've involved the witches. Who, last time I checked, were enemy to us all. To everything we have, and to our family." Klaus points out but Elijah interjects, moving towards his brother.

"Davina is Marcel's family, Niklaus. Or did that somehow slip your mind as you tried to take her life?" Elijah asks him with a sneer making Grace raise her eyebrows. She has never seen the man become so dominant. Why were all the originals literal killers and yet so attractive? "You will call Rebekah, you will tell her that Davina will recover. Do wish the same could be said for that boy." Elijah says with hostility in his tone as he glared at his brother. Grace only blows the smoke out of her mouth with a roll of her eyes.

"Oh, my god I cannot listen to anymore of this. There is just too much testosterone in the air."ย  Grace groans as she pushes past the group, heading anywhere that was away from them. She didn't get very far though as Klaus had walked after her.

"Love." Klaus calls out making her sigh as she turns around, bringing the cigarette down to her side.

"What do you want, Klaus?" She asks, not sounding the least bit interested in anything he had to say to her. Klaus takes a step closer to her, meeting her eyes.

"I didn't mean to hurt you, earlier. I was just... I know your pain." Klaus admits, trying to find the right words but Grace only glares at him.

"You don't know me, Klaus." Grace tells him as she crosses her arms against her chest. Klaus was about to say something else but she cuts him off. "You don't." She says, a little more firm this time to get her point across. "But it seems I was right about you because who tries to kill a kid?" Grace asks him, she hadn't even met Davina, well, officially. Davina threatening to kill her didn't count.

"She is not just a kid, you know this. She can kill-" He starts to tell her but she has had enough of him making up excuses to get rid of Davina.

"And you'll deserve it." Grace tells him with a glare as she couldn't believe that he was actually blaming Davina. He was the one who wanted to kill her, she was just defending herself. "Klaus, she's just broken. She thinks she's been used for the past, god knows how many months, and frankly she has. She deserved to have a little revenge."ย  She snaps at him with a scoff as she shakes her head. Grace keeps her gaze on Klaus for a moment before turning and walking away from him. Klaus only lets out a sigh as he tilts his head up, closing his eyes. His jaw clenches before he heads back towards Elijah and Marcel, trying to push grace out of his mind.

Which seemed impossible to do.

GRACE WAS SAT AT THE BAR IN ROUSSEAU'S, her chin planted in the palm of her hand as she downs the glass in front of her. She just couldn't stand to be in the compound for a second longer. Mainly because Klaus didn't know how to take a hint. Even if she wanted to talk about her past, she wouldn't with him. He would probably just use it against her at one point. He is very low on a tall list of standards to be her friend. Frankly, he is no where near to making the cut off.

"Long night?" Camille asks as she rests against the bar in front of Grace. The Marshall girl lifts her head, nodding as she saw Camille standing there.

"Something like that." She mumbles as she brushes her hair out of her face. Grace was glad to see Camille, the woman was one of the few that she actually liked within the whole city.

"Trust me. Me too." Camille admits as she learned too much in one night, add to the fact that she was attacked by witches who wanted to kill Davina. "It looks like you need this." She says as she holds up the bottle of whiskey before pouring it into the girls empty glass. Grace sighs as she gives her a thankful smile.

"I just don't understand men sometimes and their need for power." Grace states as she downs the glass that Camille had poured for her. The blonde only raises her eyebrows as she looks at Grace.

"It's to make up for their lack of a personality." Camille tells her and Grace laughs as she smiles up at the girl. Grace bites her tongue as she just couldn't figure out why Klaus cared so much to ask about her past. It wasn't like he wanted to make friends with anyone and Grace had definitely not landed herself on his likeable list.

"But I don't understand his reasoning." She mumbles as she rubs her forehead a little bit. Camille squints her eyes, taking a sip of the drink she poured for herself.

"Who's reasoning?" Camille asks curiously as she was wondering who the girl was talking about. She hadn't seen her around much since they met but she knew the girl was close with Hayley.

"Klaus." Grace replies as she rolls her eyes a little bit. The man wasn't even around and she could still get annoyed by just saying his name. Camille's eyes widen as she hears her.

"Grace, you should stay away from him. For your own safety." She warns her as she didn't want her getting hurt. Grace stares at her for a moment, before putting the pieces together that Camille must know about the originals. Or Klaus did something that just made her hate him as a human being and not a vampire.

"You know." Grace sighs out as she didn't think the bartender would be one to know about vampires but it seemed that she might have just found out because when they first met, the girl didn't seem afraid of Klaus in the slightest.

"Wait, you do too?" Camille asks confused as her eyebrows furrow. Grace nods her head, although she wished she didn't. She loved Hayley to death but she wouldn't have minded if Hayley just said she got knocked up by a random guy.

"Yep." She mumbles as she clenches her jaw slightly. "This man acts like a psycho lunatic killer one second and then the next he's trying to become my best friend. I don't understand." Grace explains to her as she rests her head in her hands. Camille furrows her eyebrows, also trying to understand why Klaus would care enough to make such an effort.

"Maybe it's just a front so you don't turn your back on him like everyone else." Camille points out as she shrugs her shoulders but Grace only lets out a scoff as she leans back.

"Please, he knows I don't like him." She states and Camille nods her head before she lets a small smirk form onto her lips.

"Then, maybe he is trying to have what he can't." She taunts her and Grace only snorts as she shakes her head. Klaus had made some sexual remarks towards her but she would never touch him, not even with a ten foot pole.

"Never in a million years." Grace retorts and Camille only scrunches up her nose.

"You should just say never because he can live that long." Camille points out with a roll of her eyes, bringing her drink to her lips. Grace chuckles, shaking her head as she stares down at her hands.

"True." She replies before looking at Camille curiously. "What's your anger against him?" Grace asks, wanting to know what Klaus did to her to cause this type of reaction.

"He compelled me and made me think I was crazy." Camille says with anger in her tone as she shakes her head, glaring at the counter. Grace raises an eyebrow at her before she bites her bottom lip.

"Sounds about right." Grace mumbles as she scoffs, rolling her eyes. He just didn't seem to grasp the concept that not everyone around him was a toy for him to play with.

"I just, I can't understand why my uncle would help men like that." Camille says as she sighs, resting her arm on the bar. Grace only tilts her head, it was either help or be murdered in her mind.

"Because the originals and Marcel have power and fangs." Grace states making Camille clench her jaw. "Although, I already shot Marcel so." She admits with a smile as she shrugs her shoulders. Camille widens her eyes, looking at the girl.

"You shot Marcel?" She asks and grace only nods her head. Camille laughs, shaking her head, as if this girl couldn't become even more amazing. "Badass." Camille says with a smirk as she licks her bottom lip. Grace only smiles before she sighs, biting the inside of her cheek.

"I just can't go back to that place yet." Grace says as she just needed some time away from the originals, at least one goddamn hour.

"Then don't." Camille responds as she leans against the bar, giving her a light smile. Grace raises an eyebrow at her before matching her smirk.

Before she can even process it, she has Camille pressed against the wall in the back room, her lips roughly kissing her. Camille wraps her arms around the woman's neck, pulling her against her as she kisses back with the same intensity. Grace moans into it before she's flipped over by Camille so that she was the one against the wall. Camille moves her lips down the girls neck making Grace part her lips slightly. Grace lets out a sigh as she tilts her head to the side, closing her eyes.
