Instead of answering, Five grabbed her arm and they arrived inside. They walked onward, Alora lagging behind a couple steps.

"Five, I can't see shit." Alora whispered, then cleared her throat. Why was she whispering?

Five handed her a flashlight and grabbed one himself, turning it on. He walked around, looking at all of the mannequins with interest. Alora got bored, so she decided to do some shopping. Except... without the money part, so technically, she was stealing, but who cares?

Running her hand over the clothes on the rack, the girlย  grabbed skirts and shirts and a jacket she thought Klaus might like. She spied some white Chucks (converse) and threw them into a handbag she took from a display, along with her clothing choices.

When she heard Five call her name, she walked over to him and saw him staring at a mannequin. "Alora," he looked at her then back at the mannequin. "I'd like you to meet Delores."

Alora shined her torch on the mannequin wearing a spotted shirt and put her lips together as an attempt not to laugh. Five stepped forward and sighed.

Alora pulled herself together and squinted at the two- well, Five and his mannequin friend. "It's good to see you." He spoke to it- to her. Maybe he was loopy. "I've missed you. Obviously. It's been a rough couple days." He looked back at Alora who nodded seriously.

Alora frowned slightly and turned around. Her eyes flitted around the store and she saw two silhouettes. "Five-" she warned before ducking.

"No!" He yelled as gunshots sounded. They shot right at Delores and Five ducked out of the way. "Oh, shit! It's them." He looked at Alora on the other side of the clothing rack. She made some wild movements with her hands making him frown.

He ran forward, grabbing Delores' torso and running over to Alora. "Five, what is wrong with you?!" She yelled over the gunshots.

"Stay here." He said to her before turning to the mannequin. "I'll be right back." And he ran away.

Alora groaned and cringed as her knees started to hurt. "Yeah, no." She stood up and saw the two people with the guns turned away from her.

One of them was standing right next to a tall display. Alora shot out her hand and it toppled over, onto the person. They stayed like that for a couple seconds before moving the stuff off of them and standing up, holding their gun.

They caught sight of her and started shooting at Alora. She yelped and ran away from that spot quickly while ducking. She looked around for anything that could help her but nothing came into view.

She dropped and crawled into one of the clothing racks just before the armed person could see her. They walked past and she stuck out her foot, tripping them over. They were wearing an animals mask, which would've made Alora laugh if she weren't in a near death situation. She crawled out the other side and ran for it. Bullets aimed for her feet and Five arrived, teleporting them away before she got shot.

"Where's your friend?" Alora hissed, glaring at him.

He looked around and saw the mannequin, dragging her towards them as they were hunted like prey. He put the doll into the bag Alora had on her and grabbed her hand, forcing her to follow. He tried to blink out of there, but he was too tired. Alora was looking out as he tried, but failed to teleport. They both climbed over a shelf and two guns were aimed at them.

Sirens sounded and police cars arrived outside the store, momentarily distracting the shooters. Took them long enough. Alora thought. Five grabbed her and dragged her behind a desk before the could see.

They waited for them to leave, panting and Alora refused to look at Five.

As soon as they both got to the house Alora walked in front of him, holding a grudge, and giving him the silent treatment. As she got to the top of the stairs, Allison and Luther passed them. "Alora? Five?"

"Oh, I'm not to be acquainted with him anymore." Alora said as she grabbed her stuff from the bag, leaving Delores in there and shoved it into Five's chest before she moved off to her room.

Allison and Luther stared at her walking away before turning to Five, "What the hell happened?" Allison asked.

"Are you okay?" Luther questioned gently. "Can we help?" He tried to touch Five's shoulder before Five grabbed him harshly.

"There's nothing you can do... there's nothing any of you can do."

Five thought back to when he was in the apocalypse and came across bodies. His family under all that rubble. Luther, Diego, Allison and Klaus holding... Alora.
