COVENTINA SIGHED BOREDLY, Professor McGonagall was running towards them.
"Never in all my time at Hogwarts -"
Professor McGonagall was almost speechless with shock, and her glasses flashed furiously, "How dare you - might have broken your neck!"
"It wasn't her fault, Professor -"
"Be quiet, Miss Nikova -"
"But Weasley -"
"That's enough, Mr Black. Miss Potter, follow me, now."
Coventina glance a look ag Anastacius before walking with Professor McGonaggal.
"Minnie don't be too hard on her." James pouts. "Quiet, Mr Potter."
"It's that damn ginger brat!" Sirius frowns annoyed.
"Hmfp." Euphemia crossed her arms while James, Sirius and Peter did after her.
"Like mother, like sons." Fleamont muses.
"Professor?" Coventina called out sweetly. "Please, quiet Miss Potter." Professor McGonaggal said firmly.
"Well, we both know that I am not getting in trouble so," Coventina shrugged lazily.
"How are you so sure?" Professor McGonaggal stopped and looked at her.
"If I was in trouble then I would have been going to the headmaster's office, not in a classroom." Coventina smirked.
"Well observe," Professor McGonaggal nodded.
"Good." Lily sighs relieve.
"Lucky!"
Everything is going according to plan.
"Hold up."
"She planned it all?" Evan asked.
"Ah." Regulus chuckles. "She did appear indifferent to The boy's injuries, she had expected people to saw her as a savior and she knew that they wouldn't expell for whatever reason is it." He thought.
James and Fleamont smiles proudly.
"Follow me, Miss Potter."
Up the front steps, up the marble staircase inside, and She wrenched
open doors and marched along corridors with Coventina trotting behind her.
Professor McGonagall stopped outside a classroom. She opened the door and poked her head inside.
"Excuse me, Professor Flitwick, could I borrow Wood for a moment?"
Wood turned out to be a person, a burly fifth-year boy who came out of Flitwick's class looking confused.
"Follow me, you two," said Professor McGonagall, and they marched on up the corridor, Wood looking curiously at Coventina.
"In here." Professor McGonagall pointed them into a classroom which
was empty except for Peeves, who was busy writing rude words on the blackboard.
"Out, Peeves!" she barked. Peeves threw the chalk into a bin, which clanged loudly, and he swooped out cursing. Professor McGonagall slammed the door behind him and turned to face the boy and Coventina.
"Miss Potter, this is Oliver Wood. Wood - I've found you a Seeker."
"What?!" Lily gasp.
"Woah!!!" James and Sirius cheers loudly.
Wood's expression changed from puzzlement to delight. "Are you serious, Professor?"
"Absolutely," said Professor McGonagall crisply. "The girl's a
natural. I've never seen anything
like it. Was that your first time on
a broomstick, Miss Potter?"
"Yes, actually." Coventina smiles.
"She caught that thing in his hand after a fifty-foot dive," Professor McGonagall told Wood. "Didn't even scratch herself. Charlie Weasley couldn't have done it."
Arthur lifted up at the mention of
one of his son.
Wood was now looking as though
all his dreams had come true
at once.
"Ever seen a game of Quidditch, Heiress Potter?"he asked excitedly.
"Wood's captain of the Gryffindor team,"Professor McGonagall
explained.
"She's just the build for a Seeker, too," said Wood, now walking around Coventina and staring at her. "Light - speedy - we'll have to get her a decent broom, Professor - a Nimbus Two Thousand or a Cleansweep Seven, I'd say."
"I shall speak to Professor Dumbledore and see if we can't bend
the first-year rule. Heaven knows, we need a better team than last year. Flattened in that last match by Slytherin, I couldn't look Severus Snape in the face for weeks ..."
"We lose to Slytherin?"
"What the hell is this team doing?!" James completely completely like a beat up puppy.
Professor McGonagall peered sternly over her glasses at Coventina. "I want to hear you're training hard, Potter, or I may change my mind about punishing you." Then she suddenly smiled much to Coventina's surprise.
"Your father would have been
proud," she said. "He was an
excellent Quidditch player himself."
"Aww, thank you, Minnie." James smile genuinely at his other mother figure with Sirius.
"Thanks, you Minerva." Euphemia smiles.
"It's not a problem, Euphi." Smile the professor.
Coventina froze, she turned away after a while and hide a small smile. "Like my father you said?" She smirk.
"Well, it's seem that blood really
run thick."
"Ha, of course it's does, no wonder,
she is a prat like her father." Severus scoffed.
"Does he ever shut up?"
"That's a joke!!" Weasley screamed.
It was dinner time. Coventina had just finished telling Aelora and Anastacius what had happened when she'd left the grounds with Professor
McGonagall.
And of course, Weasley couldn't
mind his own business.
"Seeker?" he said. "But first-years never you must be the youngest house player in about a century!"
said Weasley. Ron was so amazed,
so impressed, and also jealous.
"Mind your business, Weasley." Anastacius leaned back on his chair while glaring at Weasley.
"Well it's thanks to me that she get that!" Weasley boosted.
"Really? How so?" Aelora smiled mockingly. "By being an arrogant
prat and got beated in quidditch
by Venti?" Aelora asked.
"I was helping her!" Weasley defended. "I am her best-friend." At those words, Anastacius looked at Weasley in disbelief.
"You replace me? With that?!" He said while looking up and down toward Weasley. "Of course not." Coventina replied.
"Thanks, God."
"He surpassed the meaning of delusional." Remina state blankly.
"I agree Moony!"
"Reminding me of certain Slytherin." James snickers ignoring the glare from Lily and Snape.
Fred and George Weasley now came into the hall, spotted Coventina and hurried over.
"Well done," said George in a low voice. "Wood told us. We're on
the team too Beaters."
"I tell you, we're going to win that Quidditch Cup for sure this year," said Fred. "We haven't won since Charlie left, but this year's team is going to be brilliant. You must be good, Coventina, Wood was almost skipping when he told us."
"Anyway, we've got to go, Lee Jordan reckons he's found a new secret passageway out of the school."
"Bet it's that one behind the statue of Gregory the Smarmy that we found in our first week. See you."
Fred and George had hardly disappeared when someone far less
welcome turned up.
"Damn! How many kids, do you have!?" Fabian asked while laughing.
"So many!" An Hufflepuff point out.
Parkinson and Crabbe flanked by Goyle. "Having a last meal, Potter? When are you getting the train back to the Muggles?"
"Is it me or does your daughter want trouble with mine?" James look at Mikhael. "She does what she want."
"I will show what I want! Her hand
on a pike." Sirius pouts.
"You're very desperate to be notice, are not you?" Anastacius said coolly.
There was of course nothing at all little about Crabbe and Goyle, but as the High Table was full of teachers, neither of them could do more
than crack their knuckles and scowl.
"I'd take you on any time on my own," said Parkinson. "Tonight, if you want. Wizard's duel. Wands only nocontact. What's the matter? Never heard of a wizard's duel before, I suppose?"
"I already know," said Coventina smirk, "I'm his second," Anastacius smiles to hide his intention.
"I like him!" Marlene smile.
"who's yours?"
Parkinson looked at Crabbe and Goyle, sizing them up. "Crabbe," she said. "Midnight all right? We'll meet you in the trophy room, that's always unlocked."
When Parkinson had gone, Anastacius and Aelora looked at each other.
"What is a wizard's duel?"said Aelora asked, "And what do you mean, you're Venti second?'"
"Well, a second's there to take over
if I die," Coventina said casually,
catching the look on Aelora's
face, she added boredly.
"but people only die in proper duels, you know, with real wizards. The most me and Parkinson'll be able to do is send sparks at each other."
"Though the duel won't take place." She added.
"What? Why?" Someone ask.
"And why?" Aelora asked.
"Because Parkinson is a Slytherin, if she won't come and she expect us to be caught but naturally we won't go neither." Anastacius explained.
"Oh!" Aelora smiles.
"That's very thoughtful." Orion says.
"He is clearly a Ravenclaw but I guess, they stayed together in one house." Rodolphus said.
"Excuse me!"
They looked up. It was Hermione Granger. "Can't three persons speak in peace in this place?' said Aelora
Granger ignored her and spoke
to Coventina. "I couldn't help overhearing what you and Parkinson were saying-"
"No manners." Anastacius interruptep.
"- and you mustn't go wandering around the school at night, think of the points you'll lose Gryffindor if you're caught, and you're bound to be. It's really very selfish of you."
"And you should just mind your own business, little muggle," Coventina smiled and take Anastacius and Aelora's hand while leaving.
"Finally, but she is really troublesome." Regulus sigh.
"Am I troublesome?" Pandora ask him.
"No, never."
Parkinson couldn't believe her eyes when she saw that Coventina, and Anastaciuswere still at Hogwarts next day, looking perfectly cheerfull- well Anastacius was mostly bored.
Aamon slithered slowly around Coventina's waist before hissing,
"ᴍɪsᴛʀᴇssss, ɪ sssᴀᴡ ᴀ ᴛʜʀᴇᴇ ʜᴇᴀᴅssss ᴅᴏɢ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ғᴏʀʙɪᴅᴅᴇɴ ᴄᴏʀʀɪᴅᴏʀ, ᴏɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴛʜɪʀᴅ ғʟᴏᴏʀssss." He hissed.
"A foolish headmaster, how pathetic." Anastacius said annoyed, "Wait! What did Aamon said?" Aelora as𝗄𝖾𝖽 curiously. "There is a three heads
dog in the third floor." Coventina answered.
"What?!"
"Dumbledore!!" Every parents shouted angrily.
"This is crazy! If something happen to them, you will strip from your position!" Amelia bones said firmly.
"You can't!" Dumbledore protest.
"I can." Amelia adds firmly.
"Sirius, add him on the list."
"Yes, sir!"
"He need to go in a mental hospital." Aelora said dumbfounded.
"Agreed."
