Once again, I woke up for the fourth time—or rather, I could barely sleep since I kept an eye on Miura the whole time. I rubbed my face in despair, memories flooding back of her being killed and me having to kill myself, the pain doubly intense.
In this dimension, she looked normal again, and the others were back to normal too. What struck me was that Urahara always seemed to be somehow involved in the matter. Indeed, in the first dimension, Suguru had mentioned something about Urahara and Kenjaku just before his death.
I took a deep breath in and out. I got up. I definitely need to observe the situation more closely. In this dimension, Miura is more shy and reserved, but her father is strange... I must admit, even in the first dimension, he seemed very nice, but somehow, he was a wolf in sheep's clothing.
I ran my hands through my hair stressed and went outside. In this dimension, I was 28, and Toji was good, Suguru hadn't switched sides, Amanai hadn't appeared. It's the perfect dimension so far. The key figures are neither evil, and events have been omitted.
Sukuna and Yuji haven't formed a connection either. I walked down the path and saw Suguru happily waving at me from afar. I stopped, my heart easing at the sight. He truly deserved this kind of smile...
I waved back broadly, grinning, "Suguru!!"
He came to me, and we walked down the path together, and he handed me a bag of sweets. I was astonished, and I almost wanted to cry. Even in this dimension, he knew I liked sweets... I took them gratefully and started munching right away. He laughed. Miura approached.
From her body language, she didn't seem particularly pleased. She looked at the ground and impatiently played with her fingers.
I became concerned, "Miura?!"
She looked surprised and a sparkle gleamed in her eyes, "Gojo?"
She also came over to us and stood next to me.
I looked at her worriedly, "And everything okay? You seemed so down."
She sighed and smiled sweetly, which made me smile too, "Actually, nothing much... but how should I describe it... I feel very uneasy."
Suguru asked confusedly, "In what way?"
She took a deep breath and then stretched, smiling, "Ah, it doesn't matter!"
She walked ahead a bit, and I immediately reached out my arm toward her. I didn't want her to go. I noticed Suguru's sideways glances.
She scratched her head, "Sorry, but I have to go home; my father called me earlier."
She broke free from my grip, and I wanted to call after her, "Miura—!" but she disappeared.
Suguru chuckled lightly, "You love her, don't you?"
The question surprised me a lot, and I had to gather myself, "Yes..."
He laughed and put an arm around me, "Are you blushing?"
I looked away because I was indeed blushing slightly. I cleared my throat. He laughed even more. The evening continued in the same vein.
.
.
After bidding farewell to Geto, I decided to investigate the matter with Urahara. I teleported into his office, and it was dark. I lit a candle and secretly searched his office for about 2 hours. There were no anomalies. It was clear that the Sumiko clan and he worked together, but only in terms of business.
The next few days passed in a similar manner. Miura walked with me, and my body unconsciously wanted to touch her, but I hesitated; the trauma resurfaced slightly. However, I ended up taking her hand, and she looked surprised in my direction, her nose turning red, and I couldn't help but laugh.
She smirked, "What are you doing..."
I pulled her closer, "Miura, did you know that I love you?"
She startled and looked at me dumbfounded, "HUH?"
I grinned broadly because it had to come out. She stopped, and so did I.
"Since—since when!"
I leaned in toward her until our noses almost touched, "For too longgg."
She blushed even more and slapped me hard in the face with her hand. I looked dumbfounded.
Well, apparently, she's violent in every dimension.
She suddenly ran off, calling back to me, "See you later!"
I looked laughing in her direction.
I turned around, expecting to be surprised by Urahara.
I looked sternly in his direction, "Urahara."
He had a slight smile, but devilish at the same time, "Gojo Satoru, interesting that I could welcome you into my office a few days ago."
I grinned broadly, "So, you're able to track the remnants of cursed energy from others."
His grin widened, and his gaze darkened. I noticed it.
I knew it!
He laughed, and I slightly went into a fighting stance, "Ahhh, how amusing, you know, don't you?"
Thankfully, Miura was gone. He looked back at me, running his hand through his hair, his eyes gleaming with malice. He snapped his fingers suddenly, and the room changed. For a moment, I thought he had opened his domain, but no, it was an illusion!
Geto sat on the floor with a special seal around his body, "Satoru!"
Another figure appeared with a hood... IT WAS THE ONE FROM THE SECOND DIMENSION. He threw Miura, also sealed, to the ground. She was slightly injured on the cheek. My heart raced, my blood boiled with anger, my hands clenched into fists.
I gritted my teeth in fury, "URAHARA."
Miura looked up, "Gojo!"
The two people I loved the most... I took a step forward, but Urahara shook his head, laughing, and snapped his fingers, causing the restraints to inflict pain, and they both screamed.
My heart sank to the ground, "STOP."
"Gojo Satoru, I know your Infinity isn't functioning properly."
My mouth hung open in shock. Miura and Suguru also looked shocked.
How did he know that?
He took a step forward, "Do you know what these seals are?"
I swallowed hard, a lump forming in my throat.
He spread his arms, "These are death seals... And now guess how kind I am! The death seal works in a way that one must die, and the other can live. BUT THE BEST PART IS THAT YOU HAVE TO DECIDE."
My eyes widened, my body trembling, but I had to suppress it.
No, no, no, no, no, please not again. I can't take all of this anymore. I looked between Miura and Suguru, fearfully.
Urahara happily raised his hand, "If you don't decide in 5 seconds, they both die."
I wanted to attack him, but he shook his head, "Should you kill me, they die too."
Two fingers went down, and 3 seconds remained.
Miura screamed from the ground, worried, "Take Geto!!!"
Suguru shouted anxiously, "Satoru!"
1 second remained.
I looked at the ground like a lifeless doll, "I decide for Miura..."
Miura murmured in shock, "No..."
She looked at Suguru, who looked at me, and he smiled at me, "Don't worry."
My tears rolled down, and his body was pierced at every corner. The seal around Miura faded, and I immediately took the chance and hit Urahara with a Red and the hooded figure with a Blue.
Miura, crying in my arms, trembling, "Why?"
I hugged her tighter, "Don't blame me, please... Love made me crazy."
She looked at me with wide, tearful eyes.
Suddenly, a beam pierced both our hearts. I looked bleeding in the direction as we slowly fell to the ground.
It was Kiyosaka... No...
Blood poured from her mouth, lying dead on my chest, and I spat blood, realizing that the last bit of will had left me, and I only heard indistinctly, "Come on... yes... I don't need Miura... the interior..."
I raised my hand with the last of my strength to send a Blue in his direction. He took a step back in shock.
The will left me.
Even in this dimension, I had failed.
She was dead again.
I can't take all of this anymore. Please, someone help me...
