Annalise darts around the sacristy as she sets up a magical circle with runes made out of salt on the floor in front of the first row of pews.

"Haven't you found Finn yet?" Klaus anxiously paced around the church as he watched the heretic.

Anna rolled her eyes as she continued setting up for the spell.

"With a witch as powerful as yourself I thought you would have found him by now."

The heretic let out an annoyed sigh before turning towards the hybrid, "Finn is blocking my locator spell. So, I'm trying something new. But, I need to concentrate, and it would indeed help a lot if you would stop standing over me you insufferable wolf."

Klaus blinked at her, "Yes ma'am."

Anna lit a match as she began to light the candles surrounding her circle. The brunette took a seat in her circle, she took a deep breath before beginning to chant, "We du le mon ennemi on ton. We du le mon ennemi on ton."

Anna's hand twitch as she begins to get visions of the Mikaelson witch, who is casting his own spell somewhere in Lafayette Cemetery. He's leaning over a bowl of what looks like blood, and he has several objects, including a fox tail, a feather, and a deer antler, sitting on the table around him. The heretic's eyes snapped open and she glanced over at her friend who was looking at her in concern.

"I saw glimpses of him." Anna knitted her brows in worry before continuing, "He's combining sacred objects. Totems. Representational magic."

Klaus pursed his lips, "Where?"

"Lafayette No. 1. The Lyonne tomb."

The hybrid raised a brow, "And what's he using?"

Annalise shut her eyes once more as she caught more glimpses, this time, of Esther and Mikael laying desiccated in a ring of salt. The heretic's lips parted in shock as she met the hybrid's gaze.

"He's channeling your parents."

Klaus smiled widely, "And here I thought I was the poster-child for least grateful offspring."

Anna stood from her place and watch the hybrid look at her in anticipation, "Well, then. Shall you and I go crash their little party?"

"It's my favorite past time."

The two friends began to approach the entrance of the church when Klaus stopped abruptly and began gasping for air.

Annalise turned towards him and furrowed her brows in concern, "Nik?"

Klaus suddenly loses consciousness and falls to the floor of the church. The heretic ran over to him, "Klaus?"

Anna pursed her lips, what should she do?

The Martin heir slapped him.

"Nik? You in there?" Anna tilted her head before slapping his cheek once again. The heretic sighed in annoyance as she slumped onto the floor beside him, "You just had to pass out at this moment."

Annalise looked down at Klaus' cellphone that began to ring, she reached for it and answered for the hybrid.

"Camille?"

"Anna? Why are you answering Klaus' phone?" the humans confused voice spoke through.

"Because I can't get him to bloody wake him up." Annalise annoyingly muttered.

"What? Elijah collapsed, too. What's going on?"

Anna's brows knitted together in confusion before it dawned upon her, "Oh I really am daft. The spell Finn used was to trap his brothers."

"What do we do?"

"I'm not quite sure. Let me know if Elijah awakes."

Annalise hung up and reached for her own cellphone, the heretic leaned her head back and began playing flappy bird to pass time.

It would merely be a matter of time.

A matter of time being a complete hour.

Anna glanced down at her friend who began to stir awake, "What happened?" she questioned the hybrid.

"I can stand here and explain to you the specifics, or you can come with me." Klaus responded as he dusted off his pants. Anna scoffed as she began to walk, "I'm the one who's been waiting for you to move your ass. Let's go."

Klaus chuckled at his friend before the two walked into the parade of marchers.

"Where the rutting hell are they?"

The hybrid gestured towards the other end of the street, "Let's find out."

The two half breeds arrived at Marcel's loft, Anna glanced around the apartment as Klaus phoned his older brother.

"How's my daughter?" Klaus questioned.

"She's in good hands. As am I. However, if you say the word, I shall return."

Anna spared the hybrid a glance upon hearing her soulmates voice. Bloody hell did she miss him.

"No, you're needed where you are."

Annalise glanced at the empty blood bags and pursed her lips.

"So the city is safe?" Elijah curiously questioned.

The heretic couldn't help the scoff that slipped past her lips, "Possibly far from it."

"Anna?"

"Hello." she awkwardly greeted before glancing at the couch that seemed to have another blood bag on it.

Klaus pursed his lips before answering his brothers curiosity, "Well, I wouldn't exactly go flinging around terms like 'safe.' Marcel and all his vampires have inexplicably disappeared. Kol is in the wind, Rebekah is still lost, and Finn is dangerously suspicious of the secrets we keep. Speaking of which... I meant what I said. I am capable of forgiveness."

Anna tilted her head in confusion as she watched the hybrid.

"We need to remain focused on our common enemies. I'll be in touch." Klaus hung up and watched as Aiden entered the loft.

Anna crossed her arms over her chest.

"Ah! The cavalry has arrived! And right on time. No doubt eager to save your precious Josh." Klaus grinned.

Aiden nodded, "Yes. Just tell me what you need."

"Perhaps start by questioning the wolves. Find out what Finn has done with Marcel and his vampires." Anna sternly spoke. Aiden furrowed his brows, "Well, I would, but most of the wolves took off for the Bayou, waiting for Hayley and Jackson to finish their wedding trials."

The Martin girl watched a suspicious glint flash through the hybrids eyes, "And what trials might those be?"

"Your basic old-school werewolf stuff. They go out into the woods and smoke this blue calamus root out of a peace pipe."

Anna glanced at Klaus in hopes to find out what that meant. The hybrid pursed his lips in concern, "Blue calamus? A rather specific plant. Known by many for its unique properties as a truth serum. In generations past, it was used as among the wolves for divulgement rituals."

"Huh?" Annalise gaped at the hybrid. She wasn't very familiar with werewolf customs.

Klaus turned towards his friend, "Ancient rites where secrets are confessed." he glanced back the werewolf, "I don't suppose they mentioned such a thing?"

Aiden shrugged, "They just said they had to do a bunch of rituals and ceremonial stuff."

Klaus grit his teeth rather roughly, "And where exactly did Jackson take Hayley?"

"Back country. Deep Bayou. Why?" Aiden raised a curious brow. Klaus clapped his hands together, "That'll be all." he went to make his way to the door, "Stay on point." he told the wolf.

Anna's lips slightly parted, "Where the bloody hell do you think you're going?"

Klaus turned to look at the brunette feeling annoyed with Hayley, "I'm going to have a little chat with the bride-to-be. Remind her that some secrets need to stay buried."
