Welcome to our vibrant and dynamic Community, a unique blend of cutting-edge technology and Antique Traditional theme. Our community thrives on innovation and collaboration. At Ethereal, we believe in fostering a vibrant and collaborative environment for everyone.

੭﹕WORK SYSTEM :   ̊ ̟ ꒷꒦ 

In our community, the work system is made to be both efficient and inclusive. Our Community has been divided into four Teams, each containing seven departments, except for the first one, which has eight. Each department is supervised by a Senior Vice President(SVP) and a Manager. SVPs manage branches and the managers submit weekly reports to them, ensuring that everything is going smoothly.

The President and the CEO share almost equal powers, ensuring community growth, and making innovative ideas. The COO handles project assignments, and helps and supervises the SVPs. The Executive Vice President(EVP) manages work systems, the point system and looks after the public server.

Counselors are available for member support through private sessions. Every month, we recognize one member of the community as the ❝Emerald Of The Month❞ for their outstanding work and activeness.

All members are encouraged to work and maintain a friendly, active environment. Promotions are based on performance, with equal opportunities.

We have a Personal Bot, Aura, which is available 24/7 for interaction. She is a friendly bot made by our CEO for the ethereans of our community.

𓏲 ˖. EVENTS:  𓂃   !

The community at it's initial stage held one roleplay game event which continued for a few days letting members get involved and and some fun night together and we even conducted a giveaway event on its main server, where members showcased their skills and shared their creations with others who appreciated and wanted them. These events showed creativity, and support among our members.
