yeah. that's what I thought.

As you all know, The Sun and the Star is scheduled for release on May 2nd this year. HOWEVER, we did get an OFFICIAL excerpt published!! Allow me to explain (and tell you where you can find it).

Just a few months ago, on Twitter, someone typed up the first 5 chapters onto a google doc (they had gotten hold of one of the leaked copies). I won't give you guys the link because honestly I don't want to be that person spreading it, but anyways-

I assume everyone here also knows that there is a side book called the Demigod Files. One of the short stories it contains is called The Sword of Hades (Percy, Thalia, and Nico go on a quest, yadayadayada). If you haven't read this, it's basically the origin story of Bob. It's amazing.

This has something to do with The Sun and the Star BECAUSE..... 

It was very recently (January 10th this year) republished individually from the Demigod Files book. It is exactly the same, except for one thing. There is an excerpt in the back of it for the Solangelo novel.
