The dragon looks very pleased with himself when he has decided to be called like that.

"And what do you want?" Kathy asks and the eyes of the dragon lit up even brighter.

"I want to play a game," he answers completely serious, there was no jocular sound in his voice.

"A... Game?" Kathy repeats unsure. At least he's not going to eat us, yet.

Cynar rolls his eyes and nods very slowly. "Yes, do I need to spell it for you?"

"No, but some rules and an explanation would be nice," Skyler remarks and the dragon snorts. He points his claw of the size of a cabinet at her, and Skyler backs up a bit. The sharp point of the nail had been very close by her face.

"I'm glad you asked that, because I wanted to take this time to explain my evil plan..."

"You were?" Skyler asks in disbelief and the head of the dragon lunges forward, slamming his teeth together only inches away from her nose.

"Of course not!" he hisses and Skyler had closed her eyes in fear. Slowly she opens one eye when she noticed she hadn't been hurt, and she sighs in relief when she notices Cynar isn't as close by as first.

Diamond clenches her fists, she is already getting sick and tired of this dragon. If he laid one finger on one of her friends...

"Then tell us how this game goes!" she demands. "We cannot play if we do not know the rules."

The dragon now focuses on the black-haired woman, his fierce red eyes are piercing through her green ones but she doesn't drop her gaze.

"Very well," Cynar says and he sits down, drumming with one claw in some kind of rhythm on the floor. "Listen to me very carefully."

They all nod but meanwhile Skyler is also concentrated at the claw, repeating the rhythm in her head. Perhaps this is already some kind of hint and she doubts others are paying much attention to it. The dragon stops and Skyler averts her gaze back to his head.

Please let this be some kind of riddle game, just like the one between Bilbo and Gollum, Elizabeth hopes and then Cynar starts talking again.

"I run on dreams, memories, fear and nightmares. I cannot be killed while I am in all."

He stops and they all stare at him confused. Iris crosses eyes with Elizabeth but she just shrugs.

'Is it a riddle?' Katherine mouths to Skyler but she has a deep frown on her forehead, too deep in her own thoughts to notice her soundless question.

The grey dragon chuckles. "Alright, one last thing: not just you six had the dreams. Everyone had them, but you all are 'special'. That's why I have chosen you for this..."

Kathy groans from frustration, this creature wasn't making any sense!

"You're challenging us to kill you?" Diamond tries to summarize and the floor starts vibrating by Cynar's loud and deep laugh.

"You all are so funny," he manages to say between some laughs. "You know where to find me and o, to make it a bit more bearable..." His voice and laughter trails off, suddenly becoming very serious again, and the darkness becomes less black. It now has a deep colour of grey, almost looks like mist, and the dragon almost turns invisible. The scales of his body almost having the same colour as the fog. He spreads his wings and with that he jumps out of the Tower, setting course to where-ever he's going.

"Well, that was useful," Kathy complains but she is hushed by Skyler, who's trying to think.

"Jarvis, talk to me," Skyler commands and the just a rather very intelligent system knows what she meant.

"They're asleep, miss Lynn," Jarvis' voice echoes through the room and her frown becomes even deeper.

Iris kneels down besides Loki's head and feels his pulse under his chin. She nods at Elizabeth, they're still alive. Just... dreaming, apparently.

Katherine runs towards Bucky and drags him away from the opening in the window and more towards the other sleeping Avengers. "Geez Buck, you're heavier than you look," she curses under her breath while dragging him on his arms over the floor, carefully avoiding the pieces of shattered glass. Kathy teleports to her to help her and lifts Bucky by grabbing his legs.

Kathy snorts when all the unconscious people are laying together in a circle. "Actually we should make a picture. Earth's mightiest heroes and the God of Mischief.. sleeping as peacefully as Sleeping Beauty due to a sleeping curse."

Iris glares at her.

"Right, maybe not the time," she mutters. Still, if everything wasn't so serious this would be quite funny.

"I may have a theory," Skyler suddenly interrupts and they all fall silent. "The dragon, Cynar, said everyone had the dreams."

Katherine shrugs. "Yeah, so?"

"But we remembered. To test my theory I need you all to raise your hand when it's true. First, who always remembers their dreams?"

All six hands shoot up in the air. Skyler nods they can lower their hands again.

"Second, who always knows when they're dreaming?"

Again all hands are rising, but some not as fast as the others. Iris, Diamond and Kathy are more dubitable.

"Not all the time, but most of the time, yes." Iris adds, and Di and Kathy nod in agreement. They have the same. Skyler scratches the back of her head.

"Your theory... True so far?" Elizabeth asks and Skyler sighs.

"Perhaps. I mean, not everyone can remember their dreams or even know when they're in one, but we all do, no exception. Perhaps that's why Cynar thinks we're the 'special ones'."

Elizabeth furrows her eyebrows. "I see your point there. So what's your theory?"

"Cynar also said he cannot be killed while he's living in all, and due to the fog... Mist... Darkness - whatever it is, everyone is asleep." Skyler's voice becomes a bit more softer, unsure if this really can be true but they all nod they still see a valid point and she must continue.

"I think we must kill the dragon in their dreamworld and in this world, at the same time," Skyler concludes, nodding towards the sleeping people.

Katherine opens her mouth but then closes it again, she strikes with her hand through her brown hair. Could that even be possible?

"How do we even know they're all dreaming the same thing, world?" Iris asks Skyler but she shrugs.

"We don't."

"How do we get in their dreams?" Katherine asks eventually.

Skyler lets out a desperate sigh. "I don't know, okay!"

They all shut up for a moment, taken back by her shout out.

"I'm so-,"

Elizabeth cuts off her apology, suddenly having an idea. Everything has a reason. "I know how to get in their dreams... At least, I may have a theory."
