OCTOBER 31, 1981
It is night time in Surrey, we see an owl on the street sign "PRIVET DRIVE" and the camera pans to the street with very identical looking bro
wn bricked houses. The owl flies away and an elderly man with crimson robes and a long silvery-white beard named Albus Dumbledore walks out of a forest near the street,
"what are you doing there
Professor?"
"I don't know Mr. Black, It's in the future"
Past a tabby cat standing next to what looks like a shed.
"MINNIE!"
"Mr. Potter and Mr. Black, how much time do I have to repeat myself? It's professor McGonagall." She answered sternly.
"Sure Minnie!" Sirius and James chuckled.
He takes out his delimitator and activates it. Dumbledore zaps all the light out of the lampposts. He puts away the device and a cat meows. Dumbledore looks down at the cat.
The Marauders's eyes widened in happiness. "So cool!!"
The Prewett twins and the marauders says. "I want one!!"
"No!" Euphemia says firmly.
"But-" Sirius gave her, his famous puppies eyes. "I will think ..about it." Euphemia sighed and looked away.
"They have her wrapped around their fingers." Thought Fleamont, her husband.
Dumbledore looked at the cat. "I should have known that you would
be here...Professor McGonagall."
The cat silently looks at him, and the camera turns towards a wall. The cat's shadow turns into a woman with a tall hat. There are footsteps and Minerva McGonagall is revealed.
"Know it!" James shouted.
"Quiet down, you toe-rag!" Lily scolded him. "But Lily flower." He pouted.
"Quiet."
"Yes, ma'am."
McGonagall looked back at Dumbledore. "Good evening, Professor Dumbledore. Are the rumors true, Albus?" She asked,
her voice breaking slightly.
"What rumors?" Sirius asked.
"Go ask her in the future." Remina says while flipping the page of her book.
"I will marry her on paper ring, seriously." Thought the Heir Black.
"Afraid so, Professor. The good and the bad."
"The girl?" asked Professor McGonagall.
"Hagrid is bringing her."
"Is it that wise to trust Hagrid with something important than this?" she asked, to which he only nodded, "Ah, I would trust Hagrid with my life."
Dumbledore smiled grandfatherly,
with Hagrid who tears up.
"How dramatic." Sirius groaned.
"Look who is talking."
"Shut up, Reggie."
A loud rumbling noise could soon be heard coming closer and breaking the silence of the night. The professors looked up towards the sky when suddenly a blinding light lit up the sky above them.
A large man came flying in on a motorbike and only stopped at the end of the street not far away from where the two others were standing. McGonagall was holding onto Dumbledore's arm tightly, before letting go and placing it over her heart.
The man wore a heavy-duty coat, it was larger than himself even, he had an untidy mess of hair as it fell to his chin, he also wore glasses that made it easier for him to fly. A bundle of clothes was resting peacefully in the giants' arms.
Professor Dumbledore sir. Professor McGonagall." Hagrid said carefully stepping off the bike and walking towards them.
"No problem I trust, Hagrid?" Dumbledore asked him.
"No sir. The little tyke fell asleep just as we were flying over Bristol. Try not to wake her, and here you go." Hagrid said and handed her over to Dumbledore, where he and Professor McGonagall inched closer to catch her if she fell.
The three of them walked towards one of the houses, and while they did Professor McGonagall could not help but to exclaimed, "Albus do you think it's safe to leave her with these people? I have watched them all day, they are the worst sort of muggles imaginable. They really are..."
"They are the only family she has." Dumbledore interrupted her, though, no one of them noticed the little glint he had in the corner of his eyes.
"Poor girls." Lily and Euphemia said worriedly. Both want to hold the little girl and never let her go.
James smile seeing the resemblance between his mother and the girl he
love.
"Why? This girl will be famous. There won't be a single child in our world who won't know her name."
"It's for the greater good." Said Dumbledore, as they stopped in front of a door, Hagrid looked around desperately trying not to cry.
Dumbledore took a quick look around, before looking down at the bundle in his arms that was wrapped up in blankets. Then said, "until she's ready..."
Professor McGonagall was looking at Professor Dumbledore like she couldn't believe what he was about to do, as she repeatedly blinked in disbelief as her oldest friend placed the child on the doorstep
"You left a baby on the doorstep of a home in the middle of autumn, and with muggles at that!" Euphemia asked slowly, while others had a bad feeling about the calmness in Lady Potter's tone.
"He is crazy!" Regulus muttered in disbelief. Even his mother would
not do such a thing.
Professor Dumbledore looked down at the child, only laying a letter up on the blanket for those in the house to look at in the morning. They walked towards Hagrid, "There, there Hagrid. It's not goodbye."
"Good luck, Coventina Potter," Dumbledore said as a goodbye to the girl, as the screen zoomed in on the sleeping face of the chosen child. It zeroed in on the lightning bolt scar on her forehead, just above her left eyebrow.
"What." James roared angrily. "You left that child who happens to be mine on a fucking doorstep?!" He glared at the old man with unknown fury that no one ever see except his family.
Sirius glared at Dumbledore with the same fury yet his were very known by others. Black madness.
"Something happened to James's daughter, and I will bring hell to you." He threatened no longer caring that he is a professor.
Meanwhile Lily tensed behind Marlene, she was supposed to be happy that James Potter, the same guy that couldn't leave her alone have create a family.
But why is there a painful tug on
her heart?
And with that, the screen turns black before something else appeared.
"HEIR BLACK"
"What I am?" Sirius joke.
