GRACE WALKS UP BEHIND HAYLEY, wrapping her arms around the girl making the brunette tense until she saw it was grace. Hayley raises an eyebrow as she sees the huge smile on her face and the pep in her step. "How do you look so perky this morning? I heard you come in at two am." Hayley points out as she was awake because the baby was making her feel sick and she had heard the girl stumble her way to her room.

"Because I had amazing sex." Grace retorts with a smirk as she bites her bottom lip, bringing her hand to her cheek. "It gives me this beautiful glow." She states and Hayley only rolls her eyes, laughing lightly.

"Gross, get off me." She teases as she shoves the girl to the side. Grace smiles as she places her hand on her hip, raising her eyebrows.

"You're just mad cause you're not getting any." She tells Hayley who squints her eyes.

"That is..." She trails off for a moment before rolling her eyes and crossing her arms against her chest. "True." Hayley finishes and Grace only patts the girl on the shoulder.

"Women do it alot better than men, let me tell you that." Grace says, tilting her head back for a moment as they continue walking. Camille was amazing and the fact that they both had something to drink only added to their pleasure.

"You're so annoying." Hayley grumbles as she playfully glares at her. Grace only smirks as she licks her bottom lip.

"But I'm irresistible." Grace points out with a smirk and Hayley only sighs, shaking her head as she they walk into the room where Elijah and Klaus were.

"Who's irresistible?" Elijah asks, confused on what they were taking about. Grace only widens her smirk as she places her hand on her hip.

"I am, Elijah." She responds with a wink and Elijah only licks his bottom lip, shaking his head as he glanced back down at the painting in front of him. Klaus was only staring at the woman curiously.

"Just because one woman had sex with you, doesn't mean everyone is attracted to you." Hayley retorts and Grace only raises an eyebrow at her before laughing.

"Tell that to your best friend in highschool." Grace tells her and Hayley only furrows her eyebrows as she thinks back to it. She had a best friend from 13-15 and she knew Grace often flirted with the girl.

"Valerie? She's not even a lesbian." Hayley points out as she looks at Grace confused. Grace only smirks smugly as she looks down at her feet. She had remembered one of the dances very clearly. Valerie had only been a year younger than her so they connected quickly.

"She was that night." Grace mumbles as she stops next to Elijah, sitting down on the couch. She saw the shocked expression on Hayley's face but decided to change the subject. "What are we looking at?" She asks Elijah as she glanced up at him. She could see the look he and Klaus shared before he cleared his throat.

"The Italians call them strega. The Yoruba of west Africa call them aje, meaning mother. Where my mother was from, they called them hexa, and here we call them witch. Over the centuries vampires have fought them and fought beside them. Bedded them and burned them. Whether adversary or ally, they have been a force to be reckoned with. Their ancestral magic anchors this city. There's never been one all powerful witch until davina." Elijah explains to them and Grace nods her head, although he was saying too much for her to catch it all.

"Who is now tucked in, safe and sound down the hall under my protection." Klaus points out as he sighs, crossing his arms against his chest. "Your Celeste was quite beautiful. And a portent of evil. To our volatile artist in residence." He points out as he tilts his head, smirking at Elijah who only sighs as he stares down at the drawing. Grace glances at Elijah, she was surprised to hear that the woman he was talking about was his old girlfriend.

"Yes, perhaps Davina's mistaken. What she calls evil for power. Celeste was certainly very powerful in her day." Elijah tells them and Grace only gasps, putting her hand on her chest.

"Ooh, so Elijah isnt a virgin, I'm shocked." She teases and Elijah only squints his eyes are her but he could hear the stiffled laughter coming from Hayley and Klaus.

"But she died over two hundred years ago. I don't understand why all these sketches now." Elijah says as he shakes his head, choosing to ignore the blonde next to him who was sitting on the couch.

"Why does any witch do anything." Klaus says as he sits down on the couch next to Grace but the blonde only stares at him like he had done something atrocious towards her.

"What are you doing?" She asks as she just stared at him, her eyes looking at his leg that was almost touching hers. Klaus only glanced at her, smirking lightly.

"Sitting down, love." He responds and she only scoffs, shaking her head.

"Not near me, scooch." Grace tells him and Klaus only rolls his eyes playfully before moving to the other end. They hear screaming coming from upstairs and a big crash.

"Well, that's going well." Klaus says with a smirk as he glanced up before looking over at his brother.

"If you're trying to earn the girls trust, perhaps poisoning her one true love was not the most splendid idea." He tells him and Klaus only rolls his eyes, letting out a sigh.

"Oh, is there anymore inopportune deaths you'd like to wave in my face?" Klaus questions as he raises his eyebrows and Elijah only clenches his jaw.

"Give me a month. I'll get you a list." Elijah retorts and Grace presses her lips together, hiding her laughter. Okay, this man could be petty when he wanted to be.

"Young, old, dead, or alive, witches are a pain in the ass." Klaus mutters as he stands up from the couch and grace only raises an eyebrow, smiling up at him.

"I'm sure they think the same about you." Grace states and Klaus only glares at her before he leaves. Elijah was smirking at Grace before noticing that Hayley was looking at him.

"Elijah." Hayley says and he only looks at her curiously. "There's something you need to know." She admits and he nods his head, furrowing his eyebrows as he takes a step closer to her. But the house starts rattling making Grace grip onto the couch as her eyes widen.

They all rush out onto the balcony but it seemed that the whole place was shaking.
"What the hell is going on?"ย  Rebekah asks as she sees them, beyond confused as the shaking finally stops.

"Davina." Klaus says as he comes into the balcony as well. Grace holds onto the railing, looking at Hayley who was just as shocked as everyone else. Who wouldn't be? The girl had shook the entire building with ease.

KLAUS PACES BACK AND FORTH AS HE SHAKES HIS HEAD, not being able to understand what happened. There was no way Davina was that powerful. But then again, she had the power of three dead girls. "This is madness. How can a sixteen year old girl rock the whole French quarter?" He asks as he stops and turns to look at the group. Marcel only shakes his head as he places his hands on his hips.

"I seen her rock the church, but I haven't seen anything like this." Marcel admits as he clenches his jaw, looking towards Klaus.

"How did you control her when she was in the attic?" He asks and Marcel only scoffs, rolling his eyes.

"I didn't have to. But then I never killed her boyfriend." Marcel snaps at the man who only groans as he tilts his head back.

"Yes, yes. We've been over this part already. The point is, in her present state, she's useless as a tool against the witches." Klaus tells them and Grace only bites the inside of her cheek.

"She's not a tool. Something's wrong with her." Grace sneers at him as she wasn't just a thing to use for his gain. Davina was a human being who had feelings and could feel pain.

"She has too much power that she cannot control, that much we already knew, but why is it manifesting itself in such an aggressive manner?" Elijah asks, not understanding what was happening to her. Grace shrugs her shoulders, crossing her arms against her chest.

"Maybe it's not her." She suggests and they all just turn to her, confusion on their face. "Maybe it's Celeste." Grace taunts and she could see the way Elijah glared at her and none of them seemed to be amused. "Geez, it's a joke. Lighten up people." She mutters as she glanced towards the floor, kicking at her feet. Seemed that the originals didn't get a sense of humour gene.

"Where are you going?" Klaus asks as he watches Elijah walk past them.

"This is witch business. Let's ask a witch." Elijah says as he leaves the room and Grace bites the inside of her cheek, rocking back and forth on her heel.

"So, he didn't like the dead girlfriend joke?" She questions as she looks towards Klaus who only raises an eyebrow at her, shaking his head but she could see the hint of a smirk on his lips.

"Marcel, give us a moment would you?" Klaus questions as he looks at the man and the vampire nods before leaving them alone. Grace squints her eyes, turning to Klaus.

"Yes?" Grace looks at him, wondering why he wanted to be alone. Klaus sighs as he rubs the back of his neck.

"I know you will never be a fan of mine-" Klaus starts making Grace smile as she tilts her head.

"So, you do get it." She points out as it seemed like he never grasped the concept, no matter how many times she told him.

"Can I finish?" Klaus asks her as he raises an eyebrow at her. Grace presses her lips together tightly, nodding her head. "But I do understand your pain." He admits and she only squints her eyes, crossing her arms against her chest.

"My.. pain?" She questions and he nods his head, taking a step closer to her. Grace glanced down at their feet before meeting his eyes again.

"I know you're ashamed of the scars you wear but you shouldn't be." Klaus tells her and Grace's soft gaze turns hard as she scoffs, rolling her eyes.

"Klaus, for once in your life can you just hear my words?" Grace questions as she genuinely just never wanted to talk about her past. Because then things that she's kept locked up will come rushing back, and she doesn't want to feel that again.ย  "I don't want to talk about this with you and you do not know me or what I have been through." She tells him as she shakes her head, her jaw clenching as she didn't know why he cared so much to ask.

"Okay, love." Klaus says with a nod as he didn't know whether she was angry or whether it was just the walls that she built up, protecting herself. "But, if you ever do want to open up... You may hate me but I will never judge you." He admits as he stared at her for a little while longer before walking past her. Klaus had done probably every horrible thing in the world and has experienced abuse when his father was alive. Nothing she could tell him would make him think differently of her. But it seemed that she had trust issues. But he also did so maybe they had more in common than either of them thought.

THEY WERE IN THE LIVING ROOM AS ELIJAH DRAGGED SOPHIE IN AND HE DID NOT LOOK TOO HAPPY. Grace raises her eyebrows as she watches the pair, moving back slightly only to bump into Klaus. She glanced back, clearing her throat. He only gives her a light smirk as he places his hand on her back to move her forward slightly. Grace only keeps her eyes forward.

"So you have stolen the remains of the very person that Davina's been drawing for months. Would you care to explain this startling coincidence?" Elijah asks as he glares at the witch who only sighs.

"I can't. I didn't even know who Celeste Dubois was until i-" Sophie starts to explain until Davina screams making the house shake. Grace stumbled slightly but she felt Klaus' hands on her shoulders keeping her stable. Once it stops, she nudges his hands off of her, giving him a glare but Klaus only had a smug look on his face. "Was that davina?" Sophie asks as she looks around the group and Klaus only nods his head.

"Charming little habit she's developed." He replies and Sophies eyes only widen as she furrows her eyebrows.

"And the earthquake I felt today?" She asks.

"Also Davina. And she's taken to vomiting dirt." Rebekah states as she remembers seeing the girl had done that whenever Marcel and her and first talked to the witch.

"Oh. We have a huge problem." Sophie says catching everyone's attention. "I thought that we had more time but we need to complete the harvest now." She states and Klaus only rolls his eyes, smirking a little bit.

"Said the desperate witch conveniently." Klaus retorts as he leans against the desk where Grace was. She only glances at him, squinting her eyes but doesn't say anything.

"I'm serious. That earthquake you just felt? A preview of the disaster movie that is about to hit us." Sophie explains to them and Grace nods her head, squinting her eyes.

"So, all the final destination movies combined?" Grace didn't know why her mind went there but she often made jokes when she was either uncomfortable or felt unsafe. And if something worse was coming, she definitely didn't feel safe in New Orleans.

"Yeah, kind of." Sophie says with a nod, raising her eyebrows as she points at her. There was a ghost of a smile on the witches lips and Grace presses her lips together. She looks over at the originals who were just giving her a confused look.

"Oh, you people are so old." Grace mutters with a roll of her eyes as she crosses her arms against her chest.

"Why should we believe you?" Elijah asks, clearing his throat as he moves his eyes to Sophie.

"You've met Davina. You know her story, for months now, she's been holding all the power of the three girls sacrificed from the harvest ritual. A force that was meant to flow through her and back into the earth. One person was never meant to hold that much power. It's tearing her apart and it will take us down with it." Sophie explains to them and Grace glanced around. He seemed that everyone but Elijah was believing her. The original was very protective over Davina though since she was only a child. "There is four stages that will happen. Earth is what is happening now. Then comes wind and since each stage is more intense than the last, it won't be pretty." She tells them and Grace raises her eyebrows. That didn't exactly sound good and with the way the house was shaking, it didn't take much to believe the witch. "Then comes water. But the last stage is fire and since it's the last ... It will be by far the worst." Sophie finished as if they didn't act quick, the only area would be engulfed in flames.

"So, you want to complete the harvest?" Klaus asks her as it wasn't that hard to piece together. If they didn't finish it, there wouldn't even be a New Orleans to fight over. Sophie lets out a sigh but nods her head.

"Yes."

GRACE STANDS NEXT TO HAYLEY UNDEE THE UMBRELLA AS THE RAIN POURS DOWN ON THEM. They were in the cemetery and were about to complete the harvest in able to stop the chaos that was happening and bring back all of the girls. Well, Grace was there for moral support because she didn't feel like letting her sister go alone to a weird sacrifice ritual.

"Are you ready to go this?"ย Kieran asks them as he glanced around the group. Klaus was holding the knife and he couldn't help but look towards Grace for a moment before his eyes move to his siblings.

"Always and forever." Klaus says before cutting his hand. He hands the blade to Rebekah who sighs as she presses it to her skin. Grace watches them but her eyes move to Klaus, catching his eye. They just stare at each other, neither of them even giving a small smile.

Elijah cuts his hand before passing the knife to Hayley. The girl nudges grace making her snap her eyes away from Klaus. Grace glances at her and Hayley just gestures to the umbrella. She grabs it from Hayley so that the girl could be the last one to cut her hand.

Kieran walks over, taking the knife from Hayley before moving back to his original spot. He tossed it in the grave with the coffin before looking back up at the group. "It is done." He tells them as Sophie walks over to them, waiting for Davina to show up.

Grace sighs, rubbing her hand on her arm because she was a bit cold in the weather. Rebekah looks towards Klaus who still had his eyes on Grace, she could see he was thinking about something but obviously she wasnt a mind reader.

Suddenly, flames arise near them making Hayley grasp onto grace a little bit. "Fire." Sophie announces as they all see the flames. But then they see Marcel carrying Davina, the flames following their every move. He sets the girl down and she makes her way over to Sophie.

Sophie moves the knife into the fire in front of her before moving in front of Davina. "Do you believe in the harvest?" She asks the girl who gulps but nods her head. Davina was terrified but she knew it was the right thing to do.

"I believe." Davina replies and Sophie only stares at her for a moment before she lifts the knife and slices Davina's throat. Hayley gasps, looking away from the girl. Grace brings her into her, knowing it was hard to watch. Grace was used to it, it was her job to look at gruesome photos.

Davina falls back against Marcel, blood spilling from her neck. The rain stops as since Davina was dead, the elements would cease to continue.

They lay all four girls next to each other as Sophie moves over to where they were. "After the harvest, comes the reaping." Sophie announced as she stands in front of them all, looking down at the four dead girls. "Their sacrifices made and accepted, we call upon our elders to resurrect your chosen ones." She states as she looks up at the sky for a moment. Grace glances around after nothing happens, her eyebrows furrowing. "We call upon our elders to resurrect your chosen ones." Sophie says again, looking around but none of the girls move an inch. "Resurrect your chosen ones." She says more forcefully as she clenches her jaw. But the girls weren't waking up. Nothing happened. "Please." Sophie's voice breaks and grace felt bad for her, her niece was one of the girls who were dead. "I beg." The witch only shakes her head, dropping to her knees as she bends over her niece. Grace looks down at the ground, blinking away her tears. She didn't know the girls personally but it was still sad knowing that they were only sixteen. "No.." Sophie cries and Grace could hear Hayley sniffle beside her. Grace turns her head, seeing her sister just stare down at the ground. Marcel was gone by now, once he figured out that Davina wasn't coming back.

"Come on, Hayley." Grace says as she wraps an arm around the girl and walks past the group. Klaus kept his eyes on her as they left, not realizing that Rebekah was watching him closely.

Grace walked with Hayley, letting her sister rest her head on her shoulder as they just tried to understand what they had witnessed. Grace could not say that she ever witnessed a murder before, usually she's the one solving the murder and convicting the killer. "I can't believe it didn't work." Hayley says after they'd been walking in silence for quite some time. They were walking down the street, heading to the compound.

"Did you honestly believe it would, though?" Grace thought it was crazy, hoping that the four girls would be resurrected. Maybe it's because she didn't have much experience in the supernatural world but she didn't think hope was real.

"I had hope."ย  Hayley admits with a sigh, looking to the side only to see Elijah walking over to them. Grace noticed this aswell, seeing Elijah glance at her before keeping his eyes on Hayley. She took that as a sign to leave, giving Hayley's hand a squeeze.

"I'll leave you two alone." She says, giving Elijah a smile before walking past him. Grace looks back, seeing him talking with her sister and she only smiles. It was obvious to her that they liked each other but it didn't seem like either of them would admit it.

KLAUS SAT IN THE FOYER WITH REBEKAH, both of them just processing what had just happened at the cemetery.
"

This whole thing was doomed from the start, you know? Yes, we saved the city, and I'm not complaining about the witches losing their power, but this did not go down the way I thought it would." Klaus explains as he pours the alcohol into two glasses before handing one to Rebekah which she takes.ย  "You surprised me, though. You were quite resourceful today." He tells her with a smirk on his lips and Rebekah only squints her eyes. "How did you find them down at the docks?" He asks and Rebekah only clenches her jaw, bringing the glass to her lips.

"You're not the only one with clever little spies in the quarter, Nik." Rebekah says and Klaus chuckles, smirking at her as he shakes his head.

"Sometime, I don't think I give you your due, little sister." He responds and she only gives a tight smile before she just stared at him for a moment.

"Are we gonna talk about it?" Rebekah asks which makes Klaus furrow his eyebrows. He looks at her, wondering what she was referring to.

"About what?" He questions and Rebekah only smirks, shrugging her shoulders.

"The fact that you like her." She tells him and Klaus only clenches his jaw. He does one nice thing towards Grace and suddenly everyone is suggesting he likes her.

"I do not like Grace, sister." Klaus snaps, his voice sharp as he wanted to get the point across but Rebekah only raises an eyebrow.

"I never mentioned Grace." Rebekah states and she could see her brother turn a bright shade of red as he moves his eyes to his hands. She only laughs as she leans forward. "I saw the way you looked at her in the cemetery." She admits but Klaus only shakes his head. Although he knew she was right, he would never admit it to her.

"I didn't look at her." He denies but Rebekah could see right through him. That, and he was a very bad liar.

"Hm." Rebekah squints her eyes at him, running her eyes over him. "Hayley's told me you seem a little... Protective over her." She says as the brunette had spoken how she's noticed the man seems a little too interested in Grace. Hayley definitely didn't want her getting involved with the original.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Am I suppose to just let her get eaten by night walkers?" Klaus asks with a scoff as he didn't get why everyone was bringing up the fact that he protects her. Isn't that what he was supposed to do?

"Just admit it, you'll feel a lot better and maybe you won't be so bloody repressed." Rebekah retorts and she could see her brother roll his eyes. She looks past his shoulder, a smirk forming on her lips making him look at her confused. "Grace." She says making Klaus tense as he turns his head slowly to see the woman walking in. "Join us for a drink?" Rebekah asks with a smile as she rests her arm back against the chair. Grace smiles back at her but she shakes her head.

"Thanks but I think I'm just gonna call it a night." She admits as she runs a hand through her hair. Grace has had enough of this all for one night. "One of us actually has to get some sleep." Grace points out with slight smirk but Rebekah only chuckles.

"Oh, you don't need beauty sleep. You're stunning enough as it is." Rebekah flirts as she sends a wink towards Grace and she could see that Klaus was glaring at her.

"Charming me isn't going to make me stay." Grace retorts with a smile before beginning to walk past the siblings. "Night." She says as she makes her way towards the door. Before she walks through though, she looks over her shoulder, catching Klaus' eye. He quickly averts his gaze to his hands until she was gone. Rebekah was just smirking the whole time, obviously knowing she was right.

"Come on, you're going to tell me that you don't like her?" Rebekah says and Klaus just rolls his eyes, crossing his arms against his chest.

"She isn't very fond of me, sister. Why should it matter?" He replies and Rebekah only sighs as she seriously was the only one in the family with common sense.

"You can make her fond of you by actually being a decent person for once." She tells her brother who only glares at her, leaning back against the seat. "I knew Elijah's plan was mad but I really thought it would work." Rebekah says, changing the subject as she wasn't going to get much out of her brother. Klaus nods his head, agreeing with her.

"So did I." He admits as he lets out a sigh. "I was sure Davina would survive. There was so much life in her." Klaus says as truth be told, he felt bad that the girl had to die and then didn't come back. He could tell it would be hard on Marcel.

"What about the power?" Rebekah questions and Klaus just stared at her curiously. "Four were supposed to rise, and none did." She states as they were supposed to resurrect the four girls but maybe someone else was brought back. "Where did all that power go?" Rebekah asks and Klaus' face falls at the thought crosses his mind. Power like that doesn't just disappear. So, someone had to have stolen it somehow.

But the question was, who?
