A Secret She Must Not Tell
CHAPTER FOUR: Sanctuary
Aly trailed behind the Mandalorian and Cara with her handcuffed. She did not know why the Mandalorian was so hostile towards her when she did nothing wrong. Before leaving her campsite and grabbing everything she needed, Mando watched every movement she made making sure that she did not do anything to them, and then placed her in his cuff.
Aly looked down at the ground, making sure not to trip over. The Mandalorian turned his head making sure that the brown-haired woman was still following him and Cara. From what Aly could tell is that Din, the Mandalorian did not trust anyone. Not even Cara. Bounty hunters do not trust anyone.
An unexpected whoosh from the brush caught her attention. She paused for a moment and looked at the people in front of her and saw that they did not stop. Aly took a step but she did not feel herself moving, and it was as if there was an invisible force field. Not wanting her to pass the area that Cara and the Mandalorian are heading.
It felt like the planet was spinning around her, and then all of a sudden the daylight was fading away into a sunset fastly hitting the night sky. Aly heard a large thump right behind and she quickly turned around to see AT-ST. An Imperial Walker used in past wars. The walker's legs walked over her.
Whenever Aly had a vision an incoming events, no one could see her. When she had a horrible vision, she would scream for help but no one could see or hear her.
A group of raiders started running towards her knowing that she could not be seen. She did not run away from the incoming enemies. All of the raiders ran past her and she wanted to run with them to see. Remembering she had not moved at all from where she was standing.
She only heard the blaster going off from the raiders and the Imperial Walker.
Mando suddenly stops making the ex-trooper stop where they stand. He turns around to see that Aly isn't following them anymore. He swore that he heard a step from behind following both of them. He was annoyed now and he grabbed his blaster from his waistband.
"She couldn't go...far." Cara trails off seeing Aly standing in the middle of the forest. Mando walks toward her to get a good look and sees that Aly's eyes are wide open with her eyes white as if she was blinded.
Mando waves his hand in front of her, but nothing happens. He puts away his blaster in his hostler belt and Cara snaps her finger against her ears, still nothing happens.
"Anything ideas?" She asked the Mandalorian, his only response was humming no.
Aly stood still hearing all of the blaster chaos then a few minutes later it stopped. She heard a branch snap behind her and swiftly turned around to see a black hooded man standing right in front of her making her gasp.
"You will be together soon." The black hooded man told Alys. Before she could ask the man who he was he walked away from the woman who stood confused.
The world started fading away from her sight and she gasped alerting the Mandalorian and Cara. Aly's eyes went back to her original eyes color and everything was blurry at first slowly came to her vision and saw that the Mandalorian and the woman were in front of her. She thought everything was fine when everything started black.
Mando saw her eyes were shutting and her knees buckled down. He acted quickly and spooned her up before she reached the ground. He had no choice but to carry her back to the Village.
On the way back to the Village, he had many questions to ask the woman. Would she even tell him the truth about herself? Was she a criminal or was she something more than just a human he attended to find out?

Aly's eyes slowly opened when she did she only saw the blurry world. It took her a while for the blurriest she saw earlier to fade away. Her eyes wandered to the ceiling of a hut and slowly leaned upward to sit properly and crossed her legs.
She moved her head around and heard a crack coming from her neck. Aly winced and touched her neck and messaged her neck. A soft knock she heard and turned her head around to the door. It was Omera with a cup of tea seeing the stem of smoke.
"Hello, Omera." Aly softly smiled at the woman, she was stunned at the unknown woman. Omera had never seen her before.
"I brought you a cup of tea for your aching head," Omera said to Aly walking over to her and handing the tea to her. Aly gracefully takes the cup from Omera's hand.
"Thank you. That's very kind of you." Aly thanked her. She blew at the hot tea, and the hot heat hit her face. She took a slip of the tea and the warm tea down my throat.
"May I ask you something?" Omera asked Aly and she nodded at the woman. "How did you know my name?" She questioned.
Aly sets down the tea on her lap and looks down at the steaming cup. She could not tell her or anyone. If she did and the words got out again, she'd be hunted down by someone who has been chasing her for years. Aly could not trust anyone anymore the last time she did. She was handed into the arms of her worst nightmare and she could go back there.
"I-I" Aly shuttered in her voice. She looked up and saw that a figure was standing right behind Omera.
Omera saw her pause in her words and turned around to reveal the Mandalorian standing at the opening. He had to make sure that Aly didn't do anything wrong.
"The others are practicing. You should help the ones that aren't very good at shooting." The Mandalorian tells Omera. She nods and walks out of the hut leaving Aly with the Mandalorian.
Mando watches Omera leave the hut that he's been staying at the past day. He walked inside the hut closing with curtains that were above the entrance. He turns around to see Aly sitting up with tea in her hands, currently taking a sip of the tea.
"Wanted to tell me what happened hours ago?" Mando questioned, not even asking if she was okay or how was she feeling. Aly did not respond to him.
"We can do this the easy way or the hard way." He said to Aly as intimidating as he was, she was not going to break. "You asked for it." He grabs a gadget and connects it to his embrace.
Aly knew what he was doing. He was going to use it and find out who she was, but at this point, she was not going to do anything. He presses the button and appears a glow and points toward her. Scanning her face to get a recognition of her name and to see who she is.
It dinged and stopped his scanning. He presses another button and appears Aly herself in the bounty hunter listing.
Mando checked into why she was on the Bounty Hunter list. He saw it was listed by The Client, the same person who wanted the child and some other people. She cost more credits than he had ever seen before on just one person, especially on a woman. What was kind of weird was that it had been listed since the age of 4 years old because there was another picture of her.
Aly just said there quietly not uttered a single word to the Mandalorian. She sips her tea and hears his deep footsteps from the board floor walking away. She sighed and looked out of the window to see children playing outside together.
Reminded of herself when she was a kid before everything went downhill in her life and got put in the system.
