"go Kuroo!" it was really surprising how (name) became the cat's number one fan in just one day. it was surprising to him only, however, because almost everyone now knew thanks to Bokuto that he was able to hear the manager's voice in that pretty little head of his. not like Kuroo was complaining about the sudden attention he received from the girl, his cheeks blushed and heart raced whenever he even looked at her.

it was the same for (name) actually. people would expect that she would become distant, cold and that she would hate Kuroo for not telling her himself. but she just couldn't. she was so drunk on love she couldn't even explain it. she didn't even need a reason for it because this is just how soulmates work. people are in love with each other and they don't even know how. 

Kuroo fell in love with her voice the second he heard it. he just knew she is an energetic ball of smiles and he was so happy when he found out she is just that. she kept smiling and singing, filling his head with her voice and making him flying on cloud nine. he felt like he could take on all of the teams by himself when he knew that she is watching, now even supporting him.

(name) felt jiggly around Kuroo the second she saw him in their gym. he was huge and handsome, sure. but (name) fell in love with him even more during this training camp. his sense of humor, his cocky side, but also how he was able to become serious, scary even, she loved it all. she wanted to touch his bed hair so much and she hyped him up whenever he scored a point. 

they were simply in love without the other one knowing.

"she pays all her attention to him!" Nishinoya growled, almost snapping the mop he was holding in half.

"and what did you expect? they are soulmates after all." Daichi cut in and carefully took the mop out of Noya's hands, preventing a catastrophe.

the Nekoma and Fukurodani match ended with a whistle, (name) making her way towards her team.

"did you see that? Nekoma lost, but they were still amazing! how strong are Yamamoto's spikes? and Kenma is a fricking genius! how is Kuroo even able to block so precisely! he's so tall, i'm jealous!" (name) went on and on about the team without even noticing the captain approaching her from behind. he cleared his throat to catch her attention, her team disappearing the second she turned around to leave them alone.

"hey, thanks for the support," he said, wiping away the sweat from his forehead with a towel. oh no, (name) thought, he's hot as hell. she quickly shook those thoughts out of her head, flashing Kuroo a smile that once again left him completely speechless.

"no problem! it's my job as your number one fan!" she giggled, her laughs being the music to her ears. they were both a blushing mess, finding it hard to believe that they are talking to each other, but they both blamed it on the hot weather.

"number one fan you say?" Kuroo smirked at her, earning a slap on his arm from her.

"careful, you black cat," she smirked at him as well before she started to walk towards the door of the gym. Kuroo looked back at his teammates. he saw Yaku facepalming while the others assured him to follow her. he gladly did that, catching up with the girl.

"my matches are over for today so i figured we could hang out?" he suggested, stepping outside under the deadly sun. (name) turned around, already having one of the earbuds in her ear. she smiled at him before nodding her head.

"sure!"

the duo found themselves under a huge tree, laying in the grass to enjoy the cool shadow keeping them safe from the sun rays. (name) kindly borrowed Kuroo one of her earbuds, playing music for both of them. she laid on her stomach, collecting the small flowers around her to make a flower crown for the captain who laid on his back with his eyes closed and arms behind his head. the girl already had a flower crown on her head so Kuroo was the second to receive one. 

adore you by harry styles later came on, (name) once again started to sing the song out loud but this time, she was aware of how many emotions she's putting in it. she was thinking about Kuroo and about Kuroo only, too bad he didn't know.

he flinched at the reappearance of her voice in his head but he remained laying with his eyes still closed. it felt weird to hear her singing next to him and in his head as well, but it was still her voice and he could listen to that all year long.

"i love your voice." he suddenly blurted out, catching the girl off guard.

"w-what?" she stuttered, looking at the captain who was now laying on his side with one of his arms supporting his head. he was lovingly staring at (name)'s figure, her (hair color) hair covering her face from how quickly she snapped her head towards him. Kuroo wasted no time to lift his other hand and tuck the strands behind her ear, making her face explode in red.

not realizing it, they both drifted closer to each other. feet cut down to inches, their eyes firstly fixed on each other's eyes were now falling down to stare at the other's lips. their breaths mixed together, they could feel the heat from their faces which were now closer than before. they remained like that for a second, before (name) closed her eyes and hummed the melody of the song playing in their ears. Kuroo smiled at that and finally opened his mouth to speak.

"(name), i am your..."

"i know." she cut him off before he could finish the sentence. Kuroo blinked a couple of times. how could she know? "Bokuto told me."

that's how she knows.

Kuroo just chuckled and shook his head gently. he realized the whole training camp had to know at this point.

"i'm not telling that owl a single thing anymore," he whispered, causing (name) to lightly laugh. she finally opened her (eye color) eyes again, staring right into his hazel ones. she brought up her hands to place the flower crown on his head, smiling right after.

"it's perfect." she kept examining the flower crown for any mistakes. Kuroo couldn't hold back anymore and closed the small gap between them, pressing their lips together in a passionate kiss which expressed all of the recently found feelings they hold for each other. he overdid it a little bit because he caused (name) to fall over on her back, making Kuroo tower over her but that didn't stop them from letting each other know about the love they have for each other through the kiss. (name) placed her hands on his nape, pulling him slightly closer for the small amount of time they had before they pulled away to catch their breaths.

(name) started to laugh from happiness, infecting Kuroo right after. he laid back down next to her, holding her hand tightly and not wanting to let go. the song went on repeat in their ears for quite some time now but none of them cared. Kuroo brought (name)'s hand up to his lips from time to time to gift it with a kiss, of course paying the attention to her lips as well.

"you don't have to say you love me, i just wanna tell you something, lately you've been on my mind." 

(name)'s eyes widened once she heard Kuroo sing. he sang for the first time and she could hear him in her head loud and clear. it brought tears to her eyes. she immediately sat up, Kuroo following right after. once he noticed the tears in her eyes, he wasted no time to wipe them away as he continued to sing just for her.

"honey, i'd walk through fire for you, just let me adore you like it's the only thing i'll ever do."

(name) was the one to shut him up this time with a kiss, the tears running down her cheeks wetting his face as well but he could care less about that. he wasted no time to kiss her back but she was quick to pull away, leaving a frown on Kuroo's face.

"it might be a little too early but we're soulmates, after all, right?" the girl started to breathe quicker from the excitement, and for a brief moment, the captain had no idea where is she going with this. "i just know that i won't regret this." she smiled widely, looking like a fairy in Kuroo's eyes with the flower crown on her head. "i think i love you, Kuroo Tetsurou."

Kuroo's eyes widened for a moment before a smirk grew on his face.

"you think?" he crawled closer to her, caging her between his arms once again. "because i know," he whispered before crashing his lips against her again.

faint cheers could have been heard in the distance, making the pair lift their heads to check what is going on. it was their friends, watching the whole scene from afar.

"get her Kuroo!" the owl captain cheered while jumping around, poor Akaashi trying to calm him down. (name) just laughed at the sight of her friends watching everything but Kuroo was slightly ticked off by Bokuto.

"Bokuto i still have to kill you for telling everyone!" he yelled at his friend who was now being chased inside the gym by his whole team. (name) just rolled her eyes and giggled before placing her palms on Kuroo's cheeks to force him to look at her.

"hey." she whispered as her lips ghosted above his. "i know too."
