"Thank God! Finally, some equipment I can work with!" Tej said graciously while looking around the compound Hobbs had us stationed in

"What up, boy?" Rome said as he happily dapped up Han

"This is way better than that trash in Rio." Tej continued ranting

"Way better," Gisele said softly while picking up a high-tech machine gun and cocking it back

I then laughed and looked at Brian who was also looking at the guns before walking over to him and saying, "This feel more like home?"

"Family makes a home whole" He replied looking around for a second and then back to me

"Whole, huh?" I said as I bit my lip

I then looked over seeing Hobbs and a lady walking toward where we stood.

"Has anybody heard from Leo or Santos?" I asked while picking up an Uzi that held about 600 rounds in the cartridge and smiled

"Last time anyone saw them, they were hitting up the casinos in Monte Carlo," Han answered while eating his chips

"I thought that was our last job, Brian...And who's paying for all this equipment? The taxpayers? So now we work for The Hulk?..." Rome ranted before mocking Hobbs' build.

I just laughed as Rome continued his rant asking, "That's what we're doing? Why do I smell baby oil?"

Hobbs then walked by Rome with the same girl finally revealing himself as he said, "If you keep running your piehole, you're going to smell an ass-kicking."

"All right, Hobbs, you got the best crew in the world standing right in front of you. Give them a reason to stay." Dom said while walking around a glass window toward us

"Our target is Owen Shaw..." Hobbs said while dropping a photo of this Owen Shaw character on the table in front of us

"...Former major in the S.A.S., Spec-ops soldier. He ran the UK's Mobility Division in Kabul and Basra." Hobbs said continuing to inform us

"Ah, damn. That Mobility unit's the truth. We're talking vehicular warfare. Best in the world." Tej pitched in

"You got some chips?" Rome asked trying to whisper to Han resulting in him shaking his head "No" while showing the empty bag

He then went to Suki who threw her palm up letting him know to get out of her face causing me to chuckle lowly.

"Those guys don't mess around," Tej concluded

"For years, they've been running jobs in Europe, but it's their most recent jobs that graduated them to a whole new level. Three targets, highly specific. The program terminal from an ICBM missile..." Hobbs said

Brian then walked close behind me and gently gripped my ass making me look back to smirk at him as his hands then moved to my waist as Rome walked over toward us.

"Got a little change?" He then asked me

I just rolled my eyes and reached into my pocket grabbing a dollar and handing it to him.

"Seriously? You're a millionaire, and you're still trying to ask for money" Tej whispered to him making Hobbs agitatedly stop his speech

"That's how you stay a millionaire." Rome entreated lowly before walking toward the vending machines

"So what does this all mean?" Brian finally asked stepping from behind me to the side

"Well, our best guess is that Shaw's crew is building a Nightshade device," Hobbs answered

"Which is?" Savannah asked

"A tech bomb. Designed to block an entire military communication grid for 24 hours." The lady then answered finally speaking up

"If you blind a soldier for a single second in the middle of a fight, he dies. If you blind a country for 24 hours, the loss of life is unthinkable...This could be worth billions to the right buyer." Hobbs continued stating

"Billions? Why don't we just steal that shit?" Tej asked making us all smile

"Hey, man. Which one of these things is a dollar? It says something about..." Rome then yelled bringing our conversation off-topic once again

Out of nowhere Hobbs then pulled his gun, shooting the vending machine and making the glass shatter causing us all to look over and me to laugh watching Rome's both shocked and scared expression.

"It's on the house..." Hobbs said sarcastically as he slid his gun back into his holster

"I want you to help me catch Shaw. He's only got one piece left that he needs, and I intend to stop him before he gets it. Now, I know you guys are a family. So I'm offering you a chance right now to make that family whole again." Hobbs concluded

"You want to make this family whole again? Get us to Letty, we'll get you, Shaw. Full pardons all the way around." Brian retorted

"I can't promise you that." Hobbs rebutted

"Yes, you can," I advised with a smile

Dom then walked over stopping beside Brian and me saying, "That's the deal. Take it or leave it."

"You get me Shaw, and I'll get your pardons," Hobbs promised while looking between us all

"You heard him. But this is different. We're not dealing with cops, we're not dealing with drug dealers. This is a whole different level.." Brian announced turning to face us all

I then faced Rome and said, "Which means everyone needs to be in sync."

Roman just leaned against the table and said, "We're getting paid, right?" causing me to roll my eyes and snatch away the chips he had in his hand beginning to eat them

We then all looked over toward the building below which was one of Shaw's many hideouts as Hobbs began informing us what was going on below the deck.

"Interpol picked up one of Shaw's guys in Moscow. I went in...had a little therapy session with him. He gave up Shaw's hideout." Hobbs said smugly

"Then why aren't we down there now?" Suki asked

"Well, we weren't invited," Hobbs replied

"Hobbs, they're sending in your punching bag...He's wired. He's going to give a positive ID on Shaw before they move in." Tej announced loudly from the computer setup he was at

We waited patiently for about 10 minutes before Tej got something on his scanner causing me to say, "Wait, wait, hold up...Police scanners are saying alarms are going off at Interpol headquarters."

"Shit! He brought us here so he could take down Interpol." I said

"This whole thing's a set-up," Brian replied looking over toward me

"Brian, take the team," Dom said

"What about you?" I asked

"Hobbs and I will wait for Shaw. Shaw leads to Letty." He answered as we all hopped into the BMWs.

"Han, how far are we from Interpol?" Brian asked as we raced through the streets of London toward Interpol.

"Twelve blocks away" Han answered

"You guys, it's a ghost town over here. Shaw must have pulled all the cops to him." Tej then said

"All right, y'all, we're in this shit, so let's go get it," Rome said after

"Keep your eyes open boys and girls," I said with a smirk

"Interpol, straight ahead," Han then said

Shots then began to fire toward us making us all halt into a brisk stop.

We got out beginning to shoot back at them —the rest of the team handling the ground shooters— as I quickly located the sniper above before hitting him in the chest making him fall back as Brian softly tackled me out of the way of someone's line of fire.

He then held me close as we took cover behind a concrete street barrier while he covered my body with his as the bullets flew out toward us.

"Be careful." He said to me as the bullets stopped

I then noticed their team hopping back into their cars causing Brian to help me up before alerting the rest of the team yelling, "Get in! Let's go!"

We all hopped in our cars in pursuit except for Gisele and Han as we sped after the two vehicles and I shook off a bit of nausea that had built within me.

Damn, I hope I'm not sick.

"Guys, I got the Rover." Tej signaled

"Okay, I got...Whatever the hell that thing is." Rome then said

They then opened the lift gate on the Range and began shooting out something against Tej and Rome's cars.

"What is that, a hockey puck?" Rome yelled

One then hit the front of Suki and Brian's car causing me to yell, "Knock those things off. I'm pretty sure Miami has come back to haunt us."

Moments later Tej's car swerved out of control smashing into a parked car before flipping over.

"Oh, Shit!" Rome yelled before crashing into a glass store with his car flipping over violently

"Fuck!" Suki yelled as her car crashed headfirst into a row of parked cars.

"Savannah pull back and make sure they're good!" I then said

"On it," She replied while drifting around

"Baby get that thing off your car. NOW!" I ordered

Brian then swerved the car to the side, hitting a pole and knocking the engine deactivator off his car.

We stayed close behind them and drifted to the side in the roundabout just as Brian yelled, "Dom! Tej, Roman, Suki, and Savannah are out! Where you at?"

"I'm right behind you!" Dom answered

We then began swiftly driving through oncoming traffic as Hobbs said, "Boys. Madam, I got eyes on Shaw. He just made a left."

"Me and Brian got right," I replied to Hobbs

"Toretto, make that left!" Hobbs yelled

We then trailed close on the Range Rover causing Brian to say, "Press me!"

I then bumped the back of his car causing him to drive into the back of the truck making them begin to swerve just as he got close enough to bump them again a strange-shaped car drove into the front of Brian's making it go airborne.

"Brian!" I gasped

I then swerved out of this car's way just before it hit me as his car flipped over.

"Brian!" I yelled into the radio before the same car sped my way, bumping me and making my car begin to flip over

I then grabbed onto the metal bar at the ceiling of my car as the car flipped until stopping on its roof.

"I am going to kill that bitch!" I announced while breathing heavily

I then kicked my severed door open and crawled out of it before bringing myself to my feet and running toward Brian's car.

"Brian! Brian! Baby?" I called breathlessly while looking for him with tears falling from my eyes

He then limped faintly from around the destroyed car and said, "It's alright. I'm here."

I then hugged him before feeling lightheaded and my strength deteriorate as Brian caught me right before I went down and my eyes began to close while saying now frightened, "Diana!"
