Greetings,Vespera! We are so glad to have an esteemed senior admin like you with us today. Your management skills and dedication is truly fascinating. Mind sharing with us, how did you get involved with the community?

EVP Vespera:
Hello! Thank you for conducting this interview with me. I'm so glad to be present here today!

About getting involved in this community,it was quite an incident. Since me and the founder knew each other, I got to know about this community directly from the founder.

Interviewer Rox:
How nice! Since you have been managing this community for long, what are your thoughts on how things normally run in the community?

EVP Vespera:
Things are running pretty smoothly and we're getting new members on a daily basis which is a good sign for a new community. The members are doing very well and the server is definitely roaring with life (laugh)! So, I guess currently we're in our best form.

Interviewer Rox:
Oh, your overall review is quite positive! That's great! Although I'd like to know, what are your expectations for this community? How do you want to see it in future?

EVP Vespera:
I believe that within a few months, this community will be one of the most popular communities of Wattpad considering the growth at the start. We already have so many talented members with us and I expect more in the future!

Our community enhances the skills of the novice members and sharpens them into a knight’s sword. That is why I can feel the immense growth of the community in future. Our community and our projects will be very successful in the near future!

Interviewer Rox:
Indeed! We all shall be waiting for that day to come in the near future. As a senior admin, how do you manage the conflicts among the community members?

EVP Vespera:
There haven't been any conflicts among members yet, like I said, members here are very friendly. But in case something like that happens, I believe that we can manage it through proper conversation.

How lovely it is to know that all the members here get along so well with each other! This community seems like one of your comfort places. But what is something about the community that you're most proud of?

EVP Vespera:
Oh! Nice question. To be honest,I am proud of a lot of things in the community! But the most pride I take in is the founder for being friendly and kind. She's a sweetheart who cares about the members and understands them well.

Interviewer Rox:
Truly an amazing community, it is! How does the community encourage participation and engagement of its members?

EVP Vespera:
The community members are friendly and most of them know each other very well so it's not a big issue to make it engaging. Besides giving tasks and asking opinions and small stuff like that makes the community well engaged. And the members are quite active, as I said earlier, and that's why they respond easily and very quickly!

Interviewer Rox:
Ah, nice to know that! You have shown your great leadership qualities on multiple occasions in the past. I'd like to know how you would describe your leadership skills.

EVP Vespera:
It's genetic, I believe. I consider myself as a good leader because a leader not only leads people but only takes care of them. A true leader lives with the people. I believe that I have those qualities. I have faith in myself and my peers.

Interviewer Rox:
Truly enlightening. I was curious, whether there are any challenges you are facing right now, in regards to the community?

EVP Vespera:
None. Everything is going smoothly. The administrative team as well as the members always give their best to keep the community user friendly and safe.

Interviewer Rox:
I'm so glad to know that! I was wondering, how do you balance the need for vision and what do you do to keep yourself motivated?

EVP Vespera:
With a positive mindset, everything goes well. This is one of the most important parts of being a member of the administrative team — “To be an optimist”. We must find the better side of any incidents to be able to handle the rest of the adversity. And as for my motivation, the spirit of the community and my friendship with the founder keeps motivating me.

Interviewer Rox:
Indeed, a positive mindset is a very necessary quality. Being an old member of this community, what is the biggest lesson you have learned throughout your stay in the community?

EVP Vespera:
The biggest lesson...that's a good question. I think the biggest lesson I have learned so far is the power of Integrity. “United we stand, divided we fall” — I have learned it practically in this community. And I'm very thankful for this lesson.

Interviewer Rox:
Amazingly said! It indeed is a very important lesson. What are mistakes you made, and you feel others who are part of handling a community should avoid?

EVP Vespera:
Good question. I don't think I have made any mistakes so far. But humans are err. I guess, it's just that I was unable to submit a task due to Ramadan but the founder was kind enough to forgive me for that. I think what others need to handle is the activeness of the community, although the server is active, it might die soon because it's common here. This is the thing we must be very careful about, because the growth of a community depends a lot on the activeness of it.

Interviewer Rox:
Yes, it's really a common trend for the communities to die because of inactivity. One last question, how do you manage your work attitude with a relaxed attitude toward leaving work, and how do you think the members react to this?

EVP Vespera:
A clear boundary between one’s personal and professional areas is very much needed to handle such situations. When I am in my working mode, I tend to use formal words which, I believe, gives the other member the hint to be in work mode. I tend to be more professional when assigning tasks or doing something for formal purposes. Usually, I am casual in the community.
