At the Argent house, Ellie stood in the kitchen making popcorn as Allison walks in.

"Ellie," Allison calls out making Ellie turn to her as she takes a bite of her popcorn.

"What?" Ellie asks her after she finishes eating some popcorn.

"We must have lost Mamma Mia in the move," Allison said making Ellie groan.

"I hate moving!" Ellie and Allison say as they groan making Chris sigh as he looks at his daughters.

"Rock paper scissors on who has to go to the video store?" Ellie asks making Allison nod as the game starts.

"Stupid game," Ellie mumbles as she stands in the video store trying to find the movie.

"Why do I always lose?!" Ellie yells annoyed as Allison laughs at her.

"Because you always choose rock," Allison tells her as Ellie looks at her wide-eyed.

"No, I don't!" Ellie tells her as Allison nods.

"Yes you do," Chris tells her as Ellie sighs shaking her head at the two.

As she was looking through the romcoms someone begins to yell.

"Can somebody help me find The Notebook?" a familiar voice asks making Ellie groans as she looks at him.

Lydia laughs already knowing who it was and that she got her movie choice once again.

"Jackson shut up!" Ellie yells at him making Jackson turn to her.

"What are you doing here?" Jackson asks Ellie making her look at him like he was stupid.

"Boys. Having dicks might suck your brain cells out I guess," Ellie says rolling her eyes as the girls laugh and the boys look at her wide-eyed.

"Eleanor May Argent!" Chris yells at his daughter who smiles at him innocently.

"What do you think I'm doing? I'm trying to find a movie dummy," Ellie tells him annoyed making Jackson roll his eyes as the two starts looking for someone to help them.

As they were walking Ellie sees someone's feet at the end of the aisle, on the ground.

"Oh no," Stiles says wide-eyed as everyone looks at the girl worriedly.

"Jackson," Ellie says pointing to the feet both already knowing this probably wasn't good.

They took a step forward Jackson in front of Ellie with an arm out stopping her from looking too closely.

Jackson looks wide-eyed and gasps as the two see a pool of blood around a body.

Ellie look wide-eyed as Jackson stumbled back into the ladder.

"Seriously!" Ellie tells him annoyed when all of a sudden the lights were all turned off.

"Oh I'm about to die," Ellie says looking at the screen wide-eyed.

Jackson quickly got up and starts breathing heavily. Ellie tries to pull him toward the exit but then felt some eyes on the two and then heard growling.

"Ellie," Jackson says as he pulls her down behind the shelves. Looking around the corner the two see some huge beast with red eyes and Ellie knew exactly what it was.

"What the hell is that?!" Allison yells as everyone looks wide-eyed at the beast on the screen. 

The lights were flickering above the two teenagers as one thought went through Ellie's head. What the hell horror movie did she just walk into?

"Exactly," Ellie and Stiles say looking at the screen.

As the two hide behind the shelve some of the DVD shelves start to fall and were getting closer and closer to the two.

Jackson pulls Ellie up just as the shelves were about to fall on the two. Jackson pushes the older Argent out of the way but not in time for him as the shelves fell on him.

"Jackson!" Lydia gasps worriedly.

Ellie tries to pull him out but she is suddenly pushed to the floor making her head hit one of the shelves and her vision goes in and out not being able to see anything.

"Ellie," Allison says looking worriedly.

When her vision finally came back Ellie screamed as she sees the alpha on top of her looking like he was about to tear her apart.

"Ellie!" Chris yells seeing his daughter with the alpha on top of her as Allison gasps in disbelief.

The alpha roars in Ellie's face who turns her head and doing that the alpha sees something.

With a single claw, the alpha raises her necklace and looks at it before looking at Ellie.

Ellie looks at him terrified in the eyes before he jumps out the window a scream was heard outside as Ellie tries to slow down her heartbeat as she takes deep breaths terrified still.

Chris lets out a breath as he looks at his daughter worriedly. Ellie looks down at her necklace missing the look a certain werewolf was sending her.

"I'm fine. I really just want to go home," Ellie tells the paramedics as she is being loaded into the ambulance she had blood on her shirt and her head. The paramedic was holding some gauze to her head.

"No young lady you need to go to the hospital!" Chris tells his daughter who sighs as she looks at him.

"Ellie! Ellie!" Stiles yells as he runs to the girl. He came with his dad and begins looking at Ellie panicked when he sees the blood on her face.

"Aww you care about me," Ellie says smirking at Stiles who rolls his eyes at her.

"I'm fine just hit my head on one of the shelves," Ellie tells Stiles who looks concerned but nods.

Ellie looks over to see Jackson with Lydia as he argues with Sheriff Stilinski who trying to tell him to let the paramedics check him out. Ellie was about to say something when Stiles spoke up.

"Oh, whoa! Is that a dead body?" Stiles questions loudly making everyone turn and look at the dead body.

"Stiles!" Stilinski yells at his son who smiles at him sheepishly.

Stilinski glares at his son making Stiles look sheepish.

"Everybody back up. Back up," Stilinski tells everyone as they try to see the dead body.

"That's my daughter!" Ellie hears her dad yell making her sigh in relief as the deputies let in him.

Chris Argent runs towards his daughter and starts looking her over as Ellie hugs him tightly.

Ellie smiles at her dad brightly as Chris walks to her and wraps Ellie into a tight hug.

Chris in his head keeps repeating that she was fine. She was still here. But for how long?

"Are you okay?" Chris asks her making Ellie nod as she looks at him.

"Sir we still think she should go to the hospital. She was knocked out for a few seconds and her wound is still bleeding," the paramedic says making Ellie sigh as Chris nods his head.

"Alright, that's fine. Is it okay if I ride with her? I'll have my wife and daughter meet us there," Chris asks making the paramedic nod as they start loading Ellie into the ambulance who just wanted to go home and sleep or eat cake.

"I'll get you some cake," Chris tells his daughter who smiles at him brightly.

Ellie smiles at Stiles as he waves bye to the girl a worried expression still on his face. Ellie looks and sees Jackson looking at her concerned making her smile at him making Jackson nod back at her.

"He does have a heart!" Stiles yells making Lydia roll her eyes as Ellie laughs.

Ellie sighs as she looks up but pauses when she sees a figure on the roof looking directly at her.

She knew exactly who it was by the built especially due to the signature leather jacket. It was the one and only Derek Hale.

"Since a stalker," Ellie tells Derek who glares looking at her.

"She's right you look like a creep," Laura tells her brother who scoffs looking at his older sister who shrugs.

Ellie smiles at him as the paramedics close the door to the ambulance and her dad squeezes her hand looking at his oldest daughter concerned.

"I'm fine dad," Ellie tells him as she leans her head back closing her eyes. Chris nods but the worried look on his face didn't leave.

After the hospital and Ellie got four stitches on her forehead she was able to go home and was beyond happy about it.

Allison was being very protective of her twin she even slept in Ellie's bed last night and apologized multiple times for making her go to the movie store instead of her.

Ellie shakes her head at Allison and tells Allison it was nothing and she was fine.

Allison looks over at Ellie guilt who just smiles softly at her.

The next morning Ellie was in the room as she slides her black knee-high boots that went with her white sweater and her brown skirt when someone knocks on her door.

"Happy Birthday to you," Chris says smiling as he walks into the room with a plate that had a chocolate chip cinnamon roll on it making Ellie smile at him.

The twins smile at their tradition. Every year their day came to their room with a chocolate chip cinnamon roll with a candle in it so they can blow it and make a wish for their birthday.

"Morning dad," Ellie tells him as she takes the plate and Chris kisses the top of her head.

"Now are you sure you want to go? You can stay home and watch The Vampire Diaries," Chris tells his daughter who laughs at him.

"I'm fine dad," Ellie tells him making Chris look at her worriedly but nods.

"Fine but if you begin getting a headache or anything you call me and I'll come to get you," Chris tells her as Ellie nods.

"Thank you, dad," Ellie tells him as he begins eating her cinnamon roll making Chris nod.

Ellie then smiles as she walks out of her room and walks to Allison with a bright smile on her face.

"Happy Birthday Allie!" Ellie cheers making Allison laugh at her twin before pulling the older twin into a tight hug.

"Happy Birthday to you too Ellie," Allison tells Ellie making the girl smile at her as they hug.

Once they pull back from the hug Ellie sees something around Allison's neck. Something familiar but for some reason she couldn't place it.

"What is this?" Ellie asks Allison making her look down.

"Oh, Aunt Kate gave it to me," Allison tells Ellie making her nod at her twin but still eye the necklace suspiciously.

"Alright, let's go," Ellie tells Allison making Allison nod at her twins as the two start walking downstairs.

"There's the birthday girls!" Chris cheers with a bright smile making Ellie smile as she shakes her head at him and Allison blushes.

Chris walks up to the girls and kisses the twin's foreheads as he smiles at them.

"Alright dad we have to go," Ellie tells him making Chris nod at the two.

"Alright but we will be celebrating tonight," Chris tells them making the two nod as they kiss his cheek.

"Love you, dad," Allison and Ellie tell him at the same time before they walk out of the house Chris smiles at them shaking his head.

"Seventeen years later and that still creeps me out," Chris mumbles as he heads back towards the kitchen to get his coffee.

"And you love it," Ellie and Allison tell him as Chris shakes his head with a smile on his face.

Arriving at school the twins head toward their lockers which were right beside each other.

When the two open their lockers balloons fly out making Ellie laugh as Allison starts sticking hers back in her locker.

"Is today both of your birthdays?" Scott asks the twins wide-eyed.

"No, no. Uh, no," Allison says as she looks back at the balloons and then at Ellie who was watching her with an amused expression.

"I mean, yes," Allison says as she sighs and looks at him.

"Please don't tell anybody. I don't even know how Lydia found out," Allison says making Ellie smirk at her.

Lydia smirks at that. She knew it was her.

"I told her. Now bye-bye," Ellie tells them making Allison glares at her twin as Ellie laughs walking away.

"Why?!" Allison yells as Ellie laughs at her.

"I love my birthday! It's the best day in the entire world because it was the day I was born," Ellie tells her as Allison looks at her.

"And my best friend," Ellie tells her with a soft smile as Allison smiles back at her.

Walking down the hallways a smile immediately appears on Ellie's face when she sees Stiles in front of her.

"Stiles!" Ellie yells as she runs and jumps on his back making Stiles stumble before he looks over his shoulder and glares at the older Argent twin as she laughs at him.

"Ellie!" Stiles yells as Ellie laughs loudly at his face on the screen and off it.

"I am only doing this because it is your birthday," Stiles tells her making Ellie smile at him as Stiles carries the birthday girl to class.

"Are you okay?" Stiles asks Ellie as he seats her down in her seat with him beside her.

"Stiles I'm fine. I only needed four stitches and my head CT was fine," Ellie tells Stiles making him nod as the bell rings signaling the beginning of class.

"Just a friendly reminder-- parent-teacher conferences are tonight! Students below a C-average are required to attend. I won't name you, because the shame and self-disgust should be more than enough punishment," Harris says as he looks at Stiles making Ellie roll her eyes.

"Has anyone seen Scott McCall? Or Allison Argent?" Harris asks as he looks toward Stiles and Ellie making both shrug as Jackson walks into the room.

Chris looks at his daughter who smiles innocently at him as Ellie laughs.

"Skipping school," Ellie says as she gasps making Allison glare at her as Ellie laughs loudly.

"Hey, Jackson-- if you need to leave early for any reason, you let me know," Harris says making Ellie roll her eyes as Jackson nods and walks towards his seat. He looks at Ellie making her smile at him as he nods.

"Everyone, start reading chapter nine," Harris says as Stiles starts highlighting everything in the book making Ellie chuckle as she lays her head on her hand having already read this.

"Mr. Stilinski, try putting the highlighter down between paragraphs. It's chemistry, not a coloring book," Harris says making Stiles shoot the highlighter lid in the air making Ellie rolls her eyes as Stiles then leans over to Danny.

"Hey, Danny-- can I ask you a question?" Stiles questions as Danny smiles at Ellie and doesn't look at Stiles making Ellie chuckle.

"No," Danny tells him making Ellie chuckle softly trying not to get caught.

"Well, I'm going to anyway. Um, did Lydia show up in your homeroom today?" Stiles asks as Danny looks at him and then turns back around.

Lydia looks at Stiles who just smiles at her making Lydia look away as Ellie smiles brightly.

"I ship it," Ellie says as she nods.

"No," Danny tells him making Stiles nod as Ellie pulls out her and texts Lydia to see if she's okay.

Lydia smiles at Ellie who smiles back at her.

"Can I ask you another question?" Stiles asks him making Ellie roll her eyes at him again.

"Answer's still no," Danny says sighing.

"Does anyone know what happened to her and Jackson last night?" Stiles asks making Ellie slap him over the head.

"Why don't you ask Ellie since she was there as well?" Danny asks making Ellie nod as she smiles thankfully back as Stile huffs and looks at Danny.

"He wouldn't tell me," Danny says hesitantly making Ellie look at him sadly.

"But he's your best friend," Stiles says surprised making Ellie hit him over the head again. Stiles glares at her before he looks back at Danny.

"Ellie! Stop hitting me over the head!" Stiles yells at her as Ellie scoffs looking at him.

"I'm trying to knock some common sense in there or to wake up your brain cells," Ellie tells Stiles whose mouth opens and closes as everyone else laughs at him.

"One more question...," Stiles says thoughtfully.
"What?" Danny asks impatient and annoyed.

"Do you find me attractive?" Stiles asks him making Ellie look at him confused as Danny just shakes his head beyond annoyed and done with this conversation.

"Stiles do we need to have a conversation?" Stilinski asks his son who just shrugs at him.

"I don't think so," Stiles tells his dad making Stilinski nod his head.

Stiles leans closer and closer till he finally falls to the making Ellie laugh very loudly at him as he glares at her.

Ellie laughs off-screen as does everyone else but Stiles who scoffs at them.

Ellie was laughing when she suddenly stops when she sees Jackson jump up and run out. Ellie looks at him concerned before she gets up with her bag and chases after him.

"Miss Argent!" Harris yells as Ellie looks towards him and waves goodbye at waves him and leaves the room trying to figure out where Jackson was.

"Ellie," Chris says as he sighs shaking his head.

As she was about to enter the boy's bathroom to check the door was opened and Ellie stumbled into a chest.

Ellie looks up and sighs seeing the familiar face and eyes.

"Just the girl I was looking for," Derek says making Ellie smile at him.

"Aww, I knew you liked me, Hale!" Ellie tells him making Derek glare at her as Ellie smirks.

"Aww did you miss me Sourwolf?" Ellie asks him making him glare at her as he starts pulling Ellie towards the door.

"This is kidnapping just so you know," Ellie tells him as she looks at Derek.

Chris glares at him as Talia shakes her head at her son.

"But it's my birthday so it's fine. If it was any other day I would punch you," Ellie tells him with a bright smile Derek rolls his eyes ignoring Ellie as he pulls her towards his car.

Ellie stands in front of the passenger door as Derek opens his. She doesn't move as he looks at her confused.

"My door," Ellie tells him as if it was common sense making Derek glare at her.

"I'm not getting in until you open it," Ellie tells him as she shrugs.

Talia laughs at this as Derek looks at her betrayed.

"I think you met your match big brother," Cora tells Derek who rolls his head at that.

Ellie just stares at Derek as she crosses her arms over her chest.

Ellie raises an eyebrow at Derek who just sighs as he walks back over to the passenger side and opens the door.

Ellie smirks at that as Derek glares at the screen.

"Good puppy," Ellie tells Derek as she pats his chest.

Derek glares at her making her laugh as she sits down. Once she does Derek rolls his eyes as he shuts the door.

"So where are we going?" Ellie asks Derek as he gets in the driver's seat.

Derek looks towards her, well more like at the stitches in her head before looking back at the road.

"Aww, are you worried about me?" Ellie asks Derek as she squeezes his cheek making Derek glare at her.

"What did you see last night?" Derek asks Ellie as he continues driving. Ellie looks towards the road and realizes where the two were going. The Hale house.

"No," Chris says with finality in his voice as Ellie points to the screen.

"Dad it's not like I control future me actions!" Ellie tells her dad who glares at the screen.

"I saw the alpha," Ellie tells Derek as Derek parks the car.

The two got out the door and start walking into the Hale house as Derek continues looking at Ellie every few seconds.

Ellie looks around at the Hale house before looking down slightly. Derek watches her do so.

"What did he do?" Derek asks the older Argent as she sits down on the steps. Derek then starts doing pull-ups on the beams making Ellie roll her eyes at him.

"Seriously?" Laura asks her brother rolling her eyes.

"I must get brain damage or something," Ellie mutters as she looks at Derek who just looks at her emotionless.

"He knocked the shelves down and Jackson got stuck under. I hit my head obviously and went unconscious for a few seconds. When I came back the alpha was on top of me. He was about to kill me but stopped. I don't know why," Ellie tells him as she plays with her necklace.

Everyone looks at the girl and the necklace but only one had a knowing look on his face.

Derek was looking at Ellie and was about to say something when he suddenly froze.

"Come on," Derek tells Ellie making her confused as he pulls them behind the wall with his body pressed against hers.

Ellie gulps slightly at this action. Derek looks down at her with a small smirk on his face hearing her heartbeat speeding up.

"Ellie," Chris warns as Ellie throws her hands into the air.

The moment was ruined when suddenly the door was thrown open.

"That doesn't mean we can't say hello!" Ellie hears her Aunt Kate yell making her tense as she looks at Derek wide-eyed.

"If we get caught I'm saying you kidnapped me," Ellie whispers to Derek who rolls his eyes at the girl as Ellie scoffs.

"I am being serious I will," Ellie tells Derek before shrugging.

"Technically you were," Stiles tells Ellie who points to Stiles with a smirk.

And hopefully, with that, her family would believe her than the truth that she came with him willingly.

"Sadly I would believe that. Ellie would punch him before," Chris says as she shakes her head.

"No one's home," one of the hunters says as they walk into the house.

"Oh, he's here--he's just not feeling particularly hospitable," Kate says as Derek presses more into Ellie as she looks at him annoyed.

"Seriously! Why?!" Ellie yells at Derek who smirks slightly as he rolls his eyes.

"Maybe he's out burying a bone in the backyard," the other hunter says as he starts chuckling making Ellie roll her eyes at the remark as Kate scoffed at him.

"Really that was terrible," Ellie says annoyed.

"That wasn't even a good one," Ellie mumbles as Derek glares at her making Ellie smirk at him.

"Such a Sourwolf," Ellie tells him as Derek scoffs at her words.

"Really? A dog joke? We're going there, and that's the best you got? If you wanna provoke him, say something like, "Too bad your sister "bit it" before she had her first litter." "Too bad she howled like a bitch when we cut her in half," Kate says as Ellie looks wide-eyed.

"Wait what?" Talia asks wide-eyed as she looks at her oldest daughter heartbroken.

Laura smiles at her mom sadly at that as Derek clenches his jaw.

"Derek don't. She's just trying to bait you," Ellie tells Derek as she tries to hold him back but he jumps out and starts to attack the hunters.

"You should have listened to her," Talia tells her son who shakes his head at that.

Ellie shakes her head annoyed knowing she will probably have to save the idiot sourwolf.

"I get the feeling I'll be doing that a lot," Ellie tells Derek as she rolls her eyes.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Derek asks her as Ellie scoffs at him.

"Exactly what it sounds like," Ellie tells him as if it was common knowledge.

She wondered if becoming a werewolf meant you became stupid. Like if it messed with your brain because there was something wrong with Derek's and Scott's.

Talia laughs at that as Derek and Scott look toward Ellie who shrugs. What there must be?

Derek knocks the other two hunters unconscious when Kate suddenly attacks with an electricity bolt making Derek fall down.

Ellie gasps and was about to stop it when Derek's eyes meet her and he shakes his head discreetly making Ellie sigh but lean back.

Ellie and Derek share a look before looking back at the screen.

"This one grew up in all the right places. I don't know whether to kill it or lick it," Kate says as she leans over Derek making Ellie look at her disgusted.

"I'm going to be sick," Cora says as Laura nods and Derek glares at the screen.

"Eww," Ellie mumbles gagging slightly trying not to throw up.

"Nine-hundred-thousand volts...You never were good with electricity, were you? Or fire. That's why I'm gonna let you in on a little secret...and, well, maybe we can help each other out...," Kate says making Ellie glare at her as does Derek.

"Yes, your sister was severed into pieces and used as bait to try to catch you. Unpleasant, and frankly, a little too Texas Chainsaw Massacre for my taste, but quite true. Now, here's the part that might really kick you in your new balls--we didn't kill her," Kate says as Derek eyes her not believing her.

"She didn't," Laura tells Derek who looks towards her and nods.

"You think I'm lying?" Kate asks him as she leans back down.

"Wouldn't be the first time," Derek mutters to her making Ellie look down.

"What does that mean?" Talia asks her son whose entire body was tensed.

"Tsk, sweetie! Well, why don't you just listen to my heart and tell me if I am, okay?" Kate says as she feigns offense.

"We. Didn't. Kill. Your. Sister," Kate says slowly as Derek listens to her heartbeat.

"Do you hear that? There's no blips or upticks...just the steady beat of the cold, hard truth. Found bite marks on your sister's body, Derek. What do you think did that? A mountain lion? Why aren't we helping each other out? You might as well admit what you've been guessing all along, which is...the Alpha killed your sister. And all you have to do is tell us who he is, and we'll take care of it for you! Problem solved, everybody goes home happy," Kate says as she looks at Derek who looks down.

"Unless... You don't know who he is either," Kate says as she eyes his expression.

"Wow. Guess who just became totally useless?" Kate says making Ellie look wide-eyed and lift her hand.

"Ad Somnum," Ellie says making Kate fall down unconscious as Derek looks at Ellie wide-eyed.

"Wait what?!" Allison yells looking at her sister as Ellie closes her eyes and winces.

"You're a witch!" Stiles yells excitedly as Ellie shakes her head sighing.

"I think we have a lot to talk about," Ellie tells him making Derek nod as Ellie helps him up.

"You couldn't do that earlier?" Derek asks making Ellie scoff.

"I was about to you told me no," Ellie says justifying her actions as Derek shakes his head.

Derek glares at Ellie who shrugs.

"You followed the rules then?" Derek asks making Ellie scoff.

"Oh shut it," Ellie tells him rolling her eyes annoyed.

"Now come on it won't last forever," Ellie tells him as she pulls him out of the house.

Ellie takes his keys and gets in the driver's seat with a smirk. Derek glares at her but gets in the passenger side making Ellie roll her eyes and immediately sped off.

"You better not wreck my car," Derek tells Ellie who scoffs at him.

Ellie could feel Derek's eyes on her but doesn't say anything until she knew they were far enough away from the hunters aka her aunt.

"Do I have to claim her?" Ellie asks more herself than anyone.

Ellie stops at an edge of a cliff and turns off the car as she gets out along with Derek.

"Mom and Dad's spot. Anything important happens there," Emilia says smiling at her parents who look towards her.

Ellie sits on the hood as Derek leans beside her still staring at her.

"I know I'm hot but stop," Ellie tells him making Derek glare at her.

"Explain," Derek demands making Ellie roll her eyes at him.

"Not until you say please," Ellie tells him smirking as Derek glares at her.

"I taught you manners, Derek. Use them," Talia tells her son who sighs but nods at her.

"Please," Derek says making Ellie smirks as she looks at him and the look on her face turns sincere and anxious.

"Are you absolutely positive you want to know because the second you do everything changes?" Ellie questions Derek making him look at her and then nods.

Ellie's entire body was tensed as she looks at her dad worried and with tears in her eyes.

Ellie sighs as she looks at the view that shows the whole town. The view she found on one of her runs and immediately fell in love with it.

"When I was younger I was a lot like Allison I loved my aunt Kate but when I was ten everything changed," Ellie tells Derek making him look at her confused.

Allison listens closely. She always wanted to know why bath Ellie would never tell her.

"My mom and sister went somewhere for Allison's gymnastics tournament while I stayed with my dad I had the flu," Ellie tells Derek as she begins playing with her necklace.

"But there was an emergency and my dad asked if Kate could watch me. She was living in Beacon Hills which wasn't that far from us," Ellie tells Derek as she starts to think about the night everything changed.

Ellie has tears pooling in her eyes as she thinks about everything.

"I was in the living room when she told me she was going out for a walk. Me being a curious child I decided to follow her. I got lost in the woods and was looking everywhere for a way out when I saw smoke," Ellie tells Derek making him look at her wide-eyed but she wouldn't meet his eyes.

The Hales look towards Ellie but she wouldn't make eye contact with any of them. 

"I ran to where the smoke was coming from and saw a house on fire. Without a second thought, I ran inside and tried to save as many people as I could. The first person I saw was a man. I pulled him out and went back to get more but he told me it was too late," Ellie tells Derek as she looks up at him with tears in her eyes.

Peter looks towards Ellie now figuring out why she felt familiar to him.

"I'm so sorry Derek if I was faster I could have saved more but I wasn't. I'm so sorry," Ellie him as she looks down and tries to wipe the tears away.

Ellie sobs quickly in her hands as Talia looks at the girl.

"Ellie look at me," Talia says making Ellie sniffle as she looks at the older woman.

"You were an eleven-year-old girl Ellie. You did what you could," Talia tells her as Ellie shakes her head.

"I could have done more. If I looked up sooner or I could have stopped. I could have...," Ellie says as she sobs making Talia bring her into a tight hug.

"You did what you could Ellie. And if you continue thinking of what could have been you will miss out on what is happening," Talia tells Ellie who nods as she hugs the woman tightly.

Allison watches in disbelief tears in her own eyes as Chris looks down he should haven't have taken her there. She should have gone with him.

"But my darling if you need someone to forgive you to move forward then I will," Talia tells her as she pulls back and cups Ellie's cheek.

"Thank you," Ellie tells the woman who smiles at her.

"No thank you, Ellie," Talia tells her smiling softly at the girl who looks at her confused.

They then turn back to the screen as Ellie wipes her tears.

Derek stared at Ellie the entire time. Perhaps he judged her wrong.

"I then used magic for the first time trying to heal the man. I didn't even realize that I had magic it was just an instinct which I later learned about why it was," Ellie says making Derek look at her confused but nod.

"Have you ever heard of the legends of The Beast of Gévaudan?" Ellie asks him making Derek confused as he nods.

"Do you remember learning about the twins?" Ellie asks him making Derek look wide-eyed.

Talia gasps slightly knowing the fate that was led out for the older twin but then she looks at her future grandchildren. Something must have happened.

"When the next set of twins are born the older of the twins will become the guardian. The one who protects the supernatural and anyone in need," Derek says making Ellie nod.

"Say hello to the guardian," Ellie says waving as Derek look at her in disbelief.

"The fire awoke my powers. The need to protect your family is the reason I am what I am, but I failed," Ellie says sighing before shaking her head. This wasn't about her she needed to stop it.

"It didn't fail. You did what you could," Laura tells the girl who smiles at her softly.

"I then heard feet running toward us and ran away. As I was running I saw Kate smiling with a thing of gas in her hands. I knew right away it was her that did it," Ellie says looking disgusted at her aunt's actions and enraged at the same time.

"What?" Allison whispers wide-eyed and in disbelief.

"When I got back my dad was waiting for me looking worried and seeing all the smoke particles on me. I told him what happened and he looked like he was going to faint," Ellie says chuckling slightly remembering her dad's face.

"Because I knew what would happen if someone found out about you," Chris says looking at his daughter.

"My dad swore me to secrecy that day because he knew if anyone knew especially my family they would either kill me or use me. Mostly likely kill me," Ellie tells Derek with a shrug but still looking at the view.

"Your own family would kill you?" Scott asks wide-eyed as Ellie nods.

"I broke the code. Even though it wasn't my fault. I was born with this," Ellie tells Scott shrugging.

Derek walks in front of the older twin and looks at her like he trying to figure her out.

Ellie wished him luck because honestly, she didn't know.

"You are not the typical argent," Derek tells Ellie making her smile at him as she chuckles softly.

"I'll take that as I compliment," Ellie tells him making Derek smile at her as he shakes his head. Derek leans back against the car as Ellie sighs.

"Thank you for saving my ass," Derek tells Ellie making her laugh as she looks at him.

"I guess you could say you owe me, Hale," Ellie tells him with a smirk making Derek shake his head at Ellie.

"Shut up Argent," Derek tells her making Ellie laugh but before she could say anything else her alarm started going off making Ellie look wide-eyed.

"Crap we have to go I have a parent-teacher conference even though I have the second-highest GPA in the school," Ellie tells him as she sighs running her fingers through her hair.

"Wait really?" Stiles asks wide-eyed as Ellie nods at him.

Ellie starts to head toward the driver's seat but Derek shakes his head at her.

"Nope," Derek tells her making Ellie pout as he leads her to the passenger side and opens the door making Ellie smile and laugh as she gets in the car.

"You are already training him," Cora says chuckling as Ellie laughs and Derek looks at her and just ignores her.

"Can I change the station? You have terrible taste in music," Ellie tells Derek making him glare at her as she smirks.

"No," Derek tells her simply making Ellie scoff as she goes to turn the station.

Derek slaps her hand away making Ellie glare at him as she slaps his hand back.

"I'm driving," Derek tells her making Ellie scoff.

"Oh baby," Ellie says rolling her eyes and making Derek glare at her as she smirks.

Arriving at the high school Ellie smiles at Derek as she opens the door.

"We should do this again Hale," Ellie tells Derek making him immediately shake his head no as Ellie laughs.

"I have a feeling they will be," Laura whispers to Cora who nods agreeing with her.

"See you around," Ellie tells him making Derek nod with a slight smile making Ellie smile even brighter as Derek speeds off.

"Did you just smile?!" Laura asks wide-eyed as Derek glares at her.

Ellie rushes inside but immediately pauses seeing Allison looking at Ellie wide-eyed who just rushed in herself.

"Oh no we are in big trouble," Ellie mumbles as they spot their dad looking angry along with their mom.

"We're dead," Ellie and Allison say as they nod making Chris nod at them.

Ellie smiles sheepishly at them as they look at her.

"Car. Now," Chris tells the twins making Ellie and Allison nod as they head towards the car but stop when Ellie hears a scream.

"Oh no," Stiles says covering his eyes but looking through his fingers slightly.

Chris pulls out his gun as Ellie starts looking around. Then suddenly a car backs up and was about to hit the sheriff.

"Dad!" Stiles yells worriedly looking at his dad.

"Sheriff!" Ellie yells as she pushes him out of the way hitting her head on the ground and tearing her stitches.

"Ellie!" Allison and Chris yell worriedly as Stilinski looks surprised and Stiles thankful but worried.

"Ellie!" Ellie hears Allison, her dad, and Sheriff Stilinski yell as they head toward the girl.

"Ellie are you okay?" Chris asks his oldest daughter as Ellie nods looking at him.

"Yeah, just my stitches opened up. Are you okay Sheriff?" Ellie asks as she looks at the older man concerned. He nods looking at the girl.

"Yeah I'm fine thank you kid," Stilinski tells her making Ellie smile at him.

"Of course," Ellie tells the sheriff as her dad presses his jacket to his daughter's head making Ellie grunt as Melissa, Scott's mom comes over to the girl.

"Let me check. I'm a nurse," Melissa says as she looks up at dad who nods. Allison comes up and grabs my hand squeezing it making Ellie smile at her.

"Yeah your stitches opened back up," Melissa says making Ellie sigh as Chris places the jacket back on his daughter's bleeding head.

"She needs a CT just to be sure there wasn't any more damage and needs her stitches redone," Melissa tells Chris as the paramedics arrive and starts loading Ellie up again.

"Dad, can I go with her?" Allison asks him making Chris sigh but he nod. Allison kept holding Ellie's hand as they get in the ambulance.

Ellie smiles at Allison who looks at her worriedly but smiles back.

Once the door is closed Allison asks the question she's been wanting to ask since she saw Ellie.

"So I know where I was. Where were you?" Allison asks with a smile making Ellie shake her head at her twin.

"With an annoying Sourwolf," Ellie tells her making Allison looks confused as Ellie laughs slightly.

Derek shakes his head at Ellie who smirks at that.
