𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙚.

It's been a week since Camilla Cooper came back home and realized her brother was now living with her as well.

Now at midnight, Cami walks down the stairs of her house before opening the door and sneaking out quietly.

Not realizing the eyes that were watching her the entire time Cami smiles brightly before getting in a familiar pickup truck.

"Hi baby," Cami greets leaning over to kiss FP who smiles kissing her softly on the lips before pulling back to kiss Cami's forehead.

"Hey Trouble," FP greets smiling as Cami kisses him once again smiling.

"What are you smiling about?"FP questions pulling back to cup Cami's cheek who looks up at him.

"How did you know I was smiling?" Cami questions wrapping her arms around FP's neck.

"I could feel it on my lips. Now are you going to actually answer?" FP asks making Cami roll her eyes but the smile on her lips never disappears.

"I guess you just make me smile," Cami answers shrugging making a bigger smile appear on FP's lips.

"Damn right," FP tells her making Cami laugh as FP wraps an arm around Cami's shoulder pulling her to him as he begins driving.

Cami sat in a booth at Pop's drinking a strawberry milkshake as FP walks towards her putting a basket of fries in front of her before sitting beside her in the booth wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

"How's being back home?" FP questions Cami who groans at that throwing her head back but not before grabbing a french fry.

"Hell," Cami tells him simply making FP laugh at that as he steals a French fry himself.

"How else could I describe it? My gigolo of a long lost brother. My Mom acting like an alien. Betty finding a kindred soul for her "darkness". My Dad the only normal one moved out. Leaving me to the wolves," Cami explains as she lays her head on FP's chest who runs his fingers through her hair.

"Why did you go back then? If it just makes you feel uneasy," FP questions the blonde who looks up at him.

"Because it's home," Cami explains as she shrugs her shoulder making FP shake his head at her.

"It's a house Cami. Home isn't a place. Especially a place that you come here with me to sleep because you feel unsafe," FP tells the blonde who sighs at that nodding her head.

Ever since she moved back home after the third night she left in the middle of the night heading towards Pop's because she could have sworn she felt like someone was watching her.

She couldn't sleep and didn't want to wake Fred or Archie up so she went to Pop's where FP was working the night shift and made Cami a hot chocolate before giving her his jacket letting her sleep in a booth as he ran his fingers through her hair.

And she came back the next night and then the night and now FP just picks her up on his way to Pop's.

"You should go back to Fred's," FP tells Cami who shakes her head.

"No thank you. He worries about me enough and already has his hands full with the Lodges. He doesn't need my paranoia as well," Cami says making FP sigh at her already having this argument since her first night here.

"How is Jug and the Serpents doing after the Picken's Day disaster?" Cami questions thinking about how General Pickens' statue head had been removed and red paint covered the statue to simulate blood.

FP just looks at Cami making her chuckle but understand what he was saying.

"I shouldn't have asked," Cami says chuckling softly.

"Just waiting for the sheriff to stop knocking to ask questions," FP tells Cami who looks at him sadly before sighing.

"Make sure he does things by the books. If tries to search the trailer tell him he needs a warrant. Ooh and if he wants to ask questions then you can have a lawyer present. Let's not forget if he hounds you for answers," Cami tells FP who shakes his head at her.

"If he steps out of line let me know," Cami sternly states making FP laugh at her amused as a familiar song comes on the radio making Cami gasp and smile brightly.

"I love this song," Cami says as she hums the song Say You Won't Let Go. FP stares seeing Cami's content face making FP stand up Cami looks at him with a small pout on her face.

FP smiles before lifting Cami who squeals as he twirls her. Cami laughs softly FP pulls Cami until a dip before pulling her up and swaying with her slowly in Pop's.

Cami smiles resting her head on FP's chest and listening to his heartbeat which somehow made all the tension in Cami's shoulder begin to disappear as FP rubbed his thump over Cami's knuckles that were held to his chest.

Every once in a while twirling the blonde before pulling her even closer as everyone else in the entire world disappears.

But once again the two didn't notice Pop who came in early to relieve FP, since the man wasn't even supposed to be working the night shift but volunteered, standing in the back watching the two with a soft smile on his lips.

Pop has known Camilla Cooper since she was a child and FP since he first came into Pop's when he was a teenager with Fred Andrews and has never seen the two so at peace as they were swaying to a song.

The next day after another awkward breakfast that Cami tried to get away from as fast as she could.

Cami now sat on the couch beside Kevin in the student lounge dressed in a cropped red sweater and black leather jeans with black heels listening to Veronica.

"I already invited Archie and Cam, but I want you guys to be there, as well," Veronica says to the group including Archie, Betty, Kevin, and Jughead regarding her confirmation ceremony.

"Usually these kinds of events, baptisms, confirmations are family-only, but since it's all about me and you guys are my chosen family, I pulled a few strings and reserved you a pew," Veronica says excitedly as Cami smiles at her.

"What is the dress code?" Kevin questions making Cami smile at him.

"Catholic chic. So, dresses for the girls, veils optional. And coats and ties for the boys," Veronica tells the group before looking at Cami.

"Oh, and I need you to come over to the house. My Abuelita might have brought a dress from New York for you. You need to try it on, although it should fit perfectly," Veronica tells Cami who smiles at her.

"Ooh Vee thank you!" Cami says leaning over Archie to kiss Veronica's cheek.

"Cami please stop trying to steal my girlfriend," Archie tells the blonde who sticks her tongue out at him laughing softly.

"I have to get going but I'll see you all later," Cami says getting up and leaving the student lounge everyone watching her go.

"Has anyone noticed Cami acting different lately?" Betty questions making everyone look towards her as Betty looks at where her sister once sat.

"She's a lot happier and smiling a lot. I also keep hearing her sneaking out after she thinks everyone is asleep. I want to ask what's going on but she still isn't really talking to me," Betty says sighing as Veronica reaches over and grabs Betty's hand.

"She's getting laid," Sweat Pea announce as he walks by making everyone look at him.

"She totally is," Kevin agrees as Toni and Veronica make eye contact.

"She's having her world rocked and is happy about it," Sweet Pea states before looking at Archie with a glare.

"I need to find out who the hell it is and have a few words with him. Sunshine clearly doesn't have the best taste," Sweat Pea states staring at Archie who glares at him.

"We're actually cool now for information. Cami even cleared the air regarding her and Reggie not that she needed to. She slept with him a week before we got together and I have no right to feel anything about it due to what I did to her while we were together," Archie says making Veronica smile at him softly.

"Still don't trust her judgment," Sweet Pea says shaking his head as he crosses his arms just as the PA system comes on.

"Jughead Jones and Betty Cooper, please report to the principal's office. Jughead Jones and Betty Cooper to the principal's office," Principal Weatherbee says making Betty and Jughead share a look.

That night Jughead walks towards his trailer listening to his music only to see Sheriff Keller walking up the steps to his front door.

"Sheriff Keller, we have to stop meeting like this," Jughead says done with my man hounding him regarding the head.

"Where's your dad at?" Sheriff Keller questions the boy.

"Had a shift at Pop's. Why?" Jughead questions as Sheriff Keller looks towards the front door nailing a paper to it.

"It's an eviction notice," Sheriff Keller tells Jughead before turning to Jughead.

"You, your dad, pretty much everyone in this place, you all got to clear out," Sheriff Keller comities as Jughead looks to see other serpents holding the notice.

"What?" Jughead whispers in disbelief.

"Don't tell me this is because of that statue? For the millionth time, Sheriff, we did not decapitate General Pickens. And you can't use that as some trumped-up excuse to try and evict all of us," Jughead tells the man getting a mix of upset and angry.

"Look, I'm just the messenger, all right? This order comes down from the mayor's Office. Apparently, there's a lot of back rent owed here. You have 14 days to vacate. Then perhaps while you're packing, you might come across that head," Sheriff Keller tells Jughead before walking away Jughead looks at the other residents before pulling his phone out.

"Cami...I need your help. The Lodge and the mayor made their next move," Jughead says making Cami stop writing her paper for English.

"I'll meet you at the Wyrm," Cami tells Jughead who sighs in relief nodding his head.

"Okay. I'll round up all the serpents," Jughead tells the blonde before hanging up.

Cami leaned over the pool table looking over the eviction notices with Sweet Pea watching her closely Toni beside her and Fangs behind her making sure no one was staring at the blonde while FP stood on the stage with the serpents gathered around him.

"We all got the eviction notices, but I swear to you...No one is goin' anywhere," FP addresses the Serpents as some try to talk but he continues. 

"But the heat has been on us since Pickens Day and they're using that damn statue as an excuse to turn it up. But if we're gonna fix this, I gotta ask: Is anyone in this room responsible for cutting off Pickens' head?" FP questions the group as Cami looks up and looks around.

"Why don't you ask your son what he has to say?" Tall Boy questions making Cami immediately groan as Sweet Pea tries not to laugh.

"What is your problem with me, Tall Boy?" Jughead questions the man done with him.

"You wrote the article that started this mess. You and your posse fired the opening shot at Pickens Day," Tall Boy says as Sweet Pea stands up and Toni crosses her arms.

"It was a peaceful protest, Turncoat," Toni tells the man angrily.

"That accomplished nothing," Tall Boy says pointing at Toni.

"So what's to say that you and your boyfriend didn't go back that night with a ladder and hacksaw," Tall Boy states making Jughead start charging toward him.

"Hey! We didn't do it," Jughead tells the older man as he holds a finger up to his face angrily.

"Hell, Tall Boy, you're the tallest guy in this room. You wouldn't even need a ladder," Jughead accuses making FP push the boy back some

"Jughead...Tall Boy, the last thing we need right now is to turn on each other," FP tells the serpents.

"Hey...we'll find a way out of this," FP finishes looking directly at his son before looking at Cami.

"Cam," FP calls making Cami look away from the glaring contest she was in with Tall Boy.

"I have a plan. I just need you to trust me and to lay low while I do it," Cami tells the man who nods as Tall Boy scoffs.

"Of course the Northside Princess wants us to lay low. You're not on the way to being evicted from your home! You have your two-story house!" Tall Boy screams heading straight towards Cami.

Sweet Pea goes to push Cami behind him but she raises her hand stopping him.

"You know the difference between me and you Tall Boy?" Cami questions the man as she walks up to him already a foot between them.

"I have a brain and can use it. I also have friends with connects" Cami says glaring at the man as Tall Boy walks closer to her.

"And how many of these friends have been better your legs?" Tall Boy questions her with a sneer making Sweet Pea go to move Cami as Jughead and FP walk closer but before anyone can do anything a sickening crouch is heard and then a scream of pain.

"You crazy bitch! You just broke my nose!" Tall Boy screams making everyone look at Cami who just punched the man in the nose.

Cami glares at him as she grabs Tall Boy by the beard pulling hard until the two are at eye level.

"You haven't seen a crazy bitch yet," Cami tells in a dark voice as Tall Boy glares at her.

"I am far past being fed up with you and your comments. There are a lot of things I let pass but one thing you will not even try to insinuate is me being a whore," Cami says as she digs her nails into his chin making Tall Boy fall to a knee in pain.

"If you ever disrespect me again the next head that will be missing is yours," Cami tells him as Tall Boy glares at her full of hate.

"If you don't release me I will make you pay," Tall Boy threatens making Cami smirk at him as she leans closer.

"Please do. That way it will be ruled as self-defense," Cami tells him just waiting for him to do something when arms wrap around her pulling Cami behind a familiar body.

"You can't and won't harm her. She's under Serpent protection. Harming her is breaking the laws," FP tells Tall Boy making Cami look to see his body in front of her blocking the two.

"She just punched me! And threatened to behead me!" Tall Boy exclaims as Cami scoffs.

"It wasn't a threat. It was a warning," Cami informs the man who goes to attack her but is held back by FP, Fangs, Sweet Pea, and Jughead.

"She's not an initiated serpent. The laws don't apply to her!" FP screams at Tall Boy who glares at Cami who smirks.

"Go cool off," FP tells the man who glares and pushes the four boys away from him and goes to pass Cami but stops.

"Just wait, Princess. They can't protect you forever," Tall Boy warns making Cami turn and grab his nose twisting him before kneeing him in the stomach as Tall Boy screams in pain.

"I never needed anyone's protection," Cami tells him before she is grabbed by the waist again and thrown over someone's shoulder.

Cami looks at Tall Boy upside down shooting him a bird as she is carried out by FP she already knew it was from him his cologne and aftershave.

Walking out the Wyrm FP continues to carry Cami until they get to the side where he puts her down carefully.

"That was rude of you," Cami informs him as FP ignores her grabbing her hand that she punched Tall Boy with.

"It's fine. I know how to punch someone. I'll just have sore knuckles for a few days," Cami tells him trying to pull her hand back but FP pulls it closer to him making Cami come closer before he cups the side of her face and then kisses the blonde in a bruising kiss.

Cami gasps slightly in surprise as she stumbles back hitting the wall of the Wyrm before kissing him back. Once the two run out of air FP finally pulls back only to rest his forehead on Cami's forehead.

"What was that for?" Cami questions breathlessly.
"Don't ever do that," FP tells her making Cami look into his eyes.

"I thought I was about to commit murder if he so much as raised a hand at you. I already want to for just the way he talked about you," FP says making Cami smile at him as she kisses his nose.

"My hero," Cami jokes as FP pulls her closer kissing her forehead softly.

"Just don't put yourself in danger like that please..I-the serpents can't lose you," FP tells Cami who nods laying her head on his chest.

"Okay," Cami whispers knowing she could never promise that and FP knew it as well.

For Camilla Cooper was a force to be reckoned with especially if someone she loves was in danger or to stand up for herself.

The sweet innocent Northside who laid down and let people step on her was learning more and more how to stand up for herself.

Getting back home Cami heads towards the stairs and pauses sighing before walking up them and heading towards a familiar bedroom.

"Betty?" Cami questions knocking once on the door and before she can knock twice the door is thrown open and Betty stands in front of Cami.

"I-," Cami and Betty both begin to say before pausing as they stare at each other.

"I'm sorry," Betty says making Cami stare at her not saying anything.

"I'm sorry I made your day all about me. I'm sorry I screwed up your birthday. I'm sorry for being a terrible sister. I'm just sorry Cami and you have no reason to forgive me at all. You have always put me first and the one time I had the opportunity to do the same I didn't. I'm so sorry Cami," Betty says staring at Cami closely who looks at her not moving.

Cami sighs before throwing her arms around Betty pulling her into a tight hug making Betty break down in tears as she holds Cami tighter.

"Just never strip dance in front of me again. I'm pretty sure I'm scarred for life," Cami jokes making Betty laugh as well nodding her head.

"Never again," Betty says as Cami pulls back and wipes her tears.

"Now that that's out of the way. I need your help. Jug needs your help," Cami tells Betty who nods immediately.

"Whatever I need to do," Betty says making Cami smile brightly at her.

At a booth at Pop's Cami sits beside Betty with Jughead across from the two.

"Thank you for meeting with me. You're the only person in this town that I can talk to about something like this," Jughead says towards Betty making Cami clear her throat with a pointed look.

"One of the only people I can," Jughead corrects making Cami smile as she nods at that.

"Before you do, can I just point out one thing?" Betty questions looking at Jughead.

"I know what you're going to say. Last time the Serpents and I were in trouble, I pushed you away," Jughead says looking at Betty who stares for just a moment before speaking.

"What do you need, Jug?" Betty questions the boy.

"Mayor McCoy thinks the Serpents were the ones who vandalized the statue of General Pickens. And now, suddenly, we have 14 days to vacate Sunnyside Trailer Park," Jughead informs Betty who looks at him and then Cami in disbelief who sighs.

"What...That's illegal," Betty says making Cami shrug.
"Not really. If she goes by the law, it is unfair and wrong," Cami informs her sister.

"Cami's right. Technically, the trailer park is on town property. And not everyone has paid their rent," Jughead tells the two sisters.

"Well, so, let's go talk to Mayor McCoy," Betty says making Cami shake her head at that. That wouldn't work at all especially if what Cami thought was happening was.

"I did. She's making this all about the beheaded statue
and really it's just a pretense to shut us up and get us out," Jughead informs the two.

"If the statue's what's fueling her fire, then let's take away the gas. "The Case of the Decapitated Statue." Let's treat it like a missing persons case. Someone, somewhere, must've seen something. So, we'll canvas the town with reward flyers for anyone who has information," Betty tells the two making Cami and Jughead nod.

"Finding that head and who did it would really take the wind out of Mayor McCoy's sails," Jughead says making Cami chuckle slightly.

"So...," Betty says trailing off.
"Find the head, save the trailer park," Jughead finishes as Cami nods.

"I'll make the flyers! I'm thinking $350 as a reward for information?" Cami questions more herself than anyone as she smiles brightly.

"I left some flyers at Pop's," Cami informs Jughead who nods as the two walk into the the Wyrm. 

"All right, order of the Ophidians," Jughead says making Cami chuckle as the boy tac a flyer to a post.

Cami and Jughead turn to see a group of Serpents gathered with a table in the middle. Cami recognized Tall Boy with a broken bruised nose, FP who looked between worried and sick, and lastly, a blonde she has never met before.

"Jughead Jones. Did you really think you'd see the last of me?" The blonde questions looking directly at Jughead who stares at her in disbelief.

"What's the Snake Charmer doing here? Dad?" Jughead questions making Cami look at the blonde again realizing who she was.

Penny Peabody.

"No, I brought her in, to help us," Tall Boy says glaring right at Cami.

"We don't need Penny's kind of help," Jughead tells the man in a mixture of anger and anxiety.

"You don't get a say anymore. Since you broke Serpent law and hurt one of our own kind. Penny was about to tell your dad. Show him, Penny. Show 'em all. Especially the Northsider," Tall Boy tells the blonde making Cami look at Jughead wide-eyed and then towards Penny noticing Toni behind her who mouths a sorry to Cami.

Cami watches as Penny rolls up her left sleeve and then throws her elbow on the table right in front of FP. Cami stares at her harm seeing a patch of red irritated skin. It looked like something used to be there before it was removed.

"That used to be my Serpent tattoo until your son sliced a chunk outta my arm and left me bleeding in a ditch in Greendale," Penny tells FP who leans forward placing his head in his hands as Cami stumbles back slightly making Jughead catch her with a worried look on his face.

"But I'm still willing to help the Serpents. Tall Boy showed me those eviction notices. They're legit. Luckily, I can think of about 41 ways to stall the process. And I'm talking years," Penny informs the serpents.

"What's your price, Penny?" FP grits out staring at the ground and making Penny stand up.

"Blood for blood," Penny tells FP making him look up to see her looking down at him as Cami pushes Jughead behind her.

"An eye for an eye. I want back in with the Serpents and I want him kicked out," Penny tells FP who leans back in his chair as Penny turns around to look at the two. 

"Oh, yeah, one last thing...I want his tattoo carved off. And I want to do it myself. With a dirty knife," Penny says staring straight at Jughead.

"That will be a hard fucking no," Cami states plainly as she crosses her arms making Penny look towards her with a smirk.

"Camilla Cooper. I've heard so much about you," Penny says as Cami stares her up and down.

"The Northsider Princess who somehow has serpents wrapped around her pinky," Penny says as Cami smirks at her. 

"Penny Peabody. The biggest bitch on the Southside," Cami says as Penny steps closer to her making Cami tilt her head.

"I'm just going to warn you once Penelop-," Cami begins to say before she gets interrupted.

"Penny," Penny corrects making Cami roll her eyes.
"Whatever," Cami tells her as she steps closer.

"If you touch one of my snakes Jughead won't be the only one carving something out of your body. I will just be carving that dead piece of flesh you call a heart," Cami warns her as Penny glares at her.

"Am I the only one who wants Cam to punch her?" Fangs questions Sweet Pea quietly who glares at him.

"Not the time...but no," Sweet Pea questions quietly.

"C'mon Jug," Cami says looking at Jughead and waving him towards the door who pauses looking towards his Dad who nods before leaving as Cami walks closer to Penny.

"Let's get one thing fucking clear Penny. If you come after Jughead or anyone else I care about I will easily become your worst nightmare. I might be a Northside princess but I learned how to play people before even walking," Cami whispers to Penny who looks down at her.

"Be careful Northsider snakes like to stalk their prey before attacking," Penny warns as Cami smirks.

"And snakes her easy to tame. You just need a little pressure," Cami tells her before turning around and walking out of the Wyrm and towards her car that Jughead was waiting beside.

Cami walks towards him and slaps him across the head hard making Jughead groan in pain as he rubs his head.

"I warned you, Forsythe. You have no idea what you just did," Cami tells him shaking her head as she gets in her car while Jughead looks down heading towards the passenger seat.

At the Jones trailer, Cami sits on the couch ignoring Jughead who was pacing as she tries to figure out what to do next.

The door suddenly opens before slamming close making Cami look to see FP walking in with a pissed-off and disbelief look on his face due to his son.

"Well? What did they say? Are they kicking me out?" Jughead questions his Dad who places his helmet on the nightstand beside Cami.

"There's gonna be a vote. You versus Penny," FP informs his son as he rubs his face exhausted.

"Me versus...What, they can't see what we get? With Penny in the picture?" Jughead questions in disbelief

"Penny's a cobra, but mutilating her? That's the kind of thing you don't come back from, Jug," FP says staring at his son in disbelief as if he didn't recognize him anymore.

"Yeah, like stuffing a teenager's body in a freezer?" Jughead questions his Dad making Cami sit up and then jump up when FP jacks Jughead up against the wall.

"You need to learn to keep your damn mouth shut," FP tells his son as Cami walks towards the two.

"Tall Boy was right. You brought the Northside down on us. Serpents are losing their dens because of what you wrote," FP exclaims to his son making Jughead throw FP's hands off him.

"Don't kid yourself. You're using my article. And they're using what happened to the statue of General Pickens as an excuse to justify something they've already been doing," Jughead tells his Dad who just stares at him in disbelief.

"You think you're a hero, Jug? Cutting up women? Bringing the temple down right on our damn heads? You...will be the death of us. Not the Northside, not Penny. You," FP tells Jughead who stares at him angrily before throwing his hat down.

"Why don't you both take a breather for a second?" Cami tells the two looking between them.

"Jughead go get something to eat or go take a shower something. Because you need to calm the hell down," Cami says making Jughead look over at her with a glare.

"What are you even doing here Cami? This doesn't concern you!" Jughead yells at her as Cami looks at him.

"Because I'm worried about you Jug! You know what you did was wrong. I know it because every time I tried to bring it up you changed the subject because you knew telling me would make me pissed. Now your decision is coming back to bite everyone," Cami tells the boy before laughing in disbelief.

"Now you might want me gone but I'm not just staying for you," Cami tells him as Jughead heads towards the door and slams it shut angrily.

Cami rubs her face before looking at FP who was just staring at her.

"What?" Cami questions as FP just stares at her shaking his head.

"You marked yourself with Penny. Do you understand that?" FP questions Cami angrily who sighs at that.

"I seemed to be doing that a lot lately," Cami mutters as FP shakes his head at her.

"You are careless with your life! You keep putting yourself in danger again and again! It's as if you don't care if you die!" FP exclaims angrily as he begins to pace.

"Let's get one thing clear..," Cami says glaring as she holds up a finger angrily.

"Just because I'm having sex with you doesn't mean you get to talk to me like that. Ever again," Cami warns as FP turns and stares at her.

"Someone needs to. Because you are making enemies with people who wouldn't hesitate to kill you," FP tells her as Cami shakes her head getting up.

"Maybe that's what you want!" FP tells her as Cami turns around and stares at him.

"I'm not one of you fucking Serpent's followers. You don't get to talk to me like this! What I do regarding my life is my decision! No one else," Cami tells FP getting angrier by the movement.

"No, it's not. Because what you do doesn't just affect you, Camilla. It affects everyone around you! Do you not understand that?!" FP yells staring at the girl.

"Do you think I ever want to go to Fred and tell him his daughter figure is dead? It would kill him! And not just him but Veronica. Betty. Jug. Toni. Fangs. Hog Eye. And Sweet Pea he wouldn't stop until everyone was dead ruining his life in the process. So yes it affects everyone!" FP tells her as Cami stares at him not saying anything.

Cami stares a moment longer before turning around and begins leaving the trailer.

"Don't you fucking dare walk out that door!" FP exclaims making Cami turn around and glare at him.

"Whatever this was...it's done. I'm done," Cami says staring right into FP's eyes before opening the door and walking out slamming it shut behind her angrily.

Getting into her car Cami drives off quickly and begins heading back towards her house when her vision gets clouded and she feels something running down her cheek making her touch her face feeling something wet.

Cami pauses realizing she was crying and looks in her rearview mirror as she cries even harder but continues driving.

Not even knowing where she was parked Cami rests her head on her steering wheel as she sobs for she doesn't know how long until her passenger door is open making her jump.

"It's okay Cam. It's just me," Veronica whispers wrapping her arms around Cami and pulling her into her making Cami sob even harder as she holds Veronica tighter to her realizing now she was parked in front of the Pembrooke.

The next morning Cami stood in Veronica's bathroom doing her makeup trying to cover up the fact she was sobbing the night before as Veronica was straightening her own hair beside Cami.

"Are you okay?" Veronica questions Cami who looks towards her. 

"I'm fine but I'm sorry Vee. You were having a good time with your family before your confirmation and I ruined it," Cami says feeling terrible making Veronica drop her straightener before looking towards Cami.

"Don't ever apologize for needing me. I come to you all the time and you always drop everything for me. Never apologize for someone doing the same. It wasn't a problem at all. You are by far more important than gossip," Veronica says making Cami chuckle but nod.

"Here let me at least straighten your hair," Cami says finishing her natural makeup and the blonde already had her hair in soft curls. Veronica smiles at her through the mirror as Cami finishes her hair adding little waves to frame her face.

"Thank you," Veronica tells Cami who smiles at her through the mirror.

"Never thank me for being there for you," Cami tells Veronica throwing her words back at her as Veronica laughs softly.

At the church, Cami sat between Archie and Betty dressed in an off-the-shoulder emerald green short dress with a pair of beige heels.

As Josie begins to sing Bitter Sweet Symphony Veronica walks down the aisle in her white dress, singing alongside Josie.

Cami smiles at her brightly seeing his best friend looking so beautiful. She could already see her one day walking down the aisle and it made tears appear in her eyes.

Upon reaching the altar, Veronica is given a cracker to eat, and then with her grandmother beside her Monsignor Murphy speaks.

"Do you, Veronica Cecilia Lodge, renounce Satan and all evil works? And do you walk in the light of the Lord?" Monsignor Murphy questions her as Veronica glances over to her parents with a look of uncertainty.

Cami watched her worriedly before she makes eye contact with Veronica winking at her as she smiles making Veronica smile back at her.

"I do," Veronica says gaining all the reassurance she needed to go through with the ceremony. She had the light in her life. A light she knew she would forever have. Something just told her she would.

At the Pembrooke for the post-confirmation party sees Veronica making her squeal as she rushes towards her hugging her tightly.

"You did so good Vee! And look even more beautiful," Cami says as Veronica laughs wrapping her arms around Cami.

"Are you okay?" Veronica questions worriedly as Cami pulls back and fixes Veronica's hair.

"I'm fine Vee. I have you why wouldn't I be?" Cami questions making Veronica laugh as she leads her over to some ladies sitting down.

"Abuelita," Veronica says making Cami look at her wide-eyed.

"Esta es Camilla. Mi mejor amigo del que te estaba hablando," Veronica says toward her grandmother making the older woman stand up. This is Camilla. My best friend I was talking to you about.

"Hola, Abuelita. Es un honor conocerte. Tienes una nieta increíble," Cami says speaking Spanish as Veronica looks at her impressed. Hello, Abuelita. It's an honor to meet you. You have an amazing granddaughter.

"Ah. So beautiful. Hello," Abuelita says before she begins pinching Cami's cheeks making the blonde blush as she and Veronica laugh.

"Thank you," Cami says between laughs as Abuelita just smiles brightly at the blonde who looks at Veronica.

"I think Abuelita likes me," Cami tells Veronica who nods.

"Definitely. I'm pretty sure she's telling my aunts they have a new niece," Veronica says looking to see where her grandmother was now standing with her aunts as Cami laughs feeling a tide bit lighter.

"Smile girls," Hermione says making Cami look to see a photographer. Cami wraps an arm around Veronica who wraps one around her as they smile brightly at the photographer.

"Veronica you need to take a few more," Hermione says as Veronica looks at Cami.

"Go. I want to look at the dessert table anyways," Cami tells Veronica who chuckles but nods. Cami watches the two go and begins heading towards the dessert table when her phone rings.

Seeing it was Betty Cami answers it.
"Hey, where'd you go?" Cami questions as she looks over the treats.

"We found the head," Betty says making Cami freeze.
"It was Tall Boy. Meet us at the Wyrm," Betty tells Cami who nods.

"I'm on the way," Cami says as she hangs up and looks towards Veronica and hesitates. Veronica looks at her seeing Cami's worried face begins nodding.

Cami pauses once again but Veronica mouths go making Cami sigh before leaving promising herself and Veronica she would make up for leaving.

Getting to the Wyrm Cami sees FP, Betty, and Jughead holding the Pickens' head walking into the Wyrm making her head inside as well.

"Stop the damn vote," FP demands making everyone turn to the three, and in a blink of an eye Tall Boy was in a chair in the middle of the room with everyone around him.

Cami stood beside Sweet Pea who noticed the girl shivering. Removing his shirt Sweet Pea wraps it around before wrapping an arm around Cami making her smile at him.

"What the hell were you doing at the dump last week, Tall Boy?" FP questions the man as she sits in a chair beside him

"I don't know what you're talking about," Tall Boy says.

"I'm talkin' about you cutting the head off the Pickens' statue and stashing it at the dump where you were seen, dumbass. So start spilling!" FP exclaims as he unties the bandanna around his neck.

"Why'd you do it? Someone put you up to this?" Jughead questions standing in front of the man.

"What's the two Northsiders doing here? This is Serpent business, it's on Serpent land," Tall Boy questions making Sweet Pea pull Cami closer but the blonde could feel a pair of familiar eyes on her but wouldn't look towards him.

"They're here because they're one of us," Jughead tells the man as he squats down looking towards Betty.

"You haven't answered my son's question: Why'd you do it?" FP questions angrily leaning closer to Tall Boy.

"Cause I'm tired of seeing the Serpents goin' soft under your rule," Tall Boy says talking about FP who looks towards Jughead.

"Then Hiram Lodge came by, wanting to stir up some trouble. He said if I took the head, he'd get McCoy and the cops to swarm all over us, 'cause some chaos," Tall Boy finally spills making Cami and Betty share a look at that.

"So Hiram Lodge asked you to start a mutiny and you helped him, why?" Jughead questions looking at the man.

"I figured it'd be my chance to get rid of you, sunshine. And if I got rid of him, I could get rid of you, too, FP. And let's not forget the Princess over there," Tall Boy says making FP stand up so quickly that his chair slides.

"And then, what, you'd become leader?" FP questions although already knowing the answer as he looks down angrily at Tall Boy.

"He and Penny," Jughead concludes before looking at the man.

"You're a Judas, Tall Boy, and an idiot," Jughead says as FP places his hands on Tall Boy's shoulder.

"You betrayed your own kind, Tall Boy. You broke Serpent Law," FP says before looking towards the Serpents.

"What should we do with this lowlife?" FP questions as everyone glares at Tall Boy angrily.

"Strip him of his jacket. Exile him," Jughead suggests to his Dad.

"All those in favor," FP exclaims making everyone raise their hands including Betty and Cami while murmuring in agreement as FP snickers leaning down to be beside Tall Boy's ear.

"Looks like this piece of trash and I got a long ride ahead of us," FP says towards the group Cami sighs in relief but tenses up as Tall Boy makes eye contact with her.

And it wasn't exactly the eye contact it was what she saw in them.

A promise of vengeance.

"Cam, are you sure you want to head home? You can come with me and Jug while we wait for FP to come back," Betty offers making Cami shake her head standing beside her car.

"No, I want to get out of these heels and pull my hair up. Go and talk with him, Betty. Alone," Cami tells her sister who nods hugging Cami to her.

"I love you," Betty says making Cami hug her back.
"I love you more," Cami tells her pulling back getting in her car heading back to her house.

Getting out of her car Cami removes her heels as she walks up the steps towards her front door and opens the door.

"Mom, I'm home," Cami says as she begins to walk towards the living room but pauses seeing some stranger in front of her.

"Camilla!" Alice screams as the man begins walking towards Cami and pulling something up making Cami see a knife in his hands.

Cami stands frozen but when he's right in front of her the blonde with the heels still in her hands shoves at his chest making the man trip over her rug before falling backward hitting his head on the side of the side table when a sickening crouch is heard and the lamp on top of him falls breaking.

Cami watches blood begin to pour out of him everything around her falls to deaf ears as her heels slip from her hands into the puddle of blood of the man she just killed.

The man Camilla Cooper just murdered.
