The last race is underway!
And Verstappen has made a great start and is flying down to the first corner. He has got the jump on Bottas, with Hamilton under pressure from the soft-shod Norris. Hamilton just holds him off, and holds onto third. Behind, Norris starts to come under pressure from Albon.

Bottas couldn't pass Verstappen; Hamilton couldn't pass Bottas. The top three stay the same after the first handful of laps. This race could be decided in the pits, perhaps...

Perez is out!
Last week's race winner Perez is out of the race and out of the car. His car has shuddered to a stop after Turn 19 with a mechanic issue. What a devastating result in his final race.

The top 7 have all pitted under the VSC conditions, with Mercedes double stacking their cars - but this time around, they nail it. You'd imagine Russell would be shaking his head in the Williams cockpit.

Verstappen leads off!
We are back racing at the start of Lap 14 with the Dutchman having superbly backed up the pack. He's gone, but behind in the midfield, some drivers are weaving rather than attacking as they desperately try and warm up their tyres.

The Dutchman has looked so in control all evening, and has been shadowed by a surprisingly out of form Mercedes. But red Bull won't care, all they'll want it their man to cross the line first in a minute or so's time.
