"No. Nick, No. Nick. Do not NO." Ella argues to her best friend in a hushed whisper. "Sorry Ella, we already picked who we're riding with." Nick shrugs, holding in his smirk.

"Please Nick. I can't go on a full on roller coaster with him. We haven't even talked." Ella pleads.

"Next 30 people." the employee worker announces.

"NICCKY COME HERE!" Chris exclaims excitedly as Baylen and Alahna connect hands, leaving Matt and Ella to sit next to each other.

Ella hesitantly walks beside Matt, not even taking the risk of glancing up at him.

"Uh Ell- Kinsley, I don't have to go on if you don't want to sit with me." Matt says quietly, "Nope. You're coming on." Ella replies, grabbing his wrist and bringing him on with her.

Everyone buckles up and gets checked before the worker goes back to the controls.

"Matt. Matt. Matt. I'm warning you now, I am most likely bursting your ear drums out today." Ella warns. Matt just giggles and tells her okay before the ride starts.

"MATT." Ella screams, squirming around in fright.

"Can I hold your hand?"

"Please." Ella replies.

Matt connects his hand with Ella's and smiles at her.

"I would smile back, but I'm too scared to." Ella replies. "Come on El, it's not even that bad." Matt reasons as they ride up to the point where they're about to go upside down. "MATT WE'RE ABOUT TO GO UPSIDE DOWN DON'T EVEN." Ella shouts.

"You're fine-"

"AHAHHAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

Matt feels Ella squeeze his hand and sticks their arms up. He starts screaming too, but not in fright. In excitement and happiness.

The ride ends and Ella is in tears.

"Aw Ella, don't cry." Matt laughs, wiping her tears. "No. That shit was scary. Get me off of this." Ella replies, squirming around, trying to get her seatbelt off. Once they unlock it and say they can get off, Ella is the first.

"NICOLAS ANTONIO. I HATE YOU." Ella shouts as Nick gets off. "Why? You got to hang out with Matty B. And hold hands." Nick replies.

"You are not funny." Ella pouts.

"So Ella. How was the roller coaster?" Chris asked, slinging an arm around the girl. "Leave me alone." Ella replies grumpily.

"I think she loved it." Matt smirks, "I did not. Shut up." Ella argues. "Hm says the one who squeezed my hand so hard it almost fell off." Matt exaggerates. A gasp reaction is heard from behind them.

"You guys held hands?!" Alahna squeals, "Only cause I was scared." Ella replies, "Yeah she was really scared so I offered to hold her hand." Matt adds, shrugging it off as nothing, but it wasn't. Not to him at least. Not to Ella either. It was most definitely something.

"That's actually so cute." Alahna gushes, Ella makes a face at her, sticking her tongue out and Alahna does it back.

"I'm still surprised we actually got these two to come out of their rooms." Chris mentions.

"Wait you trapped yourself in your room too?" Matt and Ella ask each other at the same time.

"Yep. Ella was a mess, wouldn't even talk to me." Baylen states, "Yeah and Matt never came out of his room unless it was for food." Chris adds.

"Same with Ella." Baylen agrees.

"Oh."

Neither Ella or Matt didn't know how to reply.

Ella was still a little bit mad at Matt and Matt was still ashamed of what he had done. He had broken up with the love of his life, because of a stupid Instagram post. How stupid was he.

"Okay. How about cotton candy?" Nick offers, switching the awkward topic to something else. "I CALL PAYING." Ella instantly replies, shining a bright smile to her friends.

"Oh then bet." Chris agrees, along with everyone else also wanting to get cotton candy.

Ella pays for everyone and buys her, Chris, and Matt some sodas.

"Thank you Ella." Nick says, flashing his bright and illuminate smile. He hugs Ella, getting a bit of cotton candy in her hair.

"Nick! You got cotton candy in my hair!" Ella exclaims. "Here." Chris says, picking it out of her hair. "CHRIS. You smeared it!" Matt exclaims, "Then you get it. She's your girlfriend." Chris replies.

"Oh sorry." he instantly says, remembering that she was in fact not his girlfriend.

"It's fine." Matt replies, getting the cotton hand out of her hair.

"There, you're all good." he says, smiling at Ella who had turned around to thank him. "Thanks Matt."

She wasn't gonna lie, she had debated giving the boy a kiss on the cheek, but objected against the idea.
