The day before the internship begins, 11th October:

Coco woke up to Adalyn opening and closing the zips of her suitcase way too loudly. Adalyn woke up before Coco and she was finding her clothes from her suitcase, but she didn't realise that the ruckus she was creating was so loud that Coco would wake up. She was crouched down on the floor in front of the suitcase with her back towards the bed. She got up with her clothes in her hand and turned around to see Coco who was sitting up in bed and rubbing her eyes.

"Oh did I wake you up?" Adalyn asked, in an apologetic tone.

"No it's completely fine. It's 8.00 am anyways." Coco smiled.

"Okay. Do you mind if I go to the washroom first?" Adalyn asked.

"No not at all. You can go." She said.

Adalyn went inside the washroom and quickly freshened up and came out in her chosen clothes. She put her removed clothes back in the suitcase and then she pulled out her hairbrush from her handbag. She combed her hair and put it in a loose comfortable braid.

"Your hair so beautiful." Coco complimented, walking up to her.

"Thank you. Your hair is very beautiful too." She smiled.

"Thanks, but your is long and black. It is just stunning."

"Your is short and blonde. It is just stunning." Adalyn said, mimicking her.

"You are so nice." Coco said as she made her way into the washroom. She came out soon in her chosen clothes and she brushed her hair. Both of them began talking and got closer by every minute. They had a lot of fun conversations.

"Ruel can be extremely dumb." Coco laughed as Adalyn was braiding her hair.

"Okay?" Adalyn said, not knowing what to say.

"You just met him, that's why you don't know much. He's my little brother, and trust me, he's always been a pain in the butt." Coco continued to laugh.

"We'll see then." Adalyn said as Coco got up from her position as Adalyn was finished with braiding.

"Wow this is so comfortable." Coco said while pointing to her hair.

"It is. I do this most of the time as it keeps my hair out of my eyes whenever I'm doing anything important. It's extremely irritating when it comes in my eyes. It completely blocks my vision and that isn't helpful, especially in photography." Adalyn explained.

"I'll do this more often now."

Adalyn's phone now dinged with a notification.

Michelle

We all are going for breakfast in the
hotel's restaurant only. You and Coco
meet us up in the restaurant only.

"Everyone has gone to have breakfast. Michelle is asking for the both of us to come." Adalyn said as she made her way to the door.

"Okay let's go." Coco came out and on the way she picked up her phone and the room key. She closed the door on her way out. Both of them jumped in the elevator and went to the restaurant.

They went down and their eyes went to the table with the most number of people sitting. They made their way to the table.

"Good morning both of you." Michelle greeted.

"Good morning." Coco and Adalyn said in unison.

"Come sit." Kate said.

There were two seats available; one with Kate and one with Ruel. Coco scurried to the one with Kate, so Adalyn ended up sitting with Ruel, on his right.

"Good morning Adalyn." Ruel smiled as Adalyn sat down in her seat.

"Good morning Ruel." Adalyn smiled back, lightly blushing.

"Toast?" Ruel asked, while pointing to the platter in front of them, full of bread.

"Umm is there anything else?" Adalyn asked.

"Waffles or pancakes?" Ruel asked further.

At the sound of pancakes, Adalyn's eyes lit up.

"Yay pancakes!" She said excitedly as Ruel picked up the pancake platter and handed it to her, while laughing at her sudden burst of excitement.

"There you go."

"Is there syrup?"

"Yeah. Here it is."

Adalyn put three pancakes in her plate and began pouring syrup on it. 10 seconds passed and she was still coating her pancakes with syrup. Ruel's eyes began to widen at the sight.

"That's an ungodly amount of syrup." He exclaimed.

"I like it this way."

"It's a little too much, don't you think?"

"Eh." She said nonchalantly.

She began eating her pancakes, but Ruel was still staring at her, with the same look of shock.

"What?" She asked with a mouthful of pancakes.

"Nothing." He said as he turned his gaze to his plate of waffles and began to eat. As they were eating, their elbows kept on colliding as Ruel was right handed and Adalyn was left handed. At each small touch, heat began to rush to their cheeks.

As all of them ate their breakfast, they all began chattering among themselves. Adalyn turned around to chat with Ruel.

"When's your first show?" Adalyn asked.

"It's day after tomorrow that is 13th October." Ruel replied.

"You will also have a meet and greet that day?" She further asked while biting the pancake stuck on her fork.

"Yes, I have one that day."

"Where is it?"

"It's in the Royal Festival Hall. It's very welcoming." Ruel said as he finished his last bite of his waffles.

"Sounds amazing." Adalyn said as she finished the last bite of her own pancakes.

"So guys Adalyn's internship begins from tomorrow so today's day can be utilized in exploring." Nate announced.

"That's great!" Ruel said.

"Me, Beau and Jack will be going out for some important work. We have to check the venues and stuff. Others can go exploring." Nate continued.

Within the next 30 minutes everyone got ready and were downstairs, sitting in Ubers. Nate, Beau and Jack went in one, while the other seven had to be divided in two groups as seven people can't come in one Uber. Ruel, Adalyn and Michelle went in one and Joel, Chelsea, Coco and Kate went in the other.

"Where are we going?" Adalyn asked as she sat in the backseat of the car, with Ruel on her left and Michelle on her right.

"I don't know." Ruel said, shrugging his shoulders.

"Just wait." Michelle said with a cheeky smile.

On the way, Ruel connected his phone to the AUX cord of the car and began playing music.

"Do you like it?" He asked, while playing Ivy by Frank Ocean.

"I haven't heard it before, but it sounds amazing." Adalyn replied.

"Frank Ocean is one of my favorite artists. Who do you listen to?" Ruel asked.

"Well, I listen to you," she said as she let out a chuckle, "but I also like Harry Styles."

At this Ruel said, "who doesn't?"

"Yeah," Adalyn continued, "and Clairo, Alec Benjamin, Billie Eilish and Years & Years."

"I know all of these besides Years & Years." Ruel said.

"They are epic. It's a trio. Can I put on some of their music?"

"Yeah sure." Ruel said as he gave his phone to Adalyn. When Adalyn took the phone from his hand, their hands touched a bit which made heat rush to their cheeks. Again. Ruel cleared his throat awkwardly as Adalyn searched for the music.

"Oh this one is my favorite." Adalyn said as she put on Shine by Years & Years.

"It sounds awesome." Ruel said as he bobbed his head up and down to the beat of the song as the chorus came on.

"Wow I'm adding it to my playlist." Ruel said as he added to his playlist.

The song came to an end and Ruel loved it.

"Are there any more songs that we can listen of them?" He asked.

"Yeah sure." Adalyn smiled.

The ride wasn't that long, so Ruel was able to hear three more songs, King, Worship and Desire.

"You listen amazing music." Ruel said.

"Thanks."

"Come on guys we've reached." Michelle said.

The Uber came to a stop and the three of them got out. The other four had reached just before them.

As Adalyn got out of the car, she gasped at the sight of the place she'd come to visit. It was Madame Tussauds Museum!

"Whoa! I am so excited." She let out.

"Me too." Ruel said as they joined the others.

They went in the big museum, completely taken aback by where they were brought. Apparently tickets were already bought for all of them, so they simply went in. Coco and Adalyn explored the museum together.

"Oh my god look that's Johnny Depp." Adalyn exclaimed.

"Wow! Take my picture with him." Coco said as she ran up to the wax statue. She posed and Adalyn clicked a picture with her camera. As she clicked it, Coco came running to her to see the picture.

"Wow! You are an amazing photographer." Coco said who was in love with it.

"Thanks." Adalyn smiled.

They both walked around more, seeing more things. It varied from Bollywood actors like Amitabh Bachchan to famous singers like Madonna, artists like Vincent Van Gogh, fashion models like Kendall Jenner and a lot more. They clicked a lot of pictures and had so many laughs. Adalyn and Coco got closer by the second.

There Ruel was posing funnily with statues with Kate and Michelle was taking pictures and Joel was recording it all for exclusive behind the scenes.

"Oh my god! We can watch Marvel movies in 4D! Come on let's go!" Ruel screamed in Coco's and Adalyn's face as they both were seeing Michael Jackson's statue.

"Okay let's go." Coco laughed as she and Adalyn followed an extremely happy Ruel who was skipping to the area where they had to see the movie.

They went inside and gasped at the view; it was a 360 degree 4D cinema. They took seats and binged to Avengers: Endgame. Everyone had literally seen this movie a million times, but it being 4D and 360 degree elevated the experience by 200 times.

After the movie finished, they all came out of the hall, excitedly chattering about how much fun it was watching the best movie ever in 4D. As they came out, it was 3.00 pm, so they all decided to go to a nearby restaurant for lunch. They jumped back into their Ubers and went to a restaurant that was only a few minutes away.

They reached the restaurant and all of them got out of their Ubers. They went in and sat down at the longest table. A waiter soon came and they ordered their food.

Soon it came, and all of them began scarfing it down like a pack of wild animals. They were extremely hungry. While eating, they all began to talk.

"What was the best thing you saw in the musuem?" Ruel asked.

"Ummm," Adalyn thought for a second before answering, "I loved the Marvel movie."

"Me too! I love Marvel so much." He said.

"They're the best movies ever made."

"Period."

After all of them had finished their food, they all were waiting for the bill to come.

"So Adalyn, did you click any pictures?" Michelle asked.

"Yeah I did." Adalyn said. She picked up her camera from the table and switched it on and handed it to Michelle.

"These are epic!" She said.

There were pictures of wax statues, Coco posing with them and a few of Ruel posing.

"Thanks." Adalyn smiled.

Michelle handed the camera back to Adalyn.

"I wanna see the pictures too." Coco said.

"Me too." Ruel said.

They both were sitting on each side of Adalyn. Adalyn began scrolling through the pictures as Coco and Ruel saw those and would gasp occasionally.

"I look amazing." Ruel said as he saw picture of him posing with Kendall Jenner.

"I look amazing in this one." Coco said as she saw a picture of her posing with Johnny Depp.

"God you look beautiful in this one Adalyn." Coco said. In between, Coco clicked pictures of Adalyn. She wasn't bad.

"Thanks." Adalyn smiled. It was a picture of Adalyn with Vincent Van Gogh's statue.

"You've clicked a beautiful picture Coco." She complimented.

"Aww thanks." She smiled.

Soon, a waiter came with their bill and they paid for it. They all got up from the table and began walking out of the restaurant.

"So, what next?" Ruel asked.

Michelle stared at him in shock.

"Ruel, we all have been out for the whole day. Now it's time to get back to the hotel." She said.

"But I don't wanna go back." He groaned like a baby, which made Adalyn let out a giggle.

"Ruel." Michelle said while clicking her tongue.

"There is a beautiful park there. I wanna go."

"No. You aren't going alone."

"But-"

"I said no."

"I will go with you." Adalyn said in between, making Michelle and Ruel and look at her.

"You will?" Ruel confirmed once, with a bright light in his eyes.

"Yes." She smiled.

"Now can we go?" Ruel asked, turning to Michelle.

"Fine. But I want to talk to you. Alone." She said as she walked a little away from everyone else, with Ruel following her.

"What's up?" He asked, as they were alone.

"You remember right?" She asked.

"Remember what?"

"God Ruel." Michelle said while slapping his arm.

"Ouch." He said while rubbing it. "I don't remember anything."

"Don't fall for her." She said with a stern look in her eyes.

"Right. I wouldn't. I promised. But you said I can be friends with her. So let me atleast do that." He pleaded.

"Only friends." She said while pointing her finger at him.

"Yes, only friends. Now can I go?" He said while rolling his eyes.

"Yes go."

Ruel ran back to Adalyn and both of them together began walking to the park.
