Akshita was laughing heartily at the jokes made by Ivaan and Vedika, blissfully unaware of the impending changes to come.

"Enough, enough, I can't laugh anymore... I'm exhausted," Akshita said through her laughter.

"Guys, it's our last day," Siddhart suddenly remarked.

"It's not like we'll be separated," Akshita responded casually, even though it was a truth that would soon unfold as destiny played its course.

Though they seemed destined to be together, fate had its own agenda. Ivaan then asked, "Where's that grumpy guy?" noticing Avyansh's absence.

"Nothing much, just studying," Siddhart replied.

"Seriously? Exams just ended, and he's already studying?" Akshita asked, bewildered.

"Just ignore him; he's always like that. Come on, listen to this joke," Ivaan urged, and she nodded in agreement. "Stop with your lame jokes!" Akshita retorted, leading Ivaan to whine and make her laugh.

However, unbeknownst to them, someone was watching with fury. The group was so absorbed in their conversation that they didn't notice the intense silence that fell around them.

"AKSHITA RAI SINGHANIA!" Avyansh bellowed, causing Akshita to flinch visibly.

Fear washed over her as she turned to face him, his presence intimidating.

In her 17 years, no one had ever spoken to her like that-not her father or brothers-none would dare raise their voice at her without facing severe consequences.

The Rai Singhania family was known for their connections to the mafia, a world Akshita was far removed from, while Avyansh had been trained for it.

She felt her mind racing, unable to think, while Vedika and the others looked on in shock, afraid to intervene.

Avyansh marched towards her, grabbed her wrist, and Akshita's eyes widened in surprise. He pulled her towards the principal's office. Noticing this, Vedika, Siddhart, and Ivaan began to follow.

"Avyansh, let go! You're hurting me!" Akshita pleaded, her voice breaking as pain shot through her hand from his grip. But he was unyielding.

Despite Vedika and the others yelling for him to stop, he continued to drag her along, the monster within him seemingly taking control.

He brought her into the principal's office and made her stand before Kavya.

Overwhelmed, Akshita knelt before Kavya, taking her injured hand into her own and whispering,

"Kavya, who...who did this to you?" Seeing Akshita's concern, Kavya broke into deeper sobs, prompting Avyansh to pull Akshita up.

"Why did you do this?" he shook her, demanding answers. Akshita looked confused, unsure of what he meant.

"Stop it, Avyansh, you're hurting her!" her friends pleaded, but he remained unmoved, the principal asking him to calm down.

"NO.ONE.WILL.INTERRUPT.ME," he warned dangerously. The room fell silent, everyone sensing the tension radiating from him.

"Tell me why you did this. What did she do to you?" he asked, shaking her, while Akshita cried silently.

Freeing herself momentarily, she knelt again before Kavya. Avyansh watched, fists clenched in frustration.

"Kav...ya... who did this to you?" Akshita stammered.

Kavya accused, "Why are you crying, Akshita, when you're the one responsible?" adding fuel to the fire of Avyansh's rage.

"Call the Malhotras and the Rai Singhanias; a decision needs to be made today," Avyansh commanded the principal, who hurried to contact their parents.

"Why would you do this?" Avyansh pressed.

"If you loved me, why didn't you tell me? But you didn't! Why, Akshita, why?" he railed, while Kavya sobbed, her tears seemingly sincere.

Vedika, troubled and angry, felt isolated in her trust for Akshita. Why would anyone harm themselves? She believed in Akshita's integrity.

But Kavya was adept at deception, and Akshita struggled to comprehend what was happening.

"What are you saying, Kavya?" Akshita asked, her voice breaking. "Why did you do this?" Avyansh seethed, not allowing anyone else to speak.

Akshita met Avyansh's cold gaze, her eyes red and swollen, holding back unvoiced emotions, and stood before him.

"I didn't do anything," was all she could utter. "You did," he replied through gritted teeth.

"Why won't you believe me? I would never do this!" she sobbed, collapsing to the ground.

"Someone believe me! I could never," she screamed through her tears. Vedika was moved, ready to comfort her, but Siddhart held her back, guiding her away.

"Their parents have arrived," announced the principal, stepping in just as Mr. and Mrs. Malhotra entered, horrified to see their daughter in such distress, wrapping her in their arms as she cried.

"Someone listen to me! I didn't do this!" Akshita protested as she stood. "Oh, you didn't? Then what is this?" Avyansh shot back, showing her a video that depicted her possessive nature-the same one Kavya had sent him, leading to this crisis.

Kavya internally reveled in Akshita's torment, showing no remorse. Akshita glanced between the video and Avyansh.

"Do you truly believe all this? Do you trust this video?" she asked, an air of desperation in her voice.

His silence confirmed her fears-his heart might doubt the evidence, but the proof was undeniable.

"Loving you was my biggest mistake," Akshita admitted, shattered by the harsh reality.

"This isn't love; it's your twisted obsession, AKSHITA RAI SINGHANIA," Avyansh asserted, just as his phone rang.

One person's love was lost, while another's obsession prevailed. Akshita sank to her knees, and Avyansh regarded her with a stoic expression, her blue eyes now filled with tears that once sparkled with joy. She was irrevocably broken.
